Abstract

Ein Möbelgriff besitzt ein Gehäuse (2) zum Einsetzen in eine Ausnehmung (1a) einer Frontplatte (1). Das Gehäuse (2) weist einen umlaufenden Rahmenbereich (2d', 2e', 2f', 2g') auf, der eine innerhalb des Rahmenbereichs angeordnete dekorative Einlageplatte (3) innerhalb der Ausnehmung (1a) fixiert. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Möbelgriff nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Sogenannte Einlaßgriffe sind in unterschiedlicher Ausführung bekannt, beispielsweise als Einlaßgriffe mit einem kreiszylindrischen Bereich, der in eine runde Bohrung eingesetzt ist und mit einem umlaufenden Rand, der einerseits als Griffrand dient und andererseits den Rand der Einlaßöffnung überdeckt. Bei derartigen Griffen ist die endgültige Gestaltung vor der Produktion festzulegen. So können solche Griffe beispielsweise am Boden der kreiszylindrischen Hülse unterschiedlich lackiert sein.
Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Griff der als bekannt vorausgesetzten Art so auszubilden, daß es möglich ist, die endgültige ästhetische Ausgestaltung bis unmittelbar vor der Endmontage offenzulassen und je nach dem gewünschten ästhetischen Ergebnis auszuwählen.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.
Die mindestens zweiteilige Ausbildung des Griffs mit einem Frontrahmenteil und einer Einlageplatte ermöglicht es, die Art und Ausbildung der dekorativen Einlageplatte beliebig zu wählen. So kann beispielsweise eine Einlageplatte das Furnierbild zeigen, wie es die Frontplatte aufweist. Auf diese Weise entsteht das Bild einer massiven Ausbildung der Frontplatte.
Es kann die dekorative Einlageplatte auch zur farblichen Gestaltung der Front verwendet werden. Der Griff ist also universell verwendbar. Darüber hinaus erlaubt er vergleichsweise große Griffbereiche.
Nachstehend wird eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung im einzelnen beschrieben. Es zeigen:

Eine Frontplatte 1 weist eine Ausnehmung 1a auf mit einem ebenen Boden 1b und davon senkrecht abgehenden ebenen Seitenflanken 1c. Der Boden 1b wird von zwei Öffnungen 1e und 1d durchsetzt.
In die Ausnehmung 1a wird der insgesamt mit 2 bezeichnete Möbelgriff eingesetzt.
Der Möbelgriff besteht aus einem Oberteil 2a und einem Unterteil 2b. Zwischen Oberteil 2a und Unterteil 2b ist eine dekorative Einlageplatte 3 eingespannt, und zwar derart, daß sie entsprechend der Trennfuge zwischen diesen beiden Teilen gewölbt ist. Das Oberteil 2a und das Unterteil 2b sind miteinander durch Schrauben 4 und 5 verbunden, welche die Durchgangsöffnungen 1e und 1d im Boden der Ausnehmung 1a durchsetzen sowie durch Öffnungen 2k und 2i im Boden 2c des Unterteils 2b hindurchragen.
Die Schrauben 4 und 5 werden in Gewindebohrungen 2o und 2p eingeschraubt, welche unterhalb eines Griffbügels 2h im Oberteil 2a vorgesehen sind. Die Gewindebohrungen 2o und 2p befinden sich in angeformten Augen 2m und 2n.
Das Unterteil 2b ist als Kasten mit dem Boden 2c und davon senkrecht nach vorn abgehenden Seitenwänden 2d, 2e, 2g und 2f ausgebildet.
Das Oberteil 2a ist als Rahmen mit sich nach hinten erstreckenden Seitenwänden 2d', 2e', 2f' und 2g' ausgebildet.
Die Seitenwände 2f und 2g des Unterteils 2b bilden mit den komplementären Seitenwänden 2f' und 2g' des Oberteils 2a eine gewölbte Trennfuge. Die beiden anderen Seitenwände 2d und 2e bilden mit den komplementären Seitenwänden 2d' und 2e' eine gerade Trennfuge. In die Trennfuge ist die dekorative Einlageplatte 3 eingelegt, die seitliche Aussparungen 3a aufweist, welche von den Schrauben 4 und 5 durchsetzt werden.
Das Oberteil 2a und das Unterteil 2b des Gehäuses 2 sind üblicherweise aus Druckguß oder Kunststoff hergestellt.
Der Rand des Oberteils 2a weist einen flanschartigen umlaufenden Randbereich 2l auf, der die Seitenwände 1c der Ausnehmung 1a übergreift.
Es ist auch möglich, auf ein Unterteil 2b zu verzichten und die Einlageplatte 3 mit ihrer Rückseite auf den Boden der Ausnehmung 1a aufzulegen. Dabei kann der Boden beispielsweise entsprechend dem Stirnkantenverlauf der Seitenwände 2d', 2e', 2f' und 2g' gewölbt ausgebildet sein.
Das Oberteil 2a kann mit dem Unterteil 2b auch einteilig ausgebildet werden. In dem einteiligen Rahmenelement können dann Einschubnuten zur Aufnahme der seitlichen Randbereiche der Einlageplatte 3 vorgesehen sein, die auch gekrümmt verlaufen können.

Claims (16)

  1. Möbelgriff mit einem Gehäuse (2) zum Einsetzen in eine Ausnehmung (1a) einer Frontplatte (1),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2) einen umlaufenden Rahmenbereich (2d', 2e', 2f', 2g') aufweist, der eine innerhalb des Rahmenbereichs angeordnete dekorative Einlageplatte (3) innerhalb der Ausnehmung (1a) fixiert.
  2. Möbelgriff nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmenbereich (2d', 2e', 2f', 2g') den Verlauf der dekorativen Einlageplatte (3) bestimmende Anlagekanten für den Randbereich dieser Einlageplatte aufweist.
  3. Möbelgriff nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlagekante eine Seitenflanke einer Führungsnut ist.
  4. Möbelgriff nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmenbereich (2d', 2e', 2f', 2g') einen Griffbügel (2h) aufweist.
  5. Möbelgriff nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2) aus einem Unterteil (2b) und einem Oberteil (2a) besteht und die dekorative Einlageplatte (3) zwischen Oberteil (2a) und Unterteil (2b) angeordnet ist, wobei das Oberteil (2a) den umlaufenden Rahmenbereich (2d', 2e', 2f', 2g') aufweist, der die Einlageplatte (3) an deren Ränder gegenüber dem Unterteil (2b) fixiert und deren Innenbereich frei läßt.
  6. Möbelgriff nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (2b) und das Oberteil (2a) voneinander getrennte Elemente des Gehäuses (2) sind.
  7. Möbelgriff nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (2a) und das Unterteil (2b) mittels mindestens einer quer zur Dicke der Frontplatte verlaufenden Schraube (4; 5) lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
  8. Möbelgriff nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der umlaufende Rahmenbereich (2d', 2e', 2f', 2g') einen den Rand der Ausnehmung (1a) übergreifenden Randbereich (2l) aufweist.
  9. Möbelgriff nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (2b) als Kasten mit einem Boden (2c) und davon in Richtung auf das Oberteil (2a) abgehenden Seitenwänden (2d; 2e; 2f; 2g) ausgebildet ist.
  10. Möbelgriff nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (1a), das Oberteil (2a) und das Unterteil (2b) einen rechteckigen Grundriß aufweisen.
  11. Möbelgriff nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der rechteckige Grundriß quadratisch ist.
  12. Möbelgriff nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dekorative Platte (3) in der Trennfuge zwischen Oberteil (2a) und Unterteil (2b) einspannbar ist.
  13. Möbelgriff nach Anspruch 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennfuge an zwei einander diametral gegenüberliegenden Seiten (2g bzw. 2g' und 2f bzw. 2f') gewölbt ist und die dekorative Platte (3) entsprechend gewölbt hält.
  14. Möbelgriff nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dekorative Platte (3) in ihrem mittleren Bereich über ihre gesamte Breite am Boden (2c) des Unterteils (2b) anliegt und sich von dort aufwärts in Richtung des Griffbügels (2h) aufwölbt.
  15. Möbelgriff nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Griffbügel (2h) gegenüber dem Rand des umlaufenden Rahmenbereichs vorsteht.
  16. Möbelgriff nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Schrauben (4; 5) die Frontplatte (1) hinter der Ausnehmung (1a) und den Boden (2c) des Unterteils (2b) quer durchsetzen und in Gewindebohrungen (2o, 2p) einschraubbar sind.
