Claims (7)
- Presse à longue pince pour égoutter une bande de papier, carton, papier-tissu ou une autre bande fibreuse (1) dans une machine pour la fabrication de ce matériau, constituée d'un rouleau de presse (4) avec une enveloppe de rouleau flexible (9) et un élément de presse (6) avec une surface de presse concave, qui presse l'enveloppe de rouleau (9) pour former une pince de presse allongée avec un contre-rouleau cylindrique (5), le diamètre du rouleau de presse (4) étant inférieur à 1 m, caractérisée en ce que le diamètre du contre-rouleau (5) est supérieur à 0.8 m, l'enveloppe de rouleau du rouleau de presse (4) a une largeur supérieure de 0.6 m au maximum à la surface d'enveloppe du contre-rouleau (5) et le diamètre du rouleau de presse (4) est inférieur au diamètre du contre-rouleau (5).

- Presse à longue pince selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la surface de pressage dans la direction d'avance de la bande (11) présente une longueur (L) inférieure à 230 mm, de préférence inférieure à 190 mm et en particulier inférieure à 160 mm.
- Presse à longue pince selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la largeur de l'enveloppe de rouleau du rouleau de presse (4) est inférieure à 7,5 m, de préférence inférieure à 6,8 m et en particulier inférieure à 5,5 m.
- Presse à longue pince selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe de rouleau du rouleau de presse (4) a une largeur supérieure de 0.5 m au maximum, de préférence de 0.4 m au maximum, à la surface d'enveloppe du contre-rouleau (5).
