Claims (17)

  1. Aufbau eines Bootskiels für Segelboote, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass er ein seitlich verlängertes Element (2) zur Korrektur der Schlagseite durch Seitenbewegung enthält, wobei das Element auf der Symmetrieachse des monolithische Kiels (d), der in der Hauptrichtung des Boots liegt, von einer zur anderen Seite gleitet - dies erfolgt mithilfe einer Verschiebungsvorrichtung zur Verlagerung (5, 6, 6a) des seitlich verlängerten Elements. Das System dient zur Korrektur bzw. zum Ausgleich der Schlagseite des Boots durch Verlagerung des seitlich verlängerten Elements auf die gegenüberliegende Seite der Schlagseite per Schwerkraft bzw. hydrodynamischem Auftrieb.
  2. Bootskielstruktur gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1 und der Tatsache, dass der monolithische Kiel (1) eine durchgehende, lotrecht zur Symmetrieachse des monolithischen Kiels, der in der Hauptrichtung des Boots liegt, stehende Öffnung aufweist, in der das seitlich verlängerte Element (2) von einer zur anderen Kielseite gleitet.
  3. Bootskielstruktur gemäß dem Patentanspruch 2 und der Tatsache, dass der monolithische Kiel (1) im unteren Teil auf beiden Seiten der Symmetrieachse des monolithischen Kiels (1), der in der Hauptrichtung des Boots liegt, seitliche hydrodynamisch neutrale und symmetrische Protuberanzen aufweist, die die durchgehende Öffnung, in der das seitlich verlängerte Element (2) gleitet, enthalten.
  4. Bootskielstruktur gemäß dem Patentanspruch 3 und der Tatsache, dass das seitlich verlängerte Element (2) kürzer ist als die Gesamtbreite des Kiels, um in der Mittelposition des seitlich verlängerten Elements eine hydrodynamisch neutrale Kielposition zu erzielen.
  5. Bootskielstruktur gemäß den Patentansprüchen 1-3 und der Tatsache, dass das seitlich verlängerte Element (2) länger ist als die Gesamtbreite des Kiels.
  6. Bootskielstruktur gemäß den voran stehenden Patentansprüchen und der Tatsache, dass das seitlich verlängerte Element (2) zur Schlagseitenkorrektur im Längsschnitt in Hauptrichtung des Boots eine hydrodynamische Form mit aktiver dynamischer Oberfläche aufweist, die flach und parallel zum horizontalen Wasserfluss liegt.
  7. Bootskielstruktür gemäß den voran stehenden Patentansprüchen und der Tatsache, dass das seitlich verlängerte Element (2) zur Schlagseitenkorrektur im Längsschnitt in Hauptrichtung des Boots eine aktive dynamische Oberfläche aufweist, die zum horizontalen Wasserfluss leicht geneigt ist, wobei zur hydrodynamischen Abstützung der Oberseite der Wert des Angriffswinkel α niedriger ist.
  8. Bootskielstruktur gemäß den voran stehenden Patentansprüchen und der Tatsache, dass das seitlich verlängerte Element (2) zur Schlagseitenkorrektur einen leicht konkav nach unten gebogenen Querschnitt in Hauptrichtung des Boots aufweist, wobei das Element in einer gebogenen Linie gleitet (Abb. 4, Pos. 2).
  9. Bootskielstruktur gemäß den voran stehenden Patentansprüchen und der Tatsache, dass das seitlich verlängerte Element (2) zur Schlagseitenkorrektur über mindestens ein Ballastelement zum vorteilhaften Ausgleich der Schlagseite durch die Schwerkraft verfügt (Abb. 1, 4 und 6, Abb. 2).
  10. Bootskielstruktur gemäß den voran stehenden Patentansprüchen und der Tatsache, dass der Kiel mit einer Verschiebungsvorrichtung für das seitlich verlängerte Element ausgerüstet ist, durch die das seitlich verlängerte Element zur Schlagseitenkorrektur mithilfe von Schraube/Zahnstange (5, 6, 6a) gleitet.
  11. Bootskielstruktur gemäß dem Patentanspruch 10 und der Tatsache, dass die Mitnahme über die Schraube (6) sich im vertikalen Profil des Kiels befindet und an einen Antrieb wie einen Motor im Kiel oder Bootsrumpf (Abb. 7, Pos. M) gekoppelt ist und mindestens mit einer Zahnstange (6a) am seitlich verlängerten Element zusammenwirkt.
  12. Bootskielstruktur gemäß den voran stehenden Patentansprüchen 1-9 und der Tatsache, dass der Kiel mit folgenden Verschiebungsvorrichtungen für das seitlich verlängerte Element (2) ausgerüstet ist: mindestens ein Hydraulikzylinder (3), der das seitlich verlängerte Element schiebt und zieht und dabei mit Hilfe von festen Kabeln, die zumindest an den beiden gegenüberliegenden Längsenden des seitlich verlängerten Elements befestigt sind und über Gleitvorrichtungen wie Rollen geführt werden, gleitet (Abb. 5).
  13. Bootskielstruktur gemäß dem voran stehenden Patentanspruch 12 und der Tatsache, dass es sich bei den Kabeln um flexible Elemente aus Verbundmaterial wie beispielsweise C-Fasern mit einem durch Zug aktivierten Element und einem Entspannungselement handelt.
  14. Bootskielstruktur gemäß den voran stehenden Patentansprüchen 12 oder 13 und der Tatsache, dass die Kabel an den Enden des seitlich verlängerten Elements über herausnehmbare Teile befestigt sind, die bei einem Lösen durch Kabelbruch aus Sicherheitsgründen das seitlich verlängerte Element blockieren.
  15. Bootskielstruktur gemäß den voran stehenden Patentansprüchen und der Tatsache, dass der Kiel über Gleitmittel für das seitlich verlängerte Element auf einem Wasserfilm verfügt.
  16. Bootskielstruktur gemäß den voran stehenden Patentansprüchen 2 bis 15 und der Tatsache, dass der Kiel über Rollenelemente verfügt, die gleichmäßig in der Öffnung bzw. über das seitlich verlängerte Element verteilt sind, um die Reibungskraft beim Gleiten zu reduzieren (Abb. 5).
  17. System zur Regelung der Schlagseite durch eine Bootskielstruktur mit einem seitlich verlängerten Element zur Schlagseitenkorrektur gemäß den voran stehenden Patentansprüchen und der Tatsache, dass mindestens ein digitaler Rechner mit den Sensoren - insbesondere Sensoren für die Bootsneigung, Geschwindigkeitsmessern bzw. Dehnungsmesser - verbunden ist, die am Mast und der Seilverspannung angebracht sind; der Rechner mit entsprechenden Programmen zur Einbindung der Leistungsmerkmale (Schlagseite/Geschwindigkeit) steuert anhand der vorliegenden physikalischen Umgebungsparameter und Fortbewegungsparameter des Boots (Abb. 7) den Antrieb des seitlich verlängerten Elements über eine Servosteuerungsschleife zur Korrektur der Schlagseite des Boots in Echtzeit an.
