Claims (11)
- Spannelement zum Spannen von Werkstücken auf Maschinentischen und dergleichen mittels eines kippbar gelagerten Spannhebels, der in der Spannebene längsverschiebbar angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) mit einem Gabelkopf (3) versehen ist, in dessen Gabeln annähernd mittig je eine Bohrung (4) eingelassen ist und daß in jeder Bohrung (4) ein drehbar gelagerter Achsbolzen (5) eingefügt ist.
- Spannelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Achsbolzen (5) einen Führungszapfen (6) besitzt, der mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Abflachungen in Form von Führungsflächen (7) versehen ist.
- Spannelement nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser des Führungszapfen (6) kleiner, gleich oder größer als der Durchmesser des Achsbolzens (5) ist.
- Spannelement nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannhebel (2) einen Viereck-Querschnitt aufweist und daß an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten je eine Führungsnut (8) eingebracht ist, die zu beiden Enden des Spannhebels offen ist und daß der Spannhebel mittels einer Sperrschraube (12) festsetzbar und mittels eines Stiftes (13) in seiner Lage bestimmbar ist.
- Spannelement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsnut (8) des Spannhebels und die Führungsflächen (7) des Führungszapfens (6) aufeinander abgestimmt sind.
- Spannelement nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gabelkopf (3) mit zwei drehbar gelagerten Achsbolzen (5) in seinen Bohrungen (4) bestückt ist und daß die Führungszapfen (6) der Achsbolzen mit ihren Führungsflächen (7) in den Raum zwischen den Gabeln ragen und daß der Spannhebel (2) in den Gabelkopf einfügbar ist und mit seinen Nuten (8) auf die Führungsflächen (7) aufsetzbar und längsverschiebbar geführt und um die Mittenachse der Achsbolzen (5) kippbar ist.
- Spannelement nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der längs verschiebbare und kippbare Spannhebel (2) hydraulisch über Kolben (10) in seine Spannstellung bringbar ist.
- Spannelement nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannhebel (2) am Spannkopf (18) mit einer Druckschraube (17) bestückt ist.
- Spannelement nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannhebel (2) im entspannten Zustand in das Gehäuse (1) einfahrbar ist.
- Spannelement nach den Ansprüchen 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Gehäuse (1) eine Tasche (19) als Freiraum für die am Kopf des Spannhebels (2) befestigte Druckschraube (17) gebildet ist.
- Spannelement nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Gehäuse (1) Sensoren zur Überwachung der Lage des Spannhebels (2) vorgesehen sind.
