Claims (5)
- Schneidevorrichtung für im Bereich der Nahrungsmittel und insbesondere für Fleisch benutzte Zerkleinerer, der Art hergestellt aus einem einzigen Stück, aufweisend die Gestalt eines Sternes mit mehreren Schenkeln (1), jeweils versehen mit einer Vorderkante (2), umfassend wenigstens eine Schneidkante, vorgesehen, um mit einem als Amboß dienenden Gitter zusammenzuwirken, und wo die besagten Schenkel (1) ein gekrümmtes Profil aufweisen, derart, daß die Vorderkante (2) von jedem von ihnen, und also die Schneidkante, eine konvexe Form habe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder von den besagten Schenkel (1) zwei Schneidkanten (3, 4 ; 5, 6) mit einem zwischen 19 und 28° liegenden Schneidewinkel (α, β) umfaßt, jeweils vorgesehen, um mit einem Gitter zusammenzuwirken, während die Freiflächen (30, 40 ; 50, 60) parallel sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkante (3, 4, 6) der Vorderkante (2) von jedem der Schenkel (1) einen Schneidewinkel (α) von 22° aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, bei der die Schneidflächen (31, 41) durch eine flache Wand (20) mit einer Biegung, identisch wie jene der Schenkel (1), verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der Schenkel (1) zwei Schneidkanten (5, 6) umfaßt, wobei die Freiflächen (50, 60) parallel seien, während sich die Schneidflächen (51, 61) an einer Rippe (21) wieder zusammenfinden, und daß die besagten Schneidkanten (5, 6) koaxial sind, aber Krümmungsradien mit unterschiedlichen Längen haben, derart, daß die Kante (5), vorgesehen, um als erste gespeist zu werden, den größeren Krümmungsradius habe und also vorspringend hinsichtlich der anderen Kante (6) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkante (5) mit dem größten Krümmungsradius einen Schneidewinkel (β) von 25° aufweist, während die andere Schneidkante (6) einen Schneidewinkel (α) von 22° aufweist.
