Claims (8)

  1. Presse à rouleaux à fente longitudinale pour assécher une bande de matériau dans une fente de pressage, qui est formée d'une part par un contre-rouleau rotatif et d'autre part par un rouleau presseur à fente longitudinale (1), et dans laquelle le rouleau presseur à fente longitudinale (1), comporte un support fixe et un revêtement de rouleau (2) flexible pouvant tourner autour du support, qui est soutenu dans la zone de la fente de pressage par un sabot de pressage disposé sur le support, dans laquelle le revêtement de rouleau comporte des sections d'extrémité (4), qui sont fixées de manière étanche à des parois frontales (3) disposées de manière rotative sur le support au moyen respectivement d'une bague de serrage (9) correspondant à un premier dispositif d'actionnement et guidée de manière à pouvoir se déplacer axialement sur une paroi frontale (3), laquelle serre un anneau d'écartement (5) avec une surface extérieure cylindrique (6) radialement contre une bague extérieure (19) pouvant être reliée fermement aux parois frontales (3) en fixant une section d'extrémité (4) du revêtement de rouleau (2), caractérisée en ce qu'un joint d'étanchéité (24) est disposé respectivement à proximité des bagues de serrage (9) sur chaque paroi frontale (3), lequel peut être déformé radialement contre la bague extérieure (19) au moyen d'une pièce de fixation (22) mobile grâce au second dispositif d'actionnement (21) indépendant de l'activation de la bague de serrage (9), par pression d'une pièce partielle axiale de la section d'extrémité (4) respective du revêtement de rouleau (2) sur la bague extérieure (19).
  2. Presse à rouleaux à fente longitudinale selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la bague de serrage (9) comporte une surface périphérique extérieure conique (8), qui est mobile contre une surface périphérique intérieure (7) formant une contre-surface d'appui conique d'un anneau d'écartement (5).
  3. Presse à rouleaux à fente longitudinale selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la bague de serrage (9) comporte une surface périphérique intérieure cylindrique et en ce que l'anneau d'écartement (5) comporte une surface périphérique extérieure cylindrique.
  4. Presse à rouleaux à fente longitudinale selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les premier et second dispositifs d'actionnement (13, 21) sont respectivement conçus comme des vis disposées séparément, qui peuvent respectivement être introduites par un alésage de passage et pénètrent dans un alésage fileté (16, 28), l'un de ces alésages étant disposé respectivement dans la bague de serrage (9) et la pièce de fixation (22), et l'alésage associé se trouve dans la paroi frontale (3).
  5. Presse à rouleaux avec fente longitudinale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (24) est composée d'un élastomère en une seule pièce.
  6. Presse à rouleaux avec fente longitudinale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (24) présente une section transversale ronde à l'état non chargé.
  7. Presse à rouleaux avec fente longitudinale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (24) est disposée respectivement vers l'intérieur de la fente à proximité de la bague de serrage (9).
  8. Presse à rouleaux avec fente longitudinale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (24) est disposée respectivement vers l'extrémité de la fente à proximité de la bague de serrage (9).
