Claims (7)
- Zerkleinerungspumpe zur Förderung von Feststoffe enthaltendem Abwasser, als rotierende verdrängerpumpe, mit einem Elektromotor, mit einem Pumpengehäuse, mit einem feststehenden Pumpenstator und einem exzentrisch gelagerten Rotor sowie mit einer Zerkleinerungseinrichtung bestehend aus wenigstens einem feststehenden und wenigstens einem rotierenden Messer, wobei die Zerkleinerungseinrichtung über das von der Antriebswelle des Elektromotors abliegende Ende des Pumpenrotors angetrieben wird, wobei die Messer als übereinanderliegende Scheiben mit Schneiddurchtritten ausgebildet sind, die Schneiddurchtritte kreisbogenförmige oder sichelförmige Schneidkanten bilden und sich wenigstens zwei Schneiddurchtritte in wenigstens einer Winkelstellung des rotierenden Messers wenigstens teilweise überlappen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Drehrichtung des rotierenden Messers (6) voreilenden Randabschnitte der Schneiddurchtritte jeweils einen Freiraum zwischen den Messern (5, 6) bildend hinterschnitten sind.
- Zerkleinerungspumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem feststehenden Messer (5) nur ein einziger in Bezug auf die Mittellängsachse (14) des Pumpengehäuses (1) versetzt bzw. exzentrisch angeordneter Schneiddurchtritt (10) vorgesehen ist.
- Zerkleinerungspumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneiddurchtritt (10) in dem feststehenden Messer (5) größer als diejenigen in dem rotierenden Messer (6) ist.
- Zerkleinerungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser der das rotierende Messer (6) bildenden Scheibe kleiner oder gleich der Hälfte des Durchmessers der das feststehende Messer (5) bildenden Scheibe ist.
- Zerkleinerungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hinterschnitte so ausgebildet sind, dass die Schneidkanten (12b) der Schneiddurchtritte (11) des rotierenden Messers (6) in den in Drehrichtung voreilenden Bereichen unterbrochen sind.
- Zerkleinerungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Schneiddurchtritt (10) des feststehenden Messers (5) stromabwärts verjüngt und eine umlaufende abgeschrägte Schneidkante (12a) bildet.
- Zerkleinerungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Schneiddurchtritte (11) des rotierenden Messers (6) stromabwärts erweitern und jeweils eine teilweise umlaufende abgeschrägte Schneidkante (12b) bilden.
