Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a seal for a joint between two concrete parts. there vertical and horizontal joints are particularly suitable. The vertical Joints usually run between two concrete wall parts. horizontal Joints can be made from concrete walls on the one hand and from the concrete slab On the other hand, the bottom of a building can be limited.
Since the advent of so-called element walls, waterproofing has come from The joints between concrete slabs are particularly important. With this construction technique the walls to be formed in concrete are not cast in one piece on site (In situ). Rather, individual wall parts are prefabricated, as a whole to the Delivered to the construction site and connected there. These usually exist Element walls consisting of two delimiting individual walls, between which there is one Steel reinforcement for stabilization. Only the one that remains next to the reinforcement Space is poured on site with in-situ concrete. In this way, the Make the construction phase extremely time-saving and inexpensive. Because of the industrial Prefabrication, the wall surfaces have a dense concrete structure waterproof properties. Construction weaknesses are however, the necessary joints, in particular vertical between the individual element walls but also horizontally between the Element walls and the structure base remain. Penetrating through the joints Water can spread over time in the cavities, which despite Filling with in-situ concrete is still between the individual walls. In this way after a while, the entire body may become completely wet Concrete wall come.
There are essentially two known solutions for sealing these joints.
Dann muß der Dichtungsraum an sämtlichen Aushöhlungen des Untergrundes gesondert mit Bentonit unterfüttert werden, was zu einer konstruktionsbedingten Ungleichmäßigkeit des Dichtungsmittels und somit zu einer zusätzlichen Fehlerquelle führt.DE 295 19 911 U1 describes a sealing system with a bentonite coating Carrier web and a cover plate that can be anchored to the concrete walls are known, the seal on the side of the building pressurized with water is provided. This solution essentially uses the high source and Adsorptivity of the bentonite clay. When water is applied to the seal a strong swelling process is initiated, through which a seal of the joint of the Building can be reached. However, this solution has the disadvantage that the sealing effect only with extremely precise processing and with level Surface is guaranteed over a longer period of time: Because bentonite is not hardens, it is necessary to reduce the swelling pressure in the space from the cover plate is bounded, to maintain constantly. However, this is no longer the case the case when the swelling material, for example, due to imprecise assembly escape under the joint remaining between the cover plate and the concrete wall can. The maintenance of a permanent source pressure is additionally difficult if there is an uneven surface. Then the sealing space must be on all Excavations in the subsurface are lined with bentonite, which leads to a design-related non-uniformity of the sealant and thus leads to an additional source of error.
Bituminous seals are also known. After a primer that is on dry or slightly damp, mineral-bound substrates are processed (e.g. bitumen rubber primer), a bitumen sealing membrane can be applied become. It is also known to make this web self-adhesive (see, for example, the Product Bitucoat KSK). The disadvantage of this known solution is that in any case a primer is required with the primer. The primer can only on a solid, stable, clean, oil and grease-free and defect-free Surface and not over gaping cracks, burrs and sharp edges be applied. This fact is a significant one in practice Restriction for joint seals based on bitumen because of their use is not independent of the weather. In Central Europe in particular, it can sensitive delays in the construction work easily occur. In any case It is important to find a period in which a during assembly and curing dry weather is guaranteed. Another disadvantage of this in the prior art known solution is its susceptibility to application errors. In particular the thickness of the bitumen layer must be chosen very carefully: on the one hand one would have to thin layer thickness means that the bitumen application is due Could not withstand water pressure and that the layer is not sufficiently capable Bridge cracks. On the other hand, the bitumen layer must not be too thick, either otherwise the drying process (and therefore also the building process as a whole) could be slowed down. In addition, under certain circumstances, the so-called peat effect with severe cracking.
The invention has for its object a seal for a joint between two Form concrete slabs in such a way that the protection against ingress of water is permanent and at the same time weather-independent installation is possible. This The object is achieved by a joint on both long sides outstanding elastic waterproof film solved by means of at least one Adhesive tape is attached to both concrete walls. The adhesive tape consists of one that cures in moisture and on both concrete and material of the adhesive film and adhesive.
Since no swelling pressure has to be maintained in the solution according to the invention, to ensure the effectiveness of the seal, the invention does not set high Precision processing requirements. Rather, it is a permanent one Sealing possible even with simple assembly. By one even in damp curing adhesive and sealant is used, the time of assembly regardless of the weather can be chosen, which significantly the construction planning simplified and thus also noticeably reduces costs. This advantage is added to this reinforced that a primer is not necessary because the adhesive and Sealant adheres to both concrete and the material of the film. There are therefore no restrictions when applying a primer.
In an advantageous embodiment, the film consists essentially of tear-resistant rubber and / or elastomer. Through these substances can be achieved that the sealing film clings to unevenness on the base. In particular these materials can also be used when the one to be sealed Groove at an angle, such as between the base plate of the building and one on top of it installed element wall. In another advantageous embodiment the side of the film facing the adhesive and sealing compound can be stuffed. In order to can be a particularly permanent and firm connection between the film and the Achieve adhesive and sealant.
The life of the joint is increased if the film is advantageously weatherproof, UV light, and / or is frost-resistant.
So that the strength of the film against mechanical loads, for example during assembly or while filling the construction pit, the film can advantageously have a thickness of at least 0.5 mm. Depending on the width the joint, it is advantageous to choose a film width of at least 20 cm sufficient space for the adjacent to the two long sides of the joints Adhesive sheets is.
The adhesive and sealant can advantageously be free of solvents, isocyanates and plasticizers be as well as workable on damp and / or wet surfaces. These properties of adhesives and sealants are very rare, especially those There is no freedom from isocyanates in the usual polyurethane compositions. Indeed considerable advantages are guaranteed with such an embodiment of the adhesive. Such a mass is pasty and hardens into an elastic product. In particular, however, it can be effectively avoided that the adhesive and Sealing becomes porous and cracked over time. That the adhesive and sealant Can be processed even on moist substrates, ensures a safe and delay-free planning of construction work. Last but not least, with it considerable costs can be saved.
The adhesive and sealing compound can be weatherproof in the hardened state and have a high strength. These properties also increase durability and reliability of the joint seal.
The adhesive and sealing compound can advantageously be based on silane-modified polymers based. Such a basis is also called an MS hybrid basis. This adhesive and Sealing compound has the mentioned, particularly advantageous for the invention, Properties on. In particular, it is independent of the weather and can also be used without Primer can be applied to the surfaces. Silane modified polymers adhere to both rubber and concrete and provide a UV-resistant as well extremely strong connection. It is particularly advantageous that these adhesives and sealants harden even on damp surfaces and even under water. humidity even accelerates the curing process.
In an advantageous embodiment, the film is not on the two concrete walls each fastened with a separate adhesive tape, but with a single one Adhesive sheet that covers essentially the entire width of the film. So that's a particularly good hold guaranteed. At the same time, disturbing air bubbles or Air spaces between the individual adhesive sheets can be avoided.
The elastic waterproof films used for the invention are usually manufactured and delivered in webs. At the end of such a path leads this divides the film transversely to its longitudinal direction. Can be beneficial then an overlap of 50 to 100 mm should be provided in the joint area, whereby the adhesive web extends between the overlapping film sections can. This makes it permanent and reliable even in the overlap area Tightness achieved.
Advantageously, the seal on the pressurized water Be provided on the building side. In this case, the water pressure still contributes Stability of the joint seal by adding additional force to the film Concrete slabs and presses on the joint.
If there is pressing water around the building, this increases Arrangement additionally the contact pressure of the film, which strength of the connection and Durability of the sealing connection is further improved.
So
In Fig. 2 the cross section through a seal for a perpendicular joint 16 is shown. Before the seal, the joint was filled with a
