Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an elevator system for transporting loads and / or persons in a hoistway with at least two persons Lift shaft movable cars, which have suspension means with a Counterweight are associated with each car associated with a drive is.
Such elevator systems are known from U.S. Patent No. 1,837,643 known. It is proposed in the elevator shaft two cars to arrange one above the other. The two cars are about one Supporting cable coupled with a common counterweight.
The use of multiple cars in a hoistway will also be in U.S. Patent No. 5,699,879. Therein it is proposed assign a separate counterweight to each car, wherein the counterweights are positioned one above the other.
To avoid that when arranging several cars on top of each other limited in a hoistway the mobility of the cars is no longer removing all the floors from all the cars can be approached in the US patent No. 5 419 414, the use of additional alternative or storage locations proposed at the top and at the bottom of the elevator shaft are arranged. Such alternative places are however associated with very significant construction costs.
Japanese Publication JP-A-4-341 479 proposes Dodge spaces for the cars in a central area of the elevator shaft to arrange. Here are two cars in a hoistway provided, which are coupled pendulum-like such that an upward travel of the one car is a downward travel the other car requires. Stops one of the cars, so this necessarily has a hold of the other car result. The conveying capacity of such elevator systems is thus limited.
From US Pat. No. 1,218,617 an elevator system is known, in which at the top and at the bottom of the elevator shaft three separate, provided side by side roadway sections are each a specific car is arranged, and about the remaining area of the hoistway extends a common Road section in which all three cars are independent are movable. Lifting and lowering the cars via a common drive motor, the drums in rotation offset, on each of which a carrying rope are wound up can.
Object of the present invention is an elevator system of the generic Such a way that it can be produced inexpensively is and has an improved production capacity.
This object is achieved in an elevator system of the aforementioned Art according to the invention solved in that each car with a Counterweight connected and each car assigned its own drive is and that both in the separated and in the at least a common lane section as well as in the transition areas between the separated and the common lane sections Stops are arranged for loading and unloading.
The movement of the two cars along the elevator shaft runs thus partially along a common roadway section and partially along separate, adjacent roadway sections. This gives the possibility of having multiple cars in one Use elevator shaft, each car in particular the Final stops can approach and the individual cars from each other independently in the same direction or in opposite directions Driving directions. Depending on which area within of a building to expect a particularly high passenger volume is, the separate, adjacent lane sections for example, in a lower, a middle and / or be arranged at an upper portion of the elevator shaft, wherein the separate lane sections over common lane sections connected to each other.
It can be seen from the user, the separate lanes be arranged side by side with the floor doors or even behind each other and the approach can be from the front and / or from the back the elevator shafts take place. Likewise, of course, the shaft doors be arranged laterally on the roadways, so that the approach can be done from both sides. If in the field of disconnected Lanes the distance of the lanes to each other big enough The floor doors can also be used between the carriageways be arranged and passengers can move between the elevator shafts climb.
Both in the area of a common roadway section as well in the area of separate lane sections can the individual cars each be assigned separate guide rails. It can be provided that the cars in the area of a common Road section along shared guide rails are movable. For this it is favorable, in the transition area between separate and common roadway sections or Umsetzmittel arrange so that the cars to the respective Guide rails are transferable.
According to the invention, both in the at least one common Road section as well as in the separate carriageway sections and also in the transitional areas between the separate ones and the common carriageway stops for Loading and unloading of the cars arranged. So, for example be provided that in the region of the separate lane sections Each lane section at least one separate stop on each floor, taking in each floor several preferably juxtaposed shaft doors provided are so that these floors of a variety of cars can be approached.
In the transition area from a common lane section to separate, adjacent roadway sections are preferably associated with only one lane section shaft doors. But it can also open the shaft doors for a road section the shaft front and the shaft doors for another lane section be arranged on the back of the shaft, so that through every car can be served every floor.
It can be provided that the separate lane sections each associated with at least one particular car. Preferably the separate lane sections are each only one single car approachable.
It is advantageous if the separate lane sections each of at least two cars are approachable. This allows a higher one Flexibility of the elevator system, being particularly provided may be that a total of more cars are used as separate roadway sections are provided. So, for example be provided that the elevator system has a total of three cars has, wherein in at least one area of the elevator shaft two provided side by side separate roadway sections and at least one common lane section is used.
As mentioned above, the cars are on the support means, for example via steel or plastic suspension ropes or else via toothed or flat belt, coupled with a counterweight. It can be provided that the cars each separate Counterweights are assigned, the counterweights along the Elevator shaft either separately next to each other or at least partially movable in a common counterweight roadway are.
The drive assigned to each car can, for example, be used as a traction sheave drive drive the suspension element or a separate traction device, or he can, for example, directly the car or the counterweight drive.
Particularly cost-effective to produce an elevator system in which the Counterweights arranged one above the other and in a common Counterweight roadway are movable.
In a preferred embodiment of the elevator system according to the invention is provided that in addition to a common lane section for the cars two counterweight carriageways side by side are arranged. Such a configuration has the advantage that each car can be assigned a separate counterweight, the counterweights being movable along separate lanes are, so that a disturbance of the mobility of one of the counterweights does not affect the mobility of the other counterweight.
In particularly cramped space, it has to be advantageous proven when next to a common lane section for the Cars a counterweight carriageway with two superimposed Counterweights is positioned. The counterweights can suspended with different suspension conditions be.
In a preferred embodiment it is provided that the counterweights of two cars connected to a unit or as Unit are formed and that the two cars on a common Suspension element strand, for example a common strand of rope, connected to each other. The counterweights of the cars form a single counterweight unit, with both cars is coupled.
Preferably, it is provided that the suspension ratios of two cars and the associated counterweights different are. For example, for a first car, a suspension ratio 1: 1, for the second car a suspension ratio 2: 1, and for the common counterweight unit a suspension ratio 4: 1 be provided with additional pulleys used for the suspension element. Such a suspension As a result, the counterweight unit has a smaller area the height of the lift passes, which is traversed by the cars. in the The example shown is that of the counterweight unit traveled lifting height only 75% of the driven by the cars Lifting height.
To increase the delivery capacity can be provided that the Elevator system at least two juxtaposed common Roadway sections, wherein between the common Roadway sections, the counterweights are arranged. Here is it favorable when the the cars of a common road section associated counterweights in each case to one another Unit connected or formed as a unit. Such Embodiment is characterized by at least two adjacent arranged road strands, each roadway at least a common roadway section and in addition at least two separate, adjacent lane sections having. Between the two lane strands are the counterweights arranged so that a total of a particularly space-saving Design results.
It is particularly advantageous if the cars different Have maximum speeds. Here it is favorable, if in a common lane section the faster car over the slower car is arranged.
In a structurally particularly simple embodiment of the invention Elevator system is provided that a first car in the elevator shaft only in the vertical direction is movable and the second car at least in the area of a stop laterally next to the first car is movable. Especially with such Embodiment, it is advantageous if the cars different Have maximum speeds. Thus, for example, provided be that the faster car in the elevator shaft only in vertical Direction is movable, while the slower car at least in the area of a stop sideways next to the faster one Car is movable.
Especially in cases where the entry into a common Lane section and / or the exit from a common Road section over several floors, However, it can also be provided that the slower car in the elevator shaft can only be moved in the vertical direction while the faster car at least in the area of a stop laterally next to the slower car is movable. The faster one Car can the transition area between the separated lane sections and the common carriageway section in shorter Overcome time. Preferably, the faster car in the Transition area no stops assigned while the slower, only in the vertical direction movable car also in the Transition area between the separated carriageway sections and a common lane section on each floor a stop having.
As mentioned earlier, the guidance of the cars in the area of a common roadway section take place in such a way that the Cars use either the same guide rails or that separate guide rails are provided in each case. Be the same Used guide rails, so can in the transition area between the separate lane sections and the common Road section example switches or a deflection or Umsetzsystem be used. It can be provided that at least a car when entering a common lane section and / or when moving out of a common Road section is guided along additional guide rails.
If different for the upper and lower car guides Guide rails can be used with firmly attached to the car Guides arranged at different distances arranged the vertical orientation of the car by correspondingly large guide rail distances be achieved.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, wherein the upper and the lower car guides use the same guide rails, is provided that when driving in a car in a common roadway section and / or when moving out aligning the car from a common lane section of the car is controlled by a handlebar system. By the handlebar system can be ensured in a structurally simple way be that the car also in the transition area between a common lane section and a separate lane section essentially retains its vertical orientation.
For example, it may be provided that at least one car is arranged on a guided on guide rails frame, the via movable handlebars connected to the car is to align of the car when entering and leaving a common Road section. Similarly, the handlebar system between the Frame and the guide rails to be arranged firmly with the Car connected frame or car is without frame coupled directly to the guide rails by the handlebar system.
The handlebar can be designed to be pivotable and the Car related to the associated guide rail when on and Extend out of the common roadway section laterally, so that the car is essentially its vertical orientation maintains while the guide rail in the transition area between the common lane section and the separated one Lane section is aligned obliquely to the vertical.
Are the cars in a common lane section along movable common rails, it can be provided that the pivoting of the handlebar on one side of the joint Road section of extending car with a Release the guides on the other side of the car from the Guide rails is coupled.
In a preferred embodiment it is provided that by the Handlebar system the distance between the guide and the car at least in an upper or a lower portion of the car in substantially horizontal direction is changeable.
The linkage system may be electrically driven and / or controllable. Preferably, the link system is mechanically actuated. So can For example, be provided that the handlebar system, a piston-cylinder unit in the transition area between a common lane section and a separate lane section hydraulically or pneumatically pressurizable. In particular, with an adjustable handlebar system in the and extension areas of the transition area one for the user pleasant car position to the beginning or ending Transverse acceleration can be achieved as a controlled damping of the car shuttle can be achieved.

einer Schachtrückwand 17 und einer Schachtvorderwand 18.In the figures 1 to 7 is in highly schematic form a first

Fahrbahnabschnitte b vorgesehen.
The
Schachtdecke 14 Umlenkrollen 36 bzw. 37 drehbar gehalten.The
Fahrkorb 22 gehalten.
To determine the
ausgerichtete, starr ausgebildete Ausleger 61 bzw.
65 in
der Führungsschienen 52 und 54 in Figur 6.To guide the
Schachtseitenwand 15 ausgerichtete Schwenkachse 128 verschwenkbar
An alternative embodiment of the
The
As already mentioned, the two
To guide the
In the
vom verhältnismäßig langsamen Fahrkorb 21 in diesem Übergangsbereich
c die einzelnen Stockwerke angefahren werden können. In contrast, the
In Figure 8 is an alternative embodiment of an elevator system

In diesen
In the embodiments of Figure 1 and Figure 2 are only in

gemeinsamen Fahrbahnabschnittes a getrennte Fahrbahnabschnitte b1
However, it may also be provided that both in a lower

übereinander angeordnet verfahrbar sind. Jeweils zwei Fahrkörben 91,
92 bzw. 93, 94 ist ein gemeinsames Gegengewicht 96 bzw. 97 zugeordnet.
Another alternative elevator system is shown in FIG. 10 and FIG
