Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'injection de carburant pour moteurs à combustion interne comprenant un collecteur et une pompe haute pression régulée en fonction du régime du moteur, servant à produire la pression et le débit de carburant requis pour chacun des états de fonctionnement du moteur à combustion interne dans le collecteur. Ledit système comprend également une unité de dosage de carburant associée à la pompe haute pression, à base d'une soupape de régulation (11) à commande électromagnétique. L'unité de dosage de carburant (10,11) est placée dans la pompe haute pression et la sortie de la soupape de régulation (11) débouche dans la zone basse pression de la pompe haute pression. L'entrée (32,43) de la soupape de régulation (11) est reliée au côté refoulement d'une pompe de refoulement. La soupape de régulation (11) présente un piston de soupape (23) pouvant être sollicité par ressort de compression, en position d'ouverture, ledit piston étant actionné par un boulon d'induit (14) du solénoïde (10), à l'encontre de la force du ressort. L'invention se caractérise en ce qu'il est prévu dans le piston de soupape (23), au moins une, de préférence plusieurs ouvertures de commande radiales, coopérant avec le côté admission de la pompe haute pression.
