Claims (15)
- Muffenverbindung enthaltend ein Male-Muffenteil (1,30) und ein Female-Muffenteil (10,20) für Betonstahlstäbe, wobei die Betonstahtstäbe an ihren zu verbindenden Enden jeweils mit dem einen Ende des Male- oder Female-Muffenteils (1, 10, 20, 30) verbindbar sind und das Male-Muffenteil (1, 30) an seinem anderen Ende einen Zapfen (5, 33) mit Außengewinde (6, 34) aufweist, während das Female-Muffenteil (10, 20) an seinem anderen Ende eine Bohrung (11, 21) mit Innengewinde aufweist, so dass beide Muffenteile (1, 10, 20, 30) miteinander verschraubbar sind, wobei
das Male- (1, 30) oder das Female-Muffenteil (10, 20) zumindest einen Vorsprung (15, 22, 36) aufweist, der durch das Verschrauben der beiden Muffenteile (1, 10, 20, 30) derart deformierbar ist, dass der einer Deformation entgegenwirkende Widerstand des Vorsprungs (15, 22, 36) eine axiale Vorspannkraft zwischen den Gewinden der beiden Muffenteile (1, 10, 20, 30) bewirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der deformierbare Vorsprung (15, 22, 36) an einer Stirnfläche (4, 13, 23, 32) des einen Muffenteils (10, 20) angeordnet ist, die nach dem Verschrauben an einer entsprechenden Stirnfläche des anderen Muffenteils anliegt. - Muffenverbindung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der deformierbare Vorsprung (15, 22, 36) in Richtung auf das andere Muffenteil axial hervorragt. - Muffenverbindung nach Anspruch 2.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnflächen (4, 13, 23, 32)endseitig an dem Male- bzw. Female-Muffenteil angeordnet sind. - Muffenverbindung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der deformierbare Vorsprung (15) aus elastischem Material, insbesondere Gummi ausgebildet ist. - Muffenverbindung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der deformierbare Vorsprung als in eine Nut (14) teilweise eingelegter Ring (15) ausgebildet ist. - Muffenverbindung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der deformierbare Vorsprung als vorstehende Materialkante (22) insbesondere Fräskante ausgebildet ist. - Muffenverbindung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialkante (22) schräg vorsteht. - Muffenverbindung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass axial hinter der Materialkante (22) eine Ausnehmung (25) angeordnet ist und dass die Materialkante (22) nach ihrer Verformung in diese Ausnehmung (25) eintaucht. - Muffenverbindung nach Anspruch 6, 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialkante (22) als Ring, die Ausnehmung (25) als Nut ausgebildet ist. - Muffenverbindung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der deformierbare Vorsprung (36) an dem Male- (1, 30) oder Female-Muffenteil (10, 20) einstückig angeformt ist. - Muffenverbindung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der deformierbare Vorsprung (36) im Wesentlichen radial nach außen gerichtet ist. - Muffenverbindung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der deformierbare Vorsprung (15, 22, 36) derart ausgebildet ist, dass durch Verschrauben der beiden Muffenteile (1, 10, 20, 30) eine definierte axiale Vörspannkraft gewährleistet ist. - Muffenverbindung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die definierte Vorspannkraft nach einem Verschrauben der beiden Muffenteile (1, 10, 20, 30) bis zur fugenlosen Anlage der beiden Stirnflächen (4, 13, 23,32) order des Vorsprunges (22) an eine benachbarten Stirnfläche eintritt. - Muffenverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Muffenteile (1, 10, 20, 30) unter Zwischenschaltung von Überbrückungsteilen (40, 50, 60, 70) miteinander verschraubbar sind und dass deformierbare Vorsprünge (15, 22, 36) wahlweise an den Überbrückungsteilen (40, 50, 60, 70) oder den Muffenteilen (1, 10, 20, 30) angeordnet sind. - Muffenverbindung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überbrückungsteile aus einer Gewindestange (40), einer langen Überwurfmutter (50) und zwei Kontermuttern (60, 70) bestehen.
