Description

The invention relates to an elevator installation with a shaft in which a first car and a second car arranged below the first car can be moved vertically and vertically upwards and downwards along a common roadway, the first car being moved by first carrying cables or carrying belts, which are guided via a first traction sheave arranged above the two cars, and is coupled to a first counterweight via first sub-cables or sub-belts, which are guided via a first deflecting roller arrangement arranged below the two cars, and wherein the second car is connected via second carrying cables or carrying belts , Which are guided via a second traction sheave arranged above the two cars, and is coupled to a second counterweight via second lower ropes or lower belts, which are guided via a second deflecting roller arrangement arranged below the two cars.

In order to transport a large number of people by means of an elevator system within a short time, it is from the international publication WO 2004/048243 A1 known to arrange at least two cars in a shaft and to move separately vertically upwards and downwards. Each car is assigned a drive device with the aid of which the car can be driven. Each of the two cars is coupled via suspension cables with a counterweight, the suspension cables are each guided over a traction sheave, with the help of which the cars can be moved.

Such elevator systems are used in particular in very tall buildings. Here, the weight of the support cables or straps can cause that in an arrangement of a car at one end of the shaft and the arrangement of the associated counterweight at the other end of the shaft, the supporting cables or straps due to their own weight slip over the traction sheave. To compensate for the weight of the support ropes or straps, therefore, sub-ropes or bottom belts are known, each coupling a car with the associated counterweight, where they are guided around a arranged below the car Umlenkrollenanordnung and thus at least over much of their length below the car and extend the counterweight.

In the WO 2009/080538 A1 an elevator system of the type mentioned is described in which the first sub-cables are fixed with a first end of the rope at the bottom of the shaft and with a second end of the rope to a weighting body or also at the bottom of the shaft. This requires a complicated cable guide the first sub-cables. In the WO 2009/153353 A1 an elevator system of the type mentioned is described, which has all Mermkale of the preamble of claim 1.

Object of the present invention is therefore to develop an elevator system of the type mentioned in such a way that it has a simpler cable or belt guide of the first sub-cables or lower belt.
This object is achieved in an elevator system of the generic type according to the invention in that the first sub-cables or sub-belts have a first and a second cable or belt end, being fixed with two cable or belt ends either on the first counterweight or on the underside of the first car and are led around at least one at the bottom of the first car or at least one arranged on the first counterweight roller.
In the elevator installation according to the invention, the sub-ropes or sub-belts assigned to the first car are fixed with their two cable or belt ends either on the first counterweight or on the underside of the first car. Starting from a first end of the cable or belt, the first lower cables or lower belts extend over the first deflecting roller arrangement and the at least one roller. The first sub-ropes or lower belts are guided around the at least one roller, and starting from the at least one roller, the first lower ropes or lower belts run back to the first deflecting roller assembly and extending from the first deflecting roller assembly to the second cable or belt end. The two cable or belt ends can be fixed, for example, on the first counterweight. In such an embodiment, the at least one roller is rotatably mounted on the underside of the first car. Alternatively it can be provided that the two cable or belt ends of the first sub-cables or sub-belts are fixed to the underside of the first car. In such an embodiment, at least one roller is rotatably mounted on the first counterweight. In both cases, the common fixing of the two cable or belt ends on the first counterweight or on the underside of the first car and the driving around the first sub-cables or sub-belts around at least one roller, which is rotatably mounted on the underside of the first car or on the first counterweight , a structurally simple cable guide for the first sub-cables or sub-belts. This makes it possible to reduce the cost of the elevator installation.

The elevator system according to the invention also has the advantage that the cable guide of the first sub-cables or bottom belt can be made very compact.

In addition, the immobilization or redirection of the first sub-ropes or sub-belts on the underside of the first car makes it possible to keep individual side portions of the first car free of any ropes and straps.

It is advantageous if the first sub-cables or sub-belts have two cable or belt sections, between which the second car is arranged. As already mentioned, the second car is positioned below the first car, and by the arrangement of the second car between the two cable or belt sections of the first sub-cables or sub-belts, the cable or belt sections of the first sub-cables or sub-belts can be on two different sides of the second Car is lost. The second car is thus not by the first sub-ropes or sub-belt impaired and the rope guide the first sub-ropes or sub-belt requires only a small effort. In particular, the number of pulleys used for the cable guide of the first lower ropes or lower belts can be kept low.

It is particularly advantageous if the two cable or belt sections of the first sub-cables or sub-belts are arranged on opposite sides of the second vehicle. In particular, it can be provided that the two cable or belt sections are arranged point-symmetrical to a central axis of the second car.

A particularly simple cable guide of the first sub-cables or lower belts is achieved in an advantageous embodiment of the invention, that extend the two cable or belt sections of the first sub-cables or sub-belts outside the vertical projection surface of the first car in the vertical direction from the first car to the first Umlenkrollenanordnung , The positioning of the two cable or belt sections outside the vertical projection surface of the first car ensures in a structurally simple way that the arranged below the first car second car is not affected by the two cable or belt sections. The vertical course of the two cable or belt sections in the region between the first car and the first deflection roller arrangement simplifies the cable guidance of the first sub-cables or sub-belts, wherein additional deflection rollers can be dispensed with in this area.

A particularly space-saving arrangement of the first sub-cables or sub-belts is achieved in a preferred embodiment in that extend the first sub-cables or sub-belts within the vertical projection surface of the first counterweight in the vertical direction from the first counterweight to the first Umlenkrollenanordnung. The vertical course of the first lower ropes or lower belts in the region between the first counterweight and the first deflecting roller arrangement has the additional advantage that additional deflection rollers can be dispensed with in this area.

Preferably, the at least one roller, around which the first lower ropes or lower belts are guided, is arranged below the first counterweight.

It is advantageous if the cable or belt ends of the first sub-cables or sub-belts are fixed to first fastening members, which protrude laterally outwardly on opposite sides of the first car from the first car. Starting from the first attachment members, the first sub-cables or sub-belts can be guided past the second car arranged below the first vehicle. Here they can extend from the first attachment members in the vertical direction down to the first deflection roller assembly.

The determination of the first sub-cables or sub-belts on fastening members, which are positioned on the first car, makes it possible to position the first car at a relatively small distance from the second car.

The first deflection roller arrangement is conveniently arranged in a shaft pit of the shaft.

The first deflection roller assembly may comprise at least one deflection roller, which is held in the vertical direction adjustable or immovable in the pit.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the first deflection roller assembly on a plurality of deflection rollers, wherein all the deflection rollers are rotatably mounted on boundaries of the shaft. The pulleys may be rotatably mounted, for example, on shaft walls or on a shaft bottom of the shaft.

To define the second car associated with the second sub-ropes or sub-belts have been made no further details. At a Advantageous embodiment, the second sub-cables or sub-belts are fixed with a first end of the cable or belt on the second car and with a second cable or belt end on the second counterweight.

The first support cables or straps are fixed in a preferred embodiment of the invention with a first cable or belt end on the first car and with a second cable or belt end on the first counterweight. Alternatively, it can be provided that the first carrying cables or carrying belts are guided around a roller held on the first car and / or on the first counterweight.

The second support cables or straps are conveniently fixed to the second car and the second counterweight. Alternatively, it can be provided that the second carrying cables or carrying belts are guided around at least one roller held on the second car and / or on the second counterweight.

It is particularly advantageous if the second carrying cables or carrying straps form two carrying cable or carrying belt strands, between which the first freight car is arranged. Starting from the second car, the two crawler or support belt strands may extend along different sides of the first car, which is positioned above the second car.

In particular, it can be provided that the two support cable or support belt strands of the second support cables or support belts are arranged point-symmetrical to a central axis of the first car.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, second fastening members are arranged on the second car, which project laterally outwardly on opposite sides of the second car from the second car, wherein the two support cable or support belt strands of the second support cable or support belt using the second attachment members on the second car are fixed.

A particularly space-saving guidance of both the carrying ropes or carrying strap and the lower ropes or lower belt of the two cars is achieved in an advantageous embodiment of the invention in that the first sub-cables or sub-belts using a pair of first attachment members or first rollers on the underside of the first car are held and the support cables or straps of the second car using a pair of second attachment members on the second car - preferably at the top - are fixed, wherein an imaginary line connecting the first attachment members or the first rollers in a vertical projection an imaginary line connecting the second attachment members crosses. Based on a common central axis of the two cars, the imaginary connecting line of the first fastening members or of the first rollers thus has a different angular position than the imaginary connecting line of the second fastening members. The imaginary connecting lines can in this case be aligned perpendicular to one another. However, it is particularly advantageous if the imaginary connecting lines cross over each other in an X-shaped manner, wherein the crossing angle between the two imaginary connecting lines is less than 90 °. For example, the crossing angle can be 20 to 70 °. It has been found that this allows a particularly space-saving arrangement of the first sub-ropes or sub-belts and the second supporting ropes or carrying strap.

In FIG. 1 schematically a first advantageous embodiment of an elevator system according to the invention is shown, which is generally occupied by the reference numeral 10. The elevator installation 10 comprises a shaft 12 which extends from a shaft ceiling 14 to a shaft floor 16 and has a plurality of shaft walls, wherein FIG. 1 only a first shaft wall 18 and a second shaft wall 20 can be seen.

The elevator installation 10 will be explained below for the sake of simplicity using the example of the use of suspension ropes and sub-cables. However, instead of the carrying ropes and sub-ropes, carrying straps and lower belts could also be used. It is understood that the invention extends in the same way on suspension ropes and sub-cables as well as on shoulder straps and bottom straps.

In the shaft 12 are a first car 22 and a second car 24 along per se known and therefore not shown to achieve a better overview in the drawing common guide rails movable up and down. The first car 22 is arranged above the second car 24 and coupled via first support cables 26 with a first counterweight 28. The first support cables 26 are guided over a first motor-rotatable traction sheave 30, by means of which the first car 22 can be moved vertically upward and vertically downward in the usual way.

The first support cables 26 are fixed centrally to a car ceiling 34 of the first car 22 with a first support cable end 32, and with a second support cable end 36, the first support cables 26 are fixed centrally on an upper side 38 of the first counterweight 28.

The second car 24 is coupled via second support cables 40 with a second counterweight 42 and guided over a second drive plate 44, by means of which the second car 24 can be moved vertically upwards and downwards.

The second catenaries 40 form a first catenary 46 and a second catenary 48 extending between the second pulley 44 and the second car 24, the first car 22 being positioned between the first catenary 46 and the second catenary 48 of the second catenaries , The two supporting cable strands 46, 48 extend on opposite sides of the first car 22, wherein they are in the amount of the first car 22 point symmetrical to a common center axis 50 of the two cars 22, 24 are arranged.

The first support cable strand 46 extends from the second traction sheave 44 vertically down to a first attachment member 52 which is disposed on a car ceiling 54 of the second car 24 and laterally projects outwardly from the second car 24.

The second support cable strand 48 is guided starting from the second traction sheave 44 via a first guide roller 56 and a second guide roller 58 to a arranged on the car ceiling 54 second attachment member 60 which on the side facing away from the first attachment member 52 side of the second car 24 laterally outwardly from second car 24 protrudes. The two fastening members 52 and 60 are arranged point-symmetrical to the common center axis of the two cars 22, 24.

To compensate for the weight of the first support cables 26, the elevator installation 10 has first sub-cables 62 which couple the first car 22 to the first counterweight 28 on the side facing away from the first support cables 26. The first sub-cables 62 have a first cable end 64, which is fixed via a third attachment member 66 to a car floor 68 of the first car 22, wherein the third attachment member 66 projects laterally outward from the first car 22.

Starting from the third attachment member 66, a first cable section 70 of the first sub-cables 62 runs vertically down to a first deflection roller assembly 72 which in the region of a pit 74 of the shaft 12 the Well bottom 16 is disposed adjacent. The first deflecting roller arrangement 72 comprises a third deflecting roller 76 and a fourth deflecting roller 78 which are freely rotatably mounted on the shaft bottom 16 or on shaft walls via bearing means (not shown in the drawing) known to those skilled in the art. In addition, the first deflecting roller arrangement 72 has a fifth deflecting roller 80, which is likewise freely rotatably mounted on the shaft bottom 16 or on shaft walls by means of bearing elements not shown in the drawing.

The first cable section 70 is guided around the third guide roller 76 and the fourth guide roller 78. Starting from the fourth deflection roller 78, the first cable section 70 extends in a vertical direction upwards to a roller 82, which is freely rotatably mounted on an underside 84 of the first counterweight 28. From the roller 82, a second cable section 86 of the first sub-cables 62 extends vertically down to the fifth guide roller 80. The second cable section 86 is guided around the fifth guide roller 80 and extends from the fifth guide roller 80 in the vertical direction up to a fourth attachment member 88, by means of which a second cable end 90 of the first sub-ropes 62 is fixed to the first car 22. The fourth attachment member 88 is disposed at the level of the car floor 68 of the first car 22 and is laterally outwardly from the first car 22 from. The third fastening member 66 and the fourth fastening member 88 are arranged with respect to the common center axis 50 of the two cars 22, 24 point-symmetrical to each other. An imaginary connecting line, which connects the third attachment member 66 with the fourth attachment member 88, crosses here in a vertical projection an imaginary connection line connecting the first attachment member 52 with the second attachment member 60. In a vertical projection, the two connecting lines are X-shaped aligned with each other, wherein the crossing angle between the two imaginary connecting lines about 20 ° to about 70 °, in particular about 25 ° to about 60 °.

As already mentioned, the weight of the first suspension cables 26 is compensated with the aid of the first sub-cables 62. This ensures that the first support cables 26 can not slip over the first traction sheave 30.

In order to compensate for the weight of the second support cables 40, the elevator installation 10 has second sub-cables 92 which couple the second car 24 with the second counterweight 42 on the side of the second car 24 remote from the second support cables 40. A first cable end 94 is fixed centrally on a car floor 96 of the second car 24. Starting from the first cable end 94, the second lower cables 92 extend in a vertical direction down to a second deflection roller assembly 98, which is arranged in the region of the shaft pit 74 and has a sixth deflection roller 100 and a seventh deflection roller 102. Starting from the first end of the rope 94, the second sub-ropes 92 are guided around the sixth deflection roller 100 and the seventh deflection roller 102. From the seventh guide pulley 102, the second sub-ropes 92 extend upward in the vertical direction, being fixed to a lower end 106 of the second counterweight 42 with a second cable end 104.

The two cars 22, 24 can be positioned at a very small distance from each other and by the X-shaped arrangement of the imaginary connecting lines that connect the fasteners 52 and 60 and the fasteners 66 and 88 together, is a mutual obstruction of the support cable strands 46, 48 of second support cables 40 through the cable sections 70, 86 of the first sub-cables 62 excluded.

In FIG. 2 schematically a second advantageous embodiment of an elevator system according to the invention is shown, which is occupied by the reference numeral 120 in total. The elevator installation 120 is largely identical to the one described above, with reference to FIG FIG. 1 explained elevator system 10. For identical components are therefore in FIG. 2 the same reference numerals as in FIG. 1 and regarding these components is to avoid from repetitions to the above explanations.

In the elevator system 10 explained above, the first cable end 64 and the second cable end 90 of the first sub-cables 62 are fixed to the first car 22 and the first sub-cables 62 are guided around the first roller 82 rotatably mounted on the first counterweight 28. In contrast, at the in FIG. 2 illustrated elevator system 120 first sub-cables 122 are used, which are fixed with a first end of the rope 124 and a second end of the rope 126 on the bottom 84 of the first counterweight 28. Underneath the car floor 68, the first sub-cables 122 in the elevator installation 120 are guided around a second roller 128 and a third roller 130. Starting from the first cable end 124, the first sub-cables 122 extend vertically downwards within the vertical projection of the first counterweight 28 to the fifth guide roller 80 around which they are guided. Starting from the fifth guide roller 80, the first sub-cables 122 extend in the vertical direction up to the third roller 130, wherein they are guided past on one side of the second car 24. Starting from the third roller 130, the first sub-cables 122 extend in a horizontal direction below the car floor 28 of the first car 22 to the second roller 128, from which the first sub-cables 122 extend in a vertical direction down to the third guide roller 76. From the third deflection roller 76, the first sub-cables 122 extend in a horizontal direction to the fourth deflection roller 78, from which the first sub-cables 122 extend to the second cable end 126 defined on the underside 84 of the first counterweight 28.

In the elevator installation 120, the imaginary connection line connecting the first attachment member 52 to the second attachment member 60 crosses in a vertical projection the imaginary connection line connecting the second roller 128 to the third roller 130, the two imaginary connection lines being X-shaped are aligned and have a crossing angle in the range of about 20 ° to about 70 °, in particular a crossing angle in the range of about 25 ° to about 60 °. By such an arrangement of the first and second fastening members 52, 60 and the second and third rollers 128, 130, a mutual obstruction of the support cords 46, 48 of the second support cables 40 by the first sub-cables 122 are excluded and the second support cables 40 and the first sub-cables 122 can be arranged very space-saving.

Both at the in FIG. 1 schematically illustrated elevator system 10 and in the in FIG. 2 schematically illustrated elevator installation 120, the cable guide of the first sub-cables 62 and 122 can be achieved inexpensively and all support and sub-cables can be arranged to save space in the shaft 12.
