Claims (9)
- Dispositif de conditionnement d'un câble électrique lequel est susceptible d'intégrer plusieurs éléments fixes, tels que des plots de dérivation, implantés sur sa longueur à des intervalles espacés régulièrement ou non, le dispositif de conditionnement comportant un touret (10) cylindrique, caractérisé par le fait que le touret (10) est constitué par l'assemblage d'une pluralité de couronnes unitaires (100,200,300), emboítées les unes dans les autres et amovibles même quand le câble électrique est enroulé en continu sur une ou plusieurs spires autour du touret (10).
- Dispositif de conditionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les couronnes unitaires (100,200,300) d'un touret (10) sont de format identique.
- Dispositif de conditionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les couronnes unitaires (100,200,300) d'un touret (10) comportent des supports cylindriques de câble (104) de largeurs (L) différentes.
- Dispositif de conditionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que chaque couronne (100) comporte des moyens de verrouillage permettant de verrouiller et de déverrouiller les couronnes entre elles.
- Dispositif de conditionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que chaque couronne (100) possède deux séries de flasques (115,125) de taille identique, en forme approximative de secteur circulaire et disposés régulièrement suivant respectivement un premier plan latéral (P1) et un second plan latéral (P2) parallèles, chaque plan latéral (P1,P2) comportant un nombre identique N de flasques (115,125).
- Dispositif de conditionnement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que les flasques (115) disposés dans le premier plan latéral (P1) sont décalés d'un angle sensiblement égal à π/N par rapport aux flasques (125) disposés dans le second plan latéral (P2).
- Dispositif de conditionnement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que chaque flasque (115) comprend une partie externe (116) dont l'extrémité est prolongée par deux excroissances (117a,117b) créant un espace (118) dans lequel le câble électrique peut se loger pour passer d'une couronne à une couronne adjacente.
- Dispositif de conditionnement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte également un accessoire de dévidage (15) amovible possédant une face externe (18) circulaire, susceptible d'être fixé sur des flasques (115,125) de façon à ce que la face externe (18) constitue un chemin de roulement continu pour assurer une rotation aisée d'un touret (10) constitué d'une ou plusieurs couronnes unitaires.
- Dispositif de conditionnement selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que l'accessoire de dévidage (15) est constitué de plusieurs pièces (16) identiques qui comprennent chacune des moyens d'encliquetage (17) leur permettant de se fixer aux flasques (115,125) d'une couronne (100).
