Description
Claims (9)
- Langspalt-Walzenpresse zum Entwässern einer Materialbahn in einem Preßspalt, der einerseits von einer rotierenden Gegenwalze und andererseits von einer Langspalt-Preßwalze gebildet ist, und die Langspalt-Preßwalze einen feststehenden Träger und einen um den Träger drehbaren, flexiblen Walzenmantel aufweist, der im Bereich des Preßspaltes auf einem am Träger angeordneten Preßschuh abgestützt ist, der Walzenmantel Endabschnitte aufweist, die an am Träger drehbar gelagerten Stirnwänden dichtend festgeklemmt sind mittels jeweils eines an einer Stirnwand axial verschiebbar geführten und auf eine erste Betätigungseinrichtung ansprechenden Klemmrings, der einen elastischen Spreizring mit einer zylindrischen Außenfläche radial gegen einen fest mit den Stirnwänden verbindbaren Außenring unter Einklemmen eines Endabschnitts des Walzenmantels klemmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils benachbart der Klemmringe (9) ein Dichtring (24) an jeder Stirnwand (3) angeordnet ist, der mittels einer getrennt von der Betätigung des Klemmringes (9) wirkenden zweiten Betätigungseinrichtung (21) gegen den Außenring (19) radial verformbar ist unter Andrücken eines axialen Teilstücks des jeweiligen Endabschnitts (4) des Walzenmantels (2) an den Außenring (19).
- Langspalt-Walzenpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmring (9) eine konische Außenumfangsfläche (8) aufweist, die verfahrbar ist gegen eine, eine konische Gegenfläche bildende Innenumfangsfläche (7) eines Spreizringes (5).
- Langspalt-Walzenpresse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmring (9) eine zylindrische Innenumfangsfläche und der Spreizring (5) eine zylindrische Außenumfangsfläche aufweist.
- Langspalt-Walzenpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring (24) mittels eines von der zweiten Betätigungseinrichtung (21) verfahrbaren Klemmstücks (22) radial verformbar ist.
- Langspalt-Walzenpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und zweite Betätigungseinrichtung (13, 21) jeweils als getrennt angeordnete Schrauben ausgebildet sind, die jeweils durch eine Durchgangsbohrung steckbar sind und in eine Gewindebohrung (16, 28) eingreifen, wobei eine dieser Bohrungen jeweils in dem Klemmring (9) und dem Klemmstück (22) und die zugeordnete Bohrung in der Stirnwand (3) angeordnet ist.
- Langspalt-Walzenpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring (24) aus einem vollstückigen Elastomer besteht.
- Langspalt-Walzenpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring (24) im unbelasteten Zustand einen runden Querschnitt besitzt.
- Langspalt-Walzenpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring (24) jeweils zum Walzeninneren hin benachbart dem Klemmring (9) angeordnet ist.
- Langspalt-Walzenpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring (24) jeweils zum Walzenende hin benachbart dem Klemmring (9) angeordnet ist.
