Definitions
- the invention relates to a pendulum jigsaw, in particular jigsaw, with one of the attachment of a saw blade lifting rod, which has a, with a moving motor-driven axis of rotation driving body, coupled guide surface, wherein the lifting rod is displaceable in a lifting movement by moving the driving body.
- Pendulum hoist saws of the above type are used when performing cutting work.
- a saw blade is releasably secured to a lifting rod, which performs a pendulum-like lifting movement.
- the lifting rod To transform a rotational movement generated by a motor in the pendulum-like lifting movement, the lifting rod on a lifting gate.
- the saw blade In a stroke direction of the lifting rod, the saw blade carries out a material-removing sawing stroke and in the opposite direction an idle stroke. During the idle stroke there is no machining of a material to be processed, for example wood or plastic.
- An advantage of the known solution is the structurally simple transformation of the circular movement of the driving body in a linear movement. This is conducive to economical production of the pendulum hoist.
- a disadvantage of the known solution is that the linear movement has a sinusoidal velocity profile. From this circumstance results on the one hand the disadvantage a varying, sinusoidal, cutting speed and on the other hand, that the duration of an idle stroke of a shegehubs corresponds. These two events lead to an unsatisfactory sawing performance of the pendulum jigsaw and a reduced service life of the saw blade.
- the present invention has for its object to provide a pendulum hoist with a lifting rod, which has a high sawing performance and is also economically produced.
- this object is achieved in that the guide surface in the contact region generated by the coupling with the driving body has a curve shape deviating from a straight line transverse to the stroke direction.
- the guide surface guides the driving body, when executing the Sgehubes, with respect to the lifting rod on a advantageously substantially strictly monotonously falling and convex waveform.
- the thus formed guide surface ensures a higher sawing performance of the pendulum jigsaw.
- the duration of the sowing stroke is longer than that of the idle stroke, which in particular increases the service life and the efficiency of the saw blade.
- a similar configured guide surface is advantageously used to ensure an economical production of the pendulum jigsaw.
- the guide surface guides the driving body in carrying out the sawing stroke relative to the lifting rod on a substantially strictly monotonously rising and concave waveform.
- the curve shape preferably corresponds to an n-th degree polynomial in order to ensure a uniform speed profile at least by sawing stroke.
- This design of the curved shape of the guide surface ensures an approximately optimal and continuous speed profile.
- the waveform preferably corresponds to a polynomial second degree.
- a pendulum hoist according to the invention with a lifting rod 1 serving to fix a saw blade 2 is shown.
- the lifting rod 1 has a guide surface 4 which can be coupled to a driving body 3 which can be moved about a rotation axis R.
- the pendulum hoist has a housing 5, which has a support frame 5a.
- the support frame 5 a is rigidly connected to the housing 5.
- the housing 5 has an integrally molded handle 7. At the lower part of the handle 7 is a switch 8 for switching on and off of the motor 6, which moves the lifting rod 1 by means of the driving body 3 and the guide surface 4 in a pendulum-like lifting movement in a stroke direction H together with a gear transmission 9.
- the lifting rod 1 has over the entire length of a substantially cylindrical outer contour. At one end, this has a tool holder 11, which serves for releasably securing the saw blade 2. At the opposite end region a lifting gate 12 is arranged with the guide surface 4 on the outer contour.
- the lifting gate 12 has a substantially U-shaped cross-section and is configured, for example, as a bending-stamping part.
- the zero position of the lifting rod 2 and thus also the lifting link 12 is defined such that it represents the position around which the lifting rod 2 executes the pendulum-like movement.
- the stroke direction H in which the polegehub performs, shows the positive portion of the Y-axis.
- the X-axis is transverse to the axis of rotation R and perpendicular to the Y-axis.
- the X-axis is oriented such that the driving body 3 moves from the positive portion of the X-axis directly to the positive portion of the Y-axis.
- the rotational angle ⁇ of the driving body 3 is dimensioned by the positive portion of the X-axis.
- the guide surface 4 has a parabolic curve with respect to the Cartesian coordinate system, as is apparent in particular from FIG. 4.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- eine Darstellung einer Pendelhubsäge mit einer Hubstange im Querschnitt;
- Fig. 2
- die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Hubstange vergrössert in einer Seitenansicht;
- Fig. 2
- die in Fig. 2 dargestellte Hubstange um 90° verdreht in einer Seitenansicht;
