Definitions

  • the invention relates to a large container according to the preamble of claim 1 or 2.
  • Insulation products used in the construction industry are usually kept in the form of bundles from a stack of individual plates or plate packs arranged one above the other or individual rolls or modules from several rolls for the purpose of transport and storage. These insulation products are products in the density range from 13 kg / m 3 to 200 kg / m 3 . Since large areas of the building fabric usually have to be insulated, a relatively large amount of insulation material is required for insulation purposes, so that transport to the customer and to the construction site of these voluminous mineral wool products, which are used in large quantities, causes problems. For this reason, more and more people have started to pack these mineral wool products in large containers and to provide them with a wooden pallet.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a large container for transport and storage of insulation products, in particular mineral wool products in the form of plates or rolls, which is simple and inexpensive to manufacture and can be transported in a simple manner without a pallet specially provided for each large container, wherein secure and quick access for a preferably conventional transport device, such as forklifts for the purpose of transporting the large containers, must be guaranteed.
  • a large container for example a large container consisting of two stacks arranged next to one another, each stack containing the mineral wool products in the form of individual plates or plate packs and individual rolls or modules consisting of several rolls, and in the area at least one eyelet-like grip loop is formed in each stack.

Stiffening can also be achieved in that the web, which is used to form the grip loop, is gathered and bound into a strand-like structure. This also results in a comparatively stable grip loop, so that the transport means can intervene automatically without the aid loops having to be held by an auxiliary person.

  • Such wrapping techniques are well known and there is no difficulty in wrapping both stacks here together by a common web.

  • FIG. 1 An alternative embodiment to FIG. 1 is also shown, in which the web 6, as indicated by dashed lines, is guided around the upper corners of the stacks 1 and 2, so that the web of web 6 at 10 and 11 partially overlaps the sides of the stacks 1 and 2 , which is an advantage for a stable connection of the large container. It goes without saying that the web 6 is also fastened to the cover 5 in the regions 10 and 11.

  • the loop halves 15 and 16 thus lie on the upper main surfaces of the two stacks 1 and 2 and are fastened there, again with the formation of the loop-like grip loops 8 and 9, with the sheath 5, which is suitable, for example by gluing, welding or sewing and the like respectively can. It goes without saying that, as a result of the folding, the web which is then at the top and which forms the two eyelet-like grip loops 8 and 9 has a two-layer construction and is therefore reinforced.
  • the tab-like loop 14 can of course be pulled out so long that the upper fabric web, again designated 6, also overlaps the two edges of the stacks 1 and 2 analogously to the embodiment according to FIG. 1, which is advantageous for reasons of stability depending on the weight of the large container.
  • the grip loops 8 and 9 are reinforced.
  • this can be done, for example, by embedding a corresponding reinforcing fabric between the two layers in each loop half 15 and 16 and optionally also firmly connecting it to the fabric web 6.
  • the fabric web 6 it is also possible for the fabric web 6 to be gathered and bound to form a strand-like structure in the region of both grip loops, but also expediently in adjacent regions, which results in strand-like grip loops.
  • the film used to wrap the two stacks can have longitudinal reinforcements, practically like “braces” in the film, as a result of which the film then needs to be less thick.
  • the two stacks 1 and 2 in a weatherproof manner with a film or a fabric, so that the end faces to be seen from the front in the view of FIGS. 1 and 2 as well as the rear end faces with a film or can be wrapped or covered.
  • a trough-like hood made of film or fabric is provided, which is designed and designed as weather protection. This trough-like, tight hood can then be accommodated within the casing 5.
