  1. Method for the automatic manufacture of braces made of corrugated cardboard sheet, for dividing boxes into compartments, characterised in that:

    and a second stack of second identical blanks (2) each formed of a second set (4') of four articulated flaps (5', 7', 10', 11') and a central panel (14) connected to said second set by a folding line, suitable for forming, by folding, a second part of a brace or a second brace,

    the two half-braces or braces are formed by inserting said first and second side flaps (10, 11; 10' 11') into the corresponding notches (15, 15') of said first and second end panels (7, 7') facing each other.
  5. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the central panel (14) is put into a vertical position solely by rotating the means (29, 30) for gripping said central flap by suction.
  6. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the suction gripping means (29, 30) are displaced by using a cam and pulley set (31, 32).
  7. Machine (25) for the automatic manufacture of braces made of corrugated cardboard sheet, for dividing boxes into compartments, characterised in that it comprises:
    means (26, 27) for storing two stacks of blanks facing each other, namely a first stack constituted by first identical blanks (1) each formed of a first set (4) of at least four articulated flaps (5, 7, 10, 11) suitable for forming, by folding, a first part of a brace or a first brace,
    and a second stack of second identical blanks (2) each formed of a second set (4') of four articulated flaps (5', 7', 10', 11') and a central panel (14) connected to said second set by a folding line, suitable for forming, by folding, a second part of a brace or a second brace,
    means (28, 29), using suction, for gripping the first set (4) of flaps of a first blank (1) on the one hand, and the central panel (14) of a second blank (2), on the other hand,

Machine according to Claim 7, characterised in that the storage means (26, 27) are arranged so as to present the stacks of blanks at an angle and facing one another, with respect to a vertical plane, and in that the simultaneous displacement means (31, 32) are arranged so as to bring the blanks into contact with one another respectively by rotating the corresponding gripping means in opposite directions.
  9. Machine according to either one of Claims 7 and 8, characterised in that the suction gripping means (28, 29) comprise two moving gears (31, 32), actuated by the same rotary cam (33), namely a first moving gear (31) provided with a first part (35) supporting at least two suction cups (36), said part being connected to a first control rod (37), and a second moving gear (32) provided with a second part (38) supporting at least two other suction cups (39), said part being connected to a second control rod (40), said control rods being actuated by said cam (33).
  10. Machine according to any one of Claims 7 to 9, characterised in that the support means (35, 38) are arranged so as to displace said suction cups (36, 39), in the case of the first part (37), between a first position at an angle, for gripping the first blanks (1), and a horizontal position for setting down said first blanks (1) and, in the case of the second part, between a second position at an angle, for gripping the second blanks (2), and a horizontal and/or partly vertical position for positioning said second blanks.
  11. Machine according to Claim 10 dependent on Claim 9, characterised in that the support means (35, 38) are provided with pulleys for actuating by belt the position of the suction cups, said pulleys being integral with, or capable of being made integral in rotation with, said support means.
  12. Machine according to any one of Claims 7 to 11, characterised in that the folding means comprise means (41) for punching out the set of blanks once it has been placed horizontal in one or two boxes brought into position directly above the flap suction means, allowing the automatic forming of one or two braces by punching in said box or boxes at the same time as the gripping means (28, 29) go to the next blanks.
  13. Machine according to Claim 12, characterised in that the punching means (41) are actuated by the same cam (33) as the suction gripping means.
