Abstract

Die Erfindung beschreibt bei einem Ausführungsbeispiel ein Verfahren und eine zugehörige Vorrichtung zur Erkennung von Kochprozessen bei einem Glaskeramikkochfeld (1), dem über mindestens ein Heizelement (7) durch eine Energiequelle (4) Energie zugeführt wird, die an ein Kochgefäß (6) übertragen wird. Während eines Kochvorgangs wird ein Temperaturverlauf des Kochfeldes (1) gemessen und ausgewertet. Erfindungsgemäß wird der Temperaturverlauf nach einer Beendigung der Energiezufuhr ausgewertet und zur Auswertung ein Gradient (GN) des Temperaturverlaufs ermittelt. Bei der Auswertung wird ein normaler Kochprozeß erkannt, wenn ein Gradient (GN) größer als ein vorbestimmter Schwellwert (S) ist. Bei der Auswertung wird ein gestörter Kochprozeß erkannt, wenn der Gradient (GN) kleiner oder gleich einem vorbestimmten Schwellwert (S) ist.
