Claims (23)
- Stecker (1) zum Aufstecken auf einen Gegenstecker (2), wobei Kontaktelemente (3) des Steckers (1) in eine elektrische Leitverbindung mit Gegenkontaktelementen (4) des Gegensteckers (2) treten, mit einer die von einem Kern (K) getragenen Kontaktelemente (3) umgebene Hülse (7), die einen Schnappkragen (18) ausbildet zum Hinterfassen eines Rastwulstes (27, 28) des Gegensteckers (2), und mit einer in Steckrichtung verschieblichen Verriegelungsmuffe (5), die in einer Freigabestellung ein radiales Ausweichen des Schnappkragens (18) erlaubt und in einer Verriegelungsstellung verhindert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern (K) mit einem Abstand (K) aus einem härteren Kunststoff als ein den Kern (K) umgebender Mantel (17) besteht und einen Umfangsunterbrechungen (8 und 9) aufweisenden Hülsenabschnitt (7) ausbildet, dem innenseitig materialeinheitlich mit dem Mantel (17) der Schnappkragen (18) aus weicherem Künststoff angeformt ist.
- Stecker nach Anspruch 1 oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern (K) mindestens eine in Verschieberichtung der Verriegelungsmuffe (5) sich erstreckende Führung (11) für die Verriegelungsmuffe (5) aufweist, welche Führung (11) jeweils endseitig Rastmittel (12, 13) zum Verrasten der Verriegelungsmuffe (5) in ihren beiden Endstellungen aufweist.
- Stecker nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung (11) eine Nut oder ein Fenster ist, mit einer mittigen Taillierung (11'), in die ein Führungszapfen (21) der Verriegelungsmuffe (5) eingreift.
- Stecker nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, gekennzeichnet durch eine der Führung (11) vorgelagerte Auflaufschräge (14) für den ebenfalls mit einer Auflaufschräge (22) versehenen Führungszapfen (21).
- Stecker nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gesamte Innenseite des Hülsenabschnittes (7) des Kerns (K) mit Weichkunststoff ausgekleidet ist, die Außenseite jedoch im Wesentlichen weichkunststofffrei ist.
- Stecker nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umfangsunterbrechungen (9) zumindest zwei sich diametral gegenüberliegende, zur Stirnseite des Hülsenabschnittes (7) offene Schlitze (8) umfasst.
- Stecker nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, gekennzeichnet durch ein oder mehrere Verankerungsdurchbrechungen (9) des Hülsenabschnittes (7), welche mit Weichkunststoff ausgespritzt sind.
- Stecker nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, gekennzeichnet durch eine auf Höhe des Führungszapfens (21) teilumlaufende Verriegelungsschulter (24), welche in der Verriegelungsstellung den Schnappkragen (18) hintergreift, vor welcher Verriegelungsschulter (24) ein Umfangsfreiraum (U) der Verriegelungsmuffe (5) liegt, in welcher der Hülsenrand radial ausweichen kann.

- Stecker nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steckerteil (1) weiblich oder männlich ist.
- Stecker nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der sockelförmige Zentralbereich (Z) eine topfförmige Aussparung (33) ausbildet zum Einstecken eines Gegenkontaktelemente (4) tragenden Sockels (6) des Gegensteckers (2).
- Stecker (1) zum Aufstecken auf einen Gegenstecker (2), wobei Kontaktelemente (3) des Steckers (1) in eine elektrische Leitverbindung mit Gegenkontaktelementen (4) des Gegensteckers (2) treten, mit einer die von einem Kern (K) getragenen Kontaktelemente (3) umgebene Hülse (7), die einen Schnappkragen (18) ausbildet zum Hinterfassen eines Rastwulstes (27, 28) des Gegensteckers (2), und mit einer in Steckrichtung verschieblichen Verriegelungsmuffe (5), die in einer Freigabestellung ein radiales Ausweichen des Schnappkragens (18) erlaubt und in einer Verriegelungsstellung verhindert, gekennzeichnet durch eine axiale Verlängerung (33) der Hülse (7), welche in der Verriegelungsstellung der Verriegelungsmuffe (5) von letzterer überfangen wird.
- Stecker nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Verlängerung (33) des Schnappkragens (18) vom Mantel (17) ausgebildet wird.
- Stecker nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, gekennzeichnet durch einen endseitigen, der Verlängerung (33) angeordneten, in Umfangsrichtung erstreckenden Wulst (34).
- Stecker nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wulst (34) vom Endabschnitt (5') der Verriegelungsmuffe (5) mit geringem Abstand überfangen wird.
- Stecker nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlängerung (33) durch zwei sich diametral gegenüberliegende Axialschlitze (2) geteilt ist.
- Gegenstecker für einen Stecker, insbesondere gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, aufweisend eine Hülse (26, 36), deren Boden Gegenkontaktelemente (4) zugeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öffnungsrand der Hülse (26, 27) eine Rastwulst (27, 28) ausbildet.
- Gegenstecker nach Anspruch 18 oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rastwulst (27, 28) eine Auflaufschräge für einen Schnappkragen (18) des Steckers (1) ausbildet.
- Gegenstecker nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 18 bis 19 oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (26, 27) eine Innenhülse (26) ausbildet, die in eine Außenhülse (36) eingeschraubt ist.
- Gegenstecker nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 18 bis 20 oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Stirnrand der Außenhülse (36) ein einen Teil des Ringwulst (27) ausbildender Kragen aufliegt.
- Gegenstecker nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 18 bis 21 oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an dem den Ringwulst (27) ausbildenden Kragen ein Ringwulstabschnitt (28) der Außenhülse (36) anschließt, welchem sich eine Ringaussparung anschließt, zum Eintauchen des Schnappkragens (18).
- Steckverbindung bestehend aus einem Stecker gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 17 und einem Gegenstecker gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 18 bis 23.
