Claims (9)
- Vollmantelzentrifuge zur Trennung von Feststoff-Flüssigkeitsgemischen mit im Trommelmantel (10) an einem Endbereich angeordneten Dickstoff-Austragsöffnungen und mit in der Stirnwandung (14) am anderen Endbereich der Zentrifugentrommel angeordneten Flüssigkeits-Ablauföffnungen (13) und mit einem von außerhalb der Zentrifugentrommel her verstellbaren Wehr zum Einstellen bzw. Verändern des Flüssigkeitsstandes in der Zentrifugentrommel (10) während des Zentrifugenbetriebes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das verstellbare Wehr aus einer mit dem Zentrifugengehäuse (18) verbundenen und die Flüssigkeits-Ablauföffnungen (13) der Zentrifugentrommel (10) von außen mit Abstand abdeckenden feststehenden, d. h. nicht mitrotierenden Ringtasse (20) besteht, die an ihrem Ringumfang wenigstens eine durch eine Verstelleinrichtung (24, 26, 30) in ihrer Größe veränderbare Durchtrittsöffnung aufweist, durch welche die Flüssigkeit in die Flüssigkeits-Auffangkammer (15) des Zentrifugengehäuses austritt.
- Vollmantelzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der feststehenden Ringtasse (20) etwa dem Durchmesser des Kreises entspricht, der alle Flüssigkeits-Ablauföffnungen (13) der Zentrifugentrommel (10) umschließt, und daß zwischen der freien Stirnseite der Ringtasse und der benachbarten Trommelstirnwandung ein freier Ringspalt (19) gebildet ist.
- Vollmantelzentrifuge nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine an der feststehenden Ringtasse (20) angeordnete Flüssigkeits-Durchtrittsöffnung (19) aus einem sich insbesondere nach unten erweiternden schrägen Ringspalt bzw. Auslaufschlitz besteht.
- Vollmantelzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung aus einer konzentrisch zur Ringtasse (20) angeordneten Lochblende (23) besteht, die durch ihre Verdrehung den freien Querschnitt der Durchtrittsöffnung/en (21) der Ringtasse (20) mehr oder weniger weit abdeckt.
- Vollmantelzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung aus einer konzentrisch zur Ringtasse (20) angeordneten Lochblende (25) besteht, die durch ihre Axialverschiebung den freien Querschnitt der Durchtrittsöffnung/en (21) der Ringtasse (20) mehr oder weniger weit abdeckt.
- Vollmantelzentrifuge nach den Ansprüchen 4 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringtasse (20) sowie die Lochblende (23, 25) der Verstelleinrichtung an der der Trommelstirnwand (14) mit den Flüssigkeits-Ablauföffnungen (13) benachbarten Zentrifugengehäusewand (18) befestigt sind.
- Vollmantelzentrifuge nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß außerhalb der Zentrifugengehäusewand (18) ein Stellorgan (24, 26) angeordnet ist, das mit der innerhalb der Gehäusewand verstellbaren Lochblende (23, 25) in Wirkverbindung steht.
- Vollmantelzentrifuge nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stellorgan (24, 26) einen Stellmotor (30), einen Hydraulikzylinder, einen Pneumatikzylinder, eine Gewindebuchse etc. aufweist.
- Vollmantelzentrifuge nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stellorgan zur automatischen Verstellung des Wehrs, d. h. zur Verstellung der wirksamen Breite des der Ringtasse (20) zugeordneten Auslaufschlitzes (19 bzw. 21) mit Meßwertgebern verbunden ist zur Messung von Menge und/oder Trockensubstanz - Gehalt und/oder Zähigkeit des eingedickten Feststoffaustrages und/oder von Menge/Konzentration des Schlammzulaufes und/oder von Trübung des Zentratablaufes.
