Abstract
Description
Die Anordnung des Sensors an der Fahrpedaleinrichtung verdeutlicht die Figur 2, welche eine Schnittzeichnung durch das Gehäuse (2) im Bereich des Federpaketes zeigt. Der Teil des Gehäuses, in welchem der Zylinder (11) angeordnet ist, ist durch einen Gehäusedeckel (12) abgeschlossen. Mit der Außenseite des Gehäusedeckels (12) verbunden ist eine Sensorleiterplatte (13), die einen, vorzugsweise berührungslosen und ein redundantes Meßsignal erzeugenden Sensor aufweist.

Claims (14)
- Fahrpedaleinrichtung zum Einstellen der Fahrgeschwindigkeit eines Fahrzeuges, mit einer Fahrpedalplatte, mit mindestens einer Feder, die eine Rückstellkraft auf die Fahrpedalplatte ausübt, mit einem Verbindungselement, die die Bewegung der Fahrpedalplatte auf die Feder überträgt, mit zumindest einem Sensor, der ein von der Betätigung der Fahrpedalplatte abhängiges Signal erzeugt, und einem Reibelement zur Erzeugung einer Krafthysterese bei Betätigung der Fahrpedalplatte,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor ein linearer Wegsensor ist, daß das Verbindungselement (4) durch eine, vorzugsweise rechtwinklig, abgewinkelte Anformung (3) an dem Gehäuse (2) geführt ist und daß das Verbindungselement (4) die Bewegung der Fahrpedalplatte (1) umlenkt. - Fahrpedaleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (4) ein flexibles Band oder eine flexible Stange aufweist.
- Fahrpedaleinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flexibles Band oder die flexible Stange ein Reibelement (5) ausbildet, welches an einem bogenförmigen Abschnitt (7) der abgewinkelten Anformung (3) am Gehäuse (2) anliegt.
- Fahrpedaleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement mehrere starre, drehbar gelagerten Elemente (4a, 4b) aufweist.
- Fahrpedaleinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement als Gliederkette ausgeführt ist.
- Fahrpedaleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder als Schraubendruckfeder ausgebildet ist.
- Fahrpedaleinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Schraubendruckfedern (8) vorgesehen sind.
- Fahrpedaleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor als Potentiometer ausgebildet ist.
- Fahrpedaleinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor als mehrbahniges Potentiometer ausgebildet ist.
- Fahrpedaleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor als berührungsloser Sensor ausgebildet ist.
- Fahrpedaleinrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor ein induktiver Sensor ist.
- Fahrpedaleinrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor ein magnetoresistiver Sensor ist.
- Fahrpedaleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gesamte Fahrpedaleinrichtung eine Baueinheit bildet.
- Fahrpedaleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2) der Fahrpedaleinrichtung eine angeformte Aufnahme (9) für ein Kickdown-Element (10) aufweist.
