Claims (15)

  1. Werkzeug (1) zum Zentrieren und zum Spannen bzw. Anziehen bzw. Festziehen von wenigstens einem Stück (P), das in Position festzulegen ist und einen querenden Durchgang (19) umfaßt und für das Werkzeug (1) eingestellt ist, der Art umfassend vorzugsweise ein Steuer- bzw. Regelorgan (7), das an einem Ende eines Gehäuses bzw. Kastens (2) abgestützt bzw. getragen ist, welches eine obere Seite aufweist, die eine Abstützung bzw. einen Anschlag für das Stück (P) ausbildet, und Spannmittel bzw. -organe (8), die unter anderem Mitnahmemittel (5, 14, 15) der Spann- bzw. Anzieh- bzw. Festziehorgane (8) zwischen einer Zentrierungsposition, in welcher die Spannorgane im Inneren bzw. zwischen des Steuer- bzw. Regelorgans (7) zurückgestellt bzw. -gebogen sind, und einer Mehrzahl von Spannpositionen umfassen, in welchen die Spannorgane (8) vom Äußeren des Steuer- bzw. Regelorgans (7) vorragen und in Anlage auf dem Stück (P) sind, wobei die Spannorgane aus zwei Hebeln (8) gebildet sind, die um eine Mittelachse (8c) angelenkt sind, um ein deformierbares X auszubilden, wobei jeder Hebel (8) ein erstes freies Ende (8a) aufweist, welches auf dem festzulegenden Stück (P) in Anschlag gelangt bzw. auf diesen abgestützt sind, wobei ihr zweites Ende (8b) mit den Mitnahmemitteln (5, 14, 15) verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mitnahmemittel aus zwei Gliedern bzw. Bedienstangen bzw. Antriebsstangen (15) gebildet sind, von welchen ein Ende an dem zweiten Ende (8b) der Hebel (8) durch Zwischenschaltung einer Gelenk- bzw. Anlenkwelle bzw. eines Stifts bzw. Dorns bzw. Spindel (17) angelenkt sind, wobei die Glieder bzw. Zwischenglieder (15) voneinander durch einen Nocken (14) getrennt sind, welcher an jeder Seite zwei divergierende Nockenprofile (14a, 14b) aufweist, welche im wesentlichen einen Rhombus bilden und in linearer Translation unter dem Effekt einer Schraubenspindel bzw. Hubvorrichtung (5) mitnehmbar sind, wobei jedes Glied (15) eine erste Steckstelle bzw. Kontakt (15c) in Anschlag bzw. Anlage und verlagerbar entlang einer Wand (10') einer Kassette (10), die die Mitnahmemittel umschließt, und parallel zur Gleitachse der Schraubenspindel (5) umfaßt, wobei zwei weitere Steckstellen bzw. Kontakte (15a, 15b) entsprechend in Anschlag bzw. Abstützung entlang eines Nockenprofils (14a, 14b) sind, während die Gelenkwelle (17) des Glieds (15) auf dem Hebel (8) in Anschlag bzw. Abstützung und verlagerbar entlang der Wand (10') der Kassette (10) ist und in einer querverlaufenden Rille (18) vorzugsweise senkrecht zur Wand (10) anordenbar ist, um die Annäherung und Entfernung der Hebel (8) entlang einer Mehrzahl von Positionen zwischen zwei Extrempositionen zu ermöglichen, wobei die Gleitmitnahme des Nocken (14) durch die Schraubenspindel (5) eine Translations-Mitnahme der Glieder (15) und der Spannorgane (8) bewirkt, bis die Gelenkwellen (17) entsprechend in einer Rille (18) derart vorliegen, um eine Mitnahme unter Verschwenkung der Spannorgane (8) durch ein Gleiten der Gelenkwellen (17) in der entsprechenden Rille (18) zu provozieren bzw. verursachen.
  2. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nocken (14) auf der Schraubenspindel (5) durch Zwischenschaltung einer Abdeckung bzw. Kappe bzw. Gabelgelenk (16) festgelegt ist.
  3. Werkzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nocken (14) einen Absatz bzw. Rücksprung (14c) zwischen den zwei Nockenprofilen (14a, 14b) aufweist, welcher einen Anschlag für die Steckstelle bzw. Kontakt (15a) ausbildet, die auf der Seite der Schraubenspindel (5) angeordnet ist.
  4. Werkzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe der Rille (18) regulierbar bzw. einstellbar ist.
  5. Werkzeug (1) nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Regulierungsorgan von einer Schraube (20) gebildet ist.
  6. Werkzeug (1) nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hebel (8) um ihre Gelenkachse (8c) knieförmig abgewinkelt bzw. gekrümmt bzw. gekröpft sind und ihr Ende (8a), welches in Anschlag auf das Stück (P) gelangt, die Form eines Hakens aufweist.
  7. Werkzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (16) mit der Kassette (10) durch Zwischenschaltung von zwei bistabilen Federn (21) verbunden ist, wobei jede Feder (21) schwenkbar auf der Kassette und auf der Abdeckung (16) festgelegt ist und eine stabile Position in einer Ruheposition des Werkzeugs und einer Spannposition des Werkzeugs einnimmt.
  8. Werkzeug (1) nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federn (21) aus gewellten Lamellen bzw. Blättchen bzw. Klingen gebildet sind.
  9. Werkzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerorgan (7) teilweise einklappbar bzw. einziehbar ist und daß die Mitnahmemittel des Steuergarns (7) zwischen seiner eingeklappten Position und seiner vorragenden Position dieselben sind wie die Mitnahmemittel der Spannorgane (8).
  10. Werkzeug (1) nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerorgan (7) in Verbindung mit wenigstens einen Glied (15) durch Zwischenschaltung von einer (15b) ihrer Steckstellen bzw. Kontakten in Anlage bzw. in Abstützung auf einem Nockenprofil (14b) derart ist, daß während der Betätigung bzw. Betätigungslauf des Nockens (14) durch die Schraubenspindel (5) das Steuerwerkzeug (7) in linearer Translation mit den Spannorganen (8) zu seiner Zentrierposition des Stücks (P) mitgenommen ist.
  11. Werkzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerorgan (7) vorragend in bezug auf die Kassette (10) festgelegt ist.
  12. Werkzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Detektionsmittel (13) der ergriffenen bzw. eingegriffenen oder nicht ergriffenen bzw. nicht eingegriffenen Position des Werkzeugs (1) umfaßt.
  13. Werkzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubenspindel (5) pneumatisch ist.
  14. Werkzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubenspindel (5) hydraulisch ist.
  15. Werkzeug (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubenspindel (5) elektrisch ist.
