Claims (8)

  1. Zerkleinerungspumpe, umfassend:
    - eine Welle (1), die durch einen Motor um eine Achse drehangetrieben wird,
    - ein Laufrad (2), das mit der Welle (1) in einem Gehäuse (20), welches durch eine einen Saugbereich (4) definierende Verschlussplatte (3) verschlossen ist, drehfest ist, wobei ein Durchgang für Fluid von dem Saugbereich (4), zwischen einem mit der Welle (1) fest verbundenen umlaufenden Messer (6) und einem an einer Platte (3) zum Verschließen des Gehäuses (20) befestigten Schneidring (7) hindurch, zu einem Druckrohrstutzen (5) verläuft,
    - wobei das Messer (6) und der Ring (7) mit Flächen, die mit Zerkleinerungsmitteln ausgestattet sind und die zu der Achse senkrecht verlaufen, gegenüberliegen,
    - wobei der Zerkleinerungsabstand oder -spiel, entlang der Achse gerechnet, zwischen dem Messer (6) und dem Schneidring (7) durch Mittel zur Einstellung des Zerkleinerungsspiels einstellbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch Mittel (21) zur Einstellung des hydraulischen Spiels oder Abstands entlang der Achse zwischen dem Laufrad (2) und der Platte (3), die von den Mitteln (15) zur Einstellung des Zerkleinerungsspiels unabhängig sind.
  2. Zerkleinerungspumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Einstellung des Zerkleinerungsspiels drei parallel zur Achse verlaufende, zugängliche Schrauben (15) umfassen, die die Platte (3) durchgreifen und den Ring (7) in Richtung des Laufrades (2) zurück drücken.
  3. Zerkleinerungspumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Einstellung des Zerkleinerungsspiels eine Scheibe (19), welche zwischen dem Laufrad (2) und dem Messer (6) angeordnet und dabei mit ihnen in Kontakt ist, umfassen.
  4. Zerkleinerungspumpe nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Einstellung des hydraulischen Spiels zwischen dem Gehäuse (20) und der Platte (3) angeordnet sind.
  5. Zerkleinerungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Einstellung des hydraulischen Spiels Schrauben umfassen.
  6. Zerkleinerungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zerkleinerungsmittel des Rings (7) Zinnen (12) mit radialen scharfen Kanten umfassen.
  7. Zerkleinerungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messer (6) eine Scheibe ist, deren Zerkleinerungsmittel Schaufeln (9) mit scharfen Schneidkanten umfassen.
  8. Zerkleinerungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Einstellung des Zerkleinerungsspiels eine Scheibe (14) zwischen der Platte (3) und dem Ring (7) umfassen.
