Claims (8)

  1. Ein Do-it-yourself-Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gitters für Fenster oder Zäune mittels der Verwendung eines Kits, wobei das besagte Kit aus Folgendem besteht:
    - horizontale, flache Stangen (5), die an dem oberen und unteren Ende des Gitters angeordnet sind;
    - horizontale Verstärkungselemente (10), die einen U-förmigen Querschnitt besitzen;
    - vertikale Elemente (6) in der Form von Stangen oder Röhren, die die besagten oberen und die besagten unteren flachen Stangen verbinden, oder in der Form von Elementen, die einen offenen (11) oder geschlossenen (14) Querschnitt besitzen, die an den besagten horizontalen Verstärkungselementen (10) angeschlossen sind;
    - Mittel zur Verbindung der vertikalen Elemente (6, 11, 14) mit den besagten horizontalen, flachen Stangen (5) oder mit den besagten horizontalen Verstärkungselementen (10), wobei die besagten Mittel brechbare Schrauben (4, 12), die einen abgerundeten Kopf und einen Gewindebolzen besitzen, und Schraubenmuttern (13) umfassen, die einen abgerundeten Kopf besitzen,
    wobei,
    wenn die horizontalen, flachen Stangen (5) mit den vertikalen Elementen in der Form von Stangen oder Röhren verbunden werden, die abgerundeten Köpfe der Schraube und die Enden der vertikalen Elemente in Nuten versteckt sind, die in den besagten horizontalen, flachen Stangen vorgesehen sind; und
    wenn die vertikalen Elemente (11, 14) mit einem offenen oder geschlossenen Querschnitt mit den besagten horizontalen Verstärkungselementen (10) verbunden werden, die abgerundeten Köpfe sowohl der Schraube als auch der Mutter in Nuten versteckt sind, die in den oberen und unteren Stirnflächen der besagten horizontalen Verstärkungselemente vorgesehen sind.
  2. Ein Do-it-yourself-Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gitters für Fenster oder Zäune nach dem ersten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung (1) zwischen der flachen Stange (5) und der Stange (6) mittels der brechbaren Schraube (4) durchgeführt ist, die aus einem zentralen Körper (4.1) mit größerem Durchmesser als der Gewindebolzen (4.2) besteht, wobei der zentrale Körper in der Nut (5.2) und der Kopf der Schraube (4) in einer zweiten oberen Nut (5.1) aufgenommen wird; der Gewindebolzen (4.2) tritt in die Gewindebohrung (6.1) an dem Ende der Stange (6) ein, über der sich eine Umfangskerbe (6.2) befindet, die in die untere Nut (5.3) der flachen Schutzstange (5) passt.
  3. Ein Do-it-yourself-Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gitters für Fenster oder Zäune nach dem ersten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung (2) zwischen der flachen Stange (5) und der Stange (6) mittels der brechbaren Schraube (4) durchgeführt ist, die aus einem zentralen, in die Nut (5.4) geschraubten Körper (4.2) mit größerem Durchmesser als der Bolzen (4.3) besteht, der in der Röhre (6) aufgenommen ist, mit einer zweiten oberen Nut (5.1) zur Aufnahme des Schraubenkopfes und einer dritten unteren Nut (5.3) der flachen Stange (5), in der das Ende der Röhre (6) aufgenommen wird.
  4. Ein Do-it-yourself-Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gitters für Fenster oder Zäune nach dem ersten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung (3) zwischen der flachen Stange (5) und der Stange (6) mittels der brechbaren Schraube (4) durchgeführt ist, die aus einem Gewindebolzen (4.4) besteht, der in ein Hilfsteil (7) geschraubt wird, das in der gegenüberliegenden Seite der flachen Stange (5) eingefügt ist, die in der doppelten Nut (5.5) und (5.6) aufgenommen ist, wobei der Kopf der Schraube (4) in einer oberen Nut (5.1) aufgenommen ist; das zusätzliche Teil verfügt über eine untere Nut (7.1), in der das vertikale Element (6) aufgenommen ist.
  5. Ein Do-it-yourself-Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gitters für Fenster oder Zäune nach dem ersten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung (8) zwischen den vertikalen Elementen des offenen Querschnitts (11) und dem horizontalen Verstärkungsquerschnitt (10) mittels einer brechbaren Durchgangsschraube (12) ausgeführt ist, die aus einem ersten Bolzen (12.1) in der Nähe des Kopfes und einem zweiten Gewindebolzen (12.2) mit einem kleineren Durchmesser als der zweite besteht, was zu einer Stufung (12.3) führt, die die Verbindung mit dem horizontalen Querschnitt (10) gewährleistet, indem die Stufung (12.3) gegen die Seite gedrückt wird, die in Richtung des Kopfes der Schraube (12) des vertikalen Elements (11) ausgerichtet ist, sowohl der Kopf der Schraube (12) als auch die Mutter (13) befinden sich in der Nut (10.3) aufgenommen.
  6. Ein Do-it-yourself-Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gitters für Fenster oder Zäune nach dem ersten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung (9) zwischen den vertikalen Elementen des geschlossenen Querschnitts (14) und dem horizontalen Verstärkungsquerschnitt (10) mittels einer brechbaren Durchgangsschraube (12) ausgeführt ist, die einen ersten Bolzen (12.1) in der Nähe des Kopfes und einen zweiten Gewindebolzen (12.2) mit einem kleineren Durchmesser als der zweite besitzt, was zu einer Stufung (12.3) führt, die die Verbindung mit dem horizontalen Querschnitt (10) gewährleistet, indem die Stufung (12.3) gegen die innere Seite gedrückt wird, die in Richtung des Kopfes der Schraube (12) des vertikalen Elements (14) ausgerichtet ist, sowohl der Kopf der Schraube (12) als auch die Mutter (13) befinden sich in der Nut (10.3) aufgenommen.
  7. Ein Do-it-yourself-Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gitters für Fenster oder Zäune nach dem ersten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung (15) zwischen den verbindbaren vertikalen Elementen (6) und der dazwischen liegenden, horizontalen flachen Verstärkungsstange (5) mittels einem Gewindebolzen (6.4) durchgeführt ist, der sich an dem Ende des vertikalen Elements (6) befindet, der in die Gewindebohrung (6.3) an dem anderen Ende der anderen Stange (6) geschraubt wird, wobei eine Bohrung (5.7) der flachen Verstärkungsstange (5) durchlaufen wird, so dass dieser in beide Stangen (6) eingefügt und dagegen gepresst wird.
  8. Ein Do-it-yourself-Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gitters für Fenster oder Zäune nach dem ersten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung (15) zwischen den verbindbaren vertikalen Elementen (6) und der dazwischen liegenden, horizontalen flachen Verstärkungsstange (5) mittels einem Gewindebolzen (6.4) durchgeführt ist, der sich an dem Ende des vertikalen Elements (6) befindet, der in die Gewindebohrung (6.3) an dem anderen Ende der anderen Stange (6) geschraubt wird, der in die Gewindebohrung (6.3) an dem anderen Ende der anderen Stange (6) geschraubt wird, wobei dieser durch eine Bohrung (5.7) der flachen Stange (5) mit einem Durchmesser gleich dem der Umfangskerben (6.5) der Enden der Stangen (6) verläuft, wobei die Länge der Umfangskerbe (6.5) kleiner als die Hälfte der Dicke der flachen Stange (5) beträgt, so dass die flache Stange (5) ohne die Möglichkeit eines Kontaktes zwischen der flachen Stange (5) und dem Gewindebolzen (6.4) in beide Stangen (6) eingefügt und dagegen gepresst wird.
