Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich allgemein auf das Gebiet der Aufkohlung und insbesondere auf eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Messen und/oder Regeln der Aufkohlungsatmosphäre in einer Vakuumgasaufkohlungsanlage. Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass bei einer Vakuumgasaufkohlungsanlage mit mindestens einer Aufkohlungskammer die Aufkohlungskammer eine Öffnung aufweist, in der eine Sonde zur Messung der Atmosphäre in der Aufkohlungskammer vakuumdicht angeordnet ist. Vorzugsweise ist die Sonde eine vakuumdichte Sauerstoffsonde. Beispielsweise verwendet die Sonde Zirkonoxid-Keramik zur Messung. Durch die Verwendung der Sonde ergibt sich auch ein besonders einfaches und wirkungsvolles Verfahren zum Messen und/oder Regeln der Aufkohlungsatmosphäre.The present invention relates generally to the field of carburization and in particular to a device and a method for measuring and / or Controlling the carburizing atmosphere in a vacuum gas carburizing plant.
