Claims (11)
- Dispositif de pressage pour le séchage ou le lissage d'une bande de papier, de carton, d'essuie-tout ou d'une autre bande de matière fibreuse (1) dans une machine pour la fabrication et/ou le traitement d'une telle bande, avec un rouleau presseur (5) et au moins un rouleau d'appui (6, 7), qui forme chaque fois une fente de pressage avec le rouleau presseur (5), dans lequel au moins un rouleau d'appui (6) possède une enveloppe de rouleau tournante (18), qui est pressée sur le rouleau presseur (5) par un élément de pressage (8) qui s'appuie sur l'axe (17) du rouleau d'appui (6), et le rouleau presseur (5) présente un axe tournant solidairement (10), qui est appuyé dans des paliers (9) de pièces de support (16), caractérisé en ce que la face d'appui (A) des pièces de support (16) pour le palier respectif (9) du rouleau presseur (5) est relativement élastique dans la région de la charge de palier résultante (12), de telle manière que la face d'appui (A) soit plus élastique que l'autre zone périphérique autour de l'axe à supporter (10) du rouleau presseur (5).
- Dispositif de pressage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la face d'appui élastique (A) s'étend sur une zone périphérique de 60 à 90°, de préférence de 30 à 120°.
- Dispositif de pressage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de support (16) présente, pour la réalisation d'une face d'appui élastique (A), des évidements (13), de préférence en forme de fentes en face du palier (9) dans la région de la face d'appui correspondante (A).
- Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de support (16) présente une matière élastique dans la région de la face d'appui élastique (A).
- Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de support (16) s'appuie en un ou plusieurs points fixes (14) sur une chaise ou est supportée par celle-ci, qui sont situés à l'extérieur du secteur circulaire qui est formé par l'axe (10) du rouleau presseur (5) et la face d'appui élastique (A).
- Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau presseur (5) possède un palier libre (9), disposé de préférence du côté conducteur, en particulier sous la forme d'un Carblager.
- Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un rouleau d'appui (6) possède une enveloppe flexible (18) et l'élément de pressage (8) présente une surface de pressage concave pour former une fente de pressage prolongée.
- Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les paliers (9) du rouleau presseur (5) et les paliers d'au moins un rouleau d'appui (6) s'appuient avec un élément de pressage (8) dans des pièces de support séparées (15, 16).
- Dispositif de pressage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de support séparées (15, 16) sont reliées l'une à l'autre au moins à une extrémité de rouleau au moyen d'au moins un tirant (11).
- Dispositif de pressage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de support (15, 16) sont reliées l'une à l'autre au moyen d'au moins deux tirants (11).
- Dispositif de pressage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les tirants (11) sont approximativement parallèles à la tangente (20) reliant les boîtiers de palier du rouleau presseur (5) et du rouleau d'appui (6).
