Claims (8)
- Türzarge aus Stahlblech, bestehend aus zwei Zargenseitenteilen und einem Zargenkopfteil, die jeweils zwei Randflansche und eine Leibungsfläche mit einer Falz aufweisen, deren eine Falzseitenwand parallel und im Abstand zur Leibungsfläche angeordnet ist, wobei die Zargenseitenteile und das Zargenkopfteil mittels Verbindungselementen in einem Gehrungsstoß miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leibungsfläche (10) und die Falzseitenwand (15) des Zargenkopfteils (2) über die Leibungsfläche (3) bzw. die Falzseitenwand (8) des Zargenseitenteils (1) hinaus verlängert sind und dass in Verlängerung der Leibungsfläche (3) und der Falzseitenwand (8) des Zargenseitenteils (1) vorspringende Verbindungszungen (18, 19) durch passende Einsteckschlitze (17) der Leibungsfläche (10) bzw. der Falzseitenwand (15) des Zargenkopfteils (2) gesteckt sind und durch ein formschlüssig an den Verbindungszungen (18, 19) angreifendes Verriegelungsteil (20) gesichert sind.
- Türzarge aus Stahlblech, bestehend aus zwei Zargenseitenteilen und einem Zargenkopfteil, die jeweils zwei Randflansche und eine Leibungsfläche mit einer Falz aufweisen, deren eine Falzseitenwand parallel und im Abstand zur Leibungsfläche angeordnet ist, wobei die Zargenseitenteile und das Zargenkopfteil mittels Verbindungselementen in einem Gehrungsstoß miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leibungsfläche (3) und die Falzseitenwand (8) des Zargenseitenteils (1) über die Leibungsfläche (10) bzw. die Falzseitenwand (15) des Zargenkopfteils (2) hinaus verlängert sind und dass in Verlängerung der Leibungsfläche (10) und der Falzseitenwand (15) des Zargenkopfteils (2) vorspringende Verbindungszungen durch passende Einsteckschlitze der Leibungsfläche (3) bzw. der Falzseitenwand (8) des Zargenseitenteils (1) gesteckt sind und durch ein formschlüssig an den Verbindungszungen angreifendes Verriegelungsteil (20) gesichert sind.
- Türzarge nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungszungen (18, 19) seitliche Einschnitte (18a, 19a) aufweisen, in die ein das Verriegelungsteil bildender Verriegelungsschieber (20) eingreift.
- Türzarge nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungsschieber (20) in seiner Verriegelungsstellung formschlüssig festlegbar ist.
- Türzarge nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungsschieber (20) ein abgekröpfter, an den Außenseiten der Leibungsfläche (10) und der Falzseitenwand (15) anliegender Blechschieber ist.
- Türzarge nach einem der Ansprüche 3 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungsschieber (20) von einer der beiden Stirnseiten der Zarge her verschiebbar und in seiner Verriegelungsstellung formschlüssig festlegbar ist.
- Türzarge nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Sicherungsschraube (23) durch eine Bohrung (24) am Boden (14) der Falz (12) gesteckt und in eine Gewindebohrung (25) des Verriegelungsschiebers (20) eingeschraubt ist.
- Türzarge nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verbindung der Leibungsflächen (3, 10) zwei Verbindungszungen (18) im Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind.
