Description

Stand der Technik
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe, insbesondere für direkteinspritzende Brennkraftmaschinen, mit einem Gehäuse, welches einen Niederdruck-Einlass und einen Hochdruck-Auslass aufweist, mit einem in dem Gehäuse vorhandenen Pumpraum, welcher mit dem Niederdruck-Einlass und dem Hochdruck-Auslass verbindbar ist, mit einem Steuerventil, welches den Pumpraum mit dem Niederdruck-Einlass unmittelbar verbinden kann und zum Niederdruck-Einlass hin öffnet, und mit einem Rückschlagventil mit einem vom Steuerventil separaten Ventilelement, welches zwischen Niederdruck-Einlass und Pumpraum angeordnet ist und unmittelbar zum Pumpraum hin öffnet.
Eine solche Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe ist aus der DE 198 34 120 A1 bekannt. Diese Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe wird bei Kraftstoffversorgungsanlagen mit zwei in Reihe geschalteten Kraftstoffpumpen eingesetzt. Vom Pumpraum zweigt zum einen ein Strömungskanal ab, welcher über ein Rückschlagventil zu einem Niederdruck-Einlass führt. Zum anderen führt ein weiterer Strömungskanal vom Pumpraum zu einem Steuerventil, welches mit einem weiteren Strömungskanal im Gehäuse der Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe verbunden ist, der ebenfalls zum Niederdruck-Einlass führt. Auslassseitig ist der Pumpraum ebenfalls über ein Rückschlagventil mit einem Hochdruck-Auslass verbunden.
Bei der bekannten Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe handelt es sich um eine Kolbenpumpe. Um die zum Hochdruck-Auslass geförderte Menge an Kraftstoff steuern zu können, kann das Steuerventil während eines Förderhubes des Pumpenkolbens geöffnet werden. Hierdurch wird der Pumpraum zum Niederdruck-Einlass hin geöffnet und kein Kraftstoff mehr zum Hochdruck-Auslass hin gefördert.
Alternativ könnte das Steuerventil auch zu Beginn eines Förderhubes des Pumpenkolbens geöffnet werden. Die Steuerung der Fördermenge durch eine Variation des Förderendes hat jedoch mehrere Vorteile:
Zum einen kann das Steuerventil einfacher ausgeführt werden, da der zu steuernde Strömungsquerschnitt erheblich kleiner ausgeführt werden kann. Da der Pumpenkolben zumeist von einem Antriebsnocken angetrieben wird, fällt die Belastung des Antriebsnockens geringer aus, da die Förderung vor dem oberen Totpunkt des Pumpenkolbens beendet wird (im oberen Totpunkt des Pumpenkolbens tritt aufgrund des kleinen Krümmungsradius die höchste Hertzsche Pressung auf). Schließlich ergibt sich noch ein Kostenvorteil dadurch, dass die Ansteuerung des Steuerventils über eine Schaltendstufe erfolgen kann.
Die EP 0 078 983 A1 und die EP 0 816 672 A2 beschreiben eine Hochdruckpumpe mit einem Steuerventil, welches mit einem Einlassventil in Reihe geschaltet ist.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe der eingangs genannten Art so weiterzubilden, dass sie insgesamt einfacher baut und somit preiswerter hergestellt werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird bei einer Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe der eingangs genannten Art dadurch gelöst, dass das Rückschlagventil und das Steuerventil in einem gemeinsamen Ventilmodul untergebracht sind, welches wenigstens bereichsweise in das Pumpengehäuse eingesetzt ist und für das Steuerventil und das Rückschlagventil einen gemeinsamen Anschluss zum Niederdruck-Einlass hin aufweist, und dass die Elemente des Rückschlagventils und die Elemente des Steuerventils zueinander koaxial in dem Ventilmodul angeordnet sind.
Vorteile der Erfindung
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe sind das Einlassventil, durch welches der Kraftstoff vom Niederdruck-Einlass in den Pumpraum während eines Saughubs strömt, und das Steuerventil, welches gegen Ende eines Förderhubes des Pumpenkolbens öffnet, in eine gemeinsame Einheit integriert. Diese Einheit kann vorab montiert werden. Aufgrund der besseren Zugänglichkeit ist eine solche Montage leichter durchzuführen, was zu einem Kostenvorteil, aber auch zu einem Qualitätszuwachs führt.
Darüber hinaus sind im Gehäuse der erfindungsgemäßen Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe nur noch wenige Strömungskanäle erforderlich, da das gemeinsame Ventilmodul für das Rückschlagventil und das Steuerventil einen gemeinsamen Anschluss zum Niederdruck-Einlass hin aufweist. Zur Herstellung des Gehäuses der Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe sind somit weniger Bearbeitungsschritte erforderlich, was die Herstellungskosten für die erfindungsgemäße Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe senkt.
Darüber hinaus wird durch die koaxiale Anordnung der zur Verfügung stehende Raum besonders gut ausgenützt, so dass insbesondere für das Rückschlagventil ein großer und somit günstiger Strömungsquerschnitt zu erreichen ist.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in Unteransprüchen angegeben.
In einer Weiterbildung wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Steuerventil radial innen liegt und das Rückschlagventil eine Mehrzahl von Strömungskanälen umfasst, welche radial außen um mindestens einen Bereich des Steuerventils im Ventilmodul vorgesehen sind. Durch diese Mehrzahl von Strömungskanälen wird ein vergleichsweise großer Strömungsquerschnitt für das Rückschlagventil geschaffen, so dass während eines Ansaughubes des Pumpenkolbens eine rasche Füllung des Pumpraumes möglich ist. Zum Niederdruck-Einlass hin sind die Strömungskanäle vorzugsweise durch einen Ringraum miteinander verbunden. Das Steuerventil wiederum liegt zumindest mit seinem Ventilelement radial innerhalb der Strömungskanäle. Eine solche Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe ist sehr effektiv und baut dennoch sehr kompakt.
Dabei wird besonders bevorzugt, wenn das Rückschlagventil ein scheibenringförmiges Ventilelement umfasst. Ein solches Ventilelement ist ebenso wie der dazu gehörige Ventilsitz einfach zu fertigen.
Die Ventildynamik des Rückschlagventils wird umso besser, je geringer die Masse des Ventilelements des Rückschlagventils ist. Dem wird bei jener Weiterbildung Rechnung getragen, bei der das Ventilelement des Rückschlagventils ein dünnes Plättchen umfasst.
Auch kann das Rückschlagventil als Doppelsitzventil ausgebildet sein. In diesem Fall steht bereits bei geringem Ventilhub ein großer Strömungsquerschnitt zur Verfügung.
Bei einer besonders bevorzugten Weiterbildung der erfindungsgemäßen Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe umfasst das Ventilmodul zum Pumpraum hin mindestens einen Stützabschnitt, an dem sich ein Vorspannelement abstützt, welches das Ventilelement des Rückschlagventils gegen den zugehörigen Ventilsitz beaufschlagt. Die Vorspannung des Vorspannelements ist bevorzugterweise gerade so stark, dass das Ventilelement des Rückschlagventils bereits bei einer geringen Druckdifferenz vom zugehörigen Ventilsitz abhebt. Ist der Stützabschnitt, wie vorgeschlagen wird, am Ventilmodul angeordnet, kann die komplette Einheit aus Rückschlagventil und Steuerventil vorab montiert werden, was die Herstellkosten nochmals senkt.
Dabei wird besonders bevorzugt, wenn der Stützabschnitt einstückig mit einem gemeinsamen Ventilgehäuse ausgebildet ist.
Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Kraftstoffsystem mit einem Kraftstoffbehälter, mit mindestens einer Kraftstoff-Einspritzvorrichtung, welche den Kraftstoff direkt in den Brennraum einer Brennkraftmaschine einspritzt, mit mindestens einer Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe, und mit einer Kraftstoff-Sammelleitung, an die die Kraftstoff-Einspritzvorrichtung angeschlossen ist.
Ein solches Kraftstoffsystem kommt bei Brennkraftmaschinen mit Kraftstoff-Direkteinspritzung zum Einsatz. Der Druck in der Kraftstoff-Sammelleitung, welche gemeinhin auch als "Rail" bezeichnet wird, wird von der Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe aufgebracht.
Damit das Kraftstoffsystem insgesamt einfacher aufgebaut ist und preiswerter hergestellt werden kann, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe in der obigen Art ausgebildet ist.
Die Erfindung betrifft ferner noch eine Brennkraftmaschine mit mindestens einem Brennraum, in den der Kraftstoff direkt eingespritzt wird. Um die Brennkraftmaschine insgesamt einfacher aufbauen zu können und ihre Herstellung preiswerter zu machen, sowie um den Betrieb der Brennkraftmaschine zuverlässiger zu machen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass sie ein Kraftstoffsystem der oben genannten Art aufweist.

Beschreibung der Ausführungsbeipiele
In Fig. 1 trägt eine Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe insgesamt das Bezugszeichen 10. Von ihr ist in der Figur nur ein Endbereich dargestellt. Die Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 10 umfasst ein Gehäuse 12, in welches eine Stufenbohrung 14 eingebracht ist. Transversal zur Längsachse der Stufenbohrung 14 sind im Gehäuse 12 ferner zwei Strömungskanäle 16 und 18 vorhanden. Der in Fig. 1 obere Strömungskanal 16 führt zu einem Niederdruck-Einlass 20 für den Kraftstoff. Der in Fig. 1 untere Strömungskanal 18 führt zu einem Hochdruck-Auslass 22. In einem unteren Bereich 24 der Stufenbohrung 14 ist ein Pumpenkolben 26 axial beweglich geführt. In einen oberen Bereich 28 der Stufenbohrung 14 ist ein Ventilgehäuse 30 eingesetzt. Dieses ist gegenüber der Stufenbohrung 14 durch eine O-Ringdichtung 32 abgedichtet, welche in eine Ringnut (ohne Bezugszeichen) in der Wand der Stufenbohrung 14 eingelegt ist. Zwischen dem Ventilgehäuse 30 und dem Pumpenkolben 26 ist ein Pumpraum 34 vorhanden.
In dem Ventilgehäuse 30 sind ein Rückschlagventil 36 und ein Steuerventil 38 untergebracht. Auf deren genaue Ausbildung wird weiter unten im Detail Bezug genommen. Auf das Ventilgehäuse 30 ist eine Betätigungseinheit 40 aufgesetzt. Die Betätigungseinheit 40 ist gegenüber dem Pumpengehäuse 12 durch eine O-Ringdichtung 42 abgedichtet, die in eine Ringnut (ohne Bezugszeichen) in der Oberseite des Pumpengehäuses 12 eingelegt ist. Die Betätigungseinheit 40 ist über Schrauben (ohne Bezugszeichen) am Pumpengehäuse 12 befestigt. Ihre Aufgabe ist weiter unten im Detail erläutert. Die Befestigung der Betätigungseinheit 40 am Ventilgehäuse 30 erfolgt unlösbar über einen Bördel 41. Die Betätigungseinheit 40, das Steuerventil 38, das Rückschlagventil 36 und das Ventilgehäuse 30 bilden zusammen ein Ventilmodul 44.
Das Ventilgehäuse 30 hat insgesamt zylindrische Getalt. Es wird in seiner Längsrichtung von einer zentrischen Stufenbohrung 46 durchsetzt. In die Stufenbohrung 46 ist in Fig. 1 von oben her ein stangenförmiges Ventilelement 48 eingeführt, welches mit einem abgerundeten Ende mit einem in Fig. 1 unteren Bereich der Stufenbohrung 36 vorhandenen Ventilsitz 50 zusammenarbeitet. Das Ventilelement 48 und der Ventilsitz 50 sind Teil des Steuerventils 38.
Das Ventilelement 48 erstreckt sich nach oben aus dem Ventilgehäuse 30 heraus in die Betätigungseinheit 40 hinein. An dem vom Ventilsitz 50 entfernten Ende des Ventilelements 48 ist ein zylindrischer Anker 52 befestigt. Ein Deckel 56 schließt die Betätigungseinheit 40 nach oben hin ab. Ferner ist in der Betätigungseinheit 40 ein ringförmiger Magnet 86 vorgesehen, welcher bei einer Bestromung den Anker 52 in Fig. 1 nach unten bewegt, so dass das Ventilelement 48 in den Ventilsitz 50 gedrückt wird.
Unterhalb des Ventilsitzes 50 bildet die Stufenbohrung 46 einen Strömungskanal 58, der in den Pumpraum 34 mündet. Oberhalb des Ventilsitzes 50 hat die Stufenbohrung 46 einen größeren Durchmesser als das Ventilelement 48, so dass ein Ventilraum 60 gebildet wird. Dieser ist über eine Mehrzahl von radial verlaufenden Strömungskanälen 62 mit einer umlaufenden Nut 64 verbunden, welche in die Außenwand des Ventilgehäuses 30 eingebracht ist. In der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Einbaulage liegt die Nut 64 auf Höhe eines erweiterten Abschnitts 66 der Stufenbohrung 14 im Pumpengehäuse 12. Hierdurch wird ein Ringraum 68 gebildet. Von diesem zweigt zum Niederdruck-Einlass 20 hin der bereits oben eingeführte Stömungskanal 16 ab.
Das Rückschlagventil 36 ist folgendermaßen aufgebaut: Im Ventilgehäuse 30 verlaufen von der umlaufenden Nut 64 mehrere im Wesentlichen axiale Strömungskanäle 70 schräg nach unten und etwas radial nach innen. Bei dem in Fig. 1 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind insgesamt vier in Umfangsrichtung gleichmäßig verteilt angeordnete Strömungskanäle 70 vorgeehen, von denen in Fig. 1 zwei sichtbar sind. Die Strömungskanäle 70 münden in die Unterseite des Ventilgehäuses 30. Die Öffnungen der Strömungskanäle 70 in der Unterseite des Ventilgehäuses 30 sind dort von einem ringförmigen Ventilsitz 72 umgeben. Dieser besteht aus einem zum Ventilgehäuse 30 koaxialen und radial inneren Ringsteg 72a und einem ebenfalls zum Ventilgehäuse 30 koaxialen und radial äußeren Ringsteg 72b.
Auf den ringförmigen Ventilsitz 72 auf der Unterseite des Ventilgehäuses 30 wird mit geringer Kraft von einer Druckfeder 74 ein scheibenringförmiges Ventilelement 76 gedrückt. Bei dem scheibenringförmigen Ventilelement 76 handelt es sich um ein dünnes Metallplättchen. Die Druckfeder 74 stützt sich an einem axial verlaufenden ringförmigen Stützelement 78 ab. Dieses ist mit seinem oberen Rand an das Ventilgehäuse 30 angeschweißt. An seinem in Fig. 1 unteren Ende weist das Stützelement 78 einen radial nach innen weisenden Ringsteg 80 auf, an dem die Druckfeder 74 anliegt. An dem scheibenringförmigen Ventilelement 76 des Rückschlagventils 36 sind über den Umfang verteilt radiale Ausnehmungen 82 vorhanden. Im Stützelement 78 sind entsprechende, in der Figur nicht sichtbare Öffnungen vorgesehen.
Wie ohne Weiteres aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich ist, sind einerseits die Elemente des Rückschlagventils 36, also die Mehrzahl axialer Strömungskanäle 70 und ringförmiger Ventilsitze 72, die Druckfeder 74, das scheibenringförmige Ventilelement 76 und das Stützelement 78, koaxial zu den Elementen des Steuerventils 38, also insbesondere der Stufenbohrung 46 im Ventilgehäuse 30, dem Ventilelement 48 und dem Ventilsitz 50, angeordnet. Des Weiteren erkennt man, dass die umlaufende Nut 64 einen gemeinsamen Anschluss des Rückschlagventils 36 und des Steuerventils 38 zum Niederdruck-Einlass hin bildet.
Als weiteres Element der Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 10 sei noch ein Rückschlagventil 84 erwähnt, welches im unteren Strömungskanal 18 zwischen dem Pumpraum 34 und dem Hochdruck-Auslass 22 vorhanden ist. Bei diesem Rückschlagventil 84 handelt es sich um ein normales federbelastetes Kugelventil, welches zum Hochdruck-Auslass 22 hin öffnet.
Die Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 10 arbeitet folgendermaßen (vgl. auch Fig. 2 - 6; es sei darauf hingewiesen, dass insbesondere in den Fig. 2 - 4 aus Darstellungsgründen nicht alle Teile und Bezugszeichen eingezeichnet sind; ferner sind in den Figuren 2 bis 4 das Steuerventil 38 und das Rückschlagventil 36 in einer von Figur 1 unterschiedlichen Ausrichtung gegenüber der Längsachse des Kolbens 26 dargestellt):
Wie aus den Fig. 2 - 4 ersichtlich ist, wird der Pumpenkolben 26 von einem Nocken 88 angetrieben, welcher auf einer sich im Uhrzeigersinn drehenden Welle 90 befestigt ist. Im Allgemeinen wird die Welle 90 direkt von einer Kurbelwelle einer zugehörigen Brennkraftmaschine angetrieben. In dem in Fig. 2 dargetellten Betriebszustand der Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 10 bewegt sich der Pumpenkolben 26 nach unten (Saughub, vgl. Fig. 5). Hierdurch vergrößert sich der Pumpraum 34. Der Druck im Pumpraum 34 ist in diesem Betriebszustand der Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 10 niedriger als der Druck am Hochdruck-Auslass 22, so dass das Rückschlagventil 84 geschlossen ist. Der Magnet 86 des Steuerventils 38 ist in diesem Betriebszustand der Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 10 bestromt. Somit wird das Ventilelement 48 gegen den Ventilsitz 50 gedrückt; das Steuerventil 38 ist also geschlossen (vgl. Fig. 6, linker Bereich).
Wenn die Druckdifferenz zwischen dem Pumpraum 34 und dem Niederdruck-Einlass 20 ein bestimmtes Maß übersteigt, hebt das scheibenringförmige Ventilelement 76 des Rückschlagventils 36 von der Unterseite des Ventilgehäuses 30 und dem dort vorhandenen Ventilsitz 72 ab. Somit kann Kraftstoff vom Niederdruck-Einlass 20 über den oberen Strömungskanal 16, den Ringraum 68 und die axialen Strömungskanäle 70 in den Pumpraum 34 strömen, wodurch dieser mit Kraftstoff befüllt wird.
Der Kraftstoff strömt dabei zum einen zwischen dem scheibenringförmigen Ventilelement 76 und dem radial inneren Ringsteg 72a und die zentrale Öffnung (ohne Bezugszeichen) im scheibenringförmigen Ventilelement 76 zum Pumpraum 34. Andererseits strömt Kraftstoff auch zwischen dem radial äußeren Ringsteg 72b und dem scheibenringförmigen Ventilelement 76 durch die radialen Ausnehmungen 82 und die entsprechenden Ausnehmungen im Stützelement 78 in den Pumpraum 34. Insoweit ist das Rückschlagventil 36 also als Doppelsitzventil ausgebildet.
Dies hat den Vorteil, dass sich ein geringerer Ventilhub einstellt, was besonders bei hoher Drehzahl und somit schnellen Bewegungen des Pumpenkolbens 76 im Hinblick auf die gewünschte Ventildynamik von Vorteil ist.
Nach dem Erreichen des unteren Totpunktes wird der Pumpenkolben 26 vom Nocken 88 wieder nach oben gedrückt (vgl. Fig. 3). Diese Bewegung wird auch als Förderhub bezeichnet (vgl. Fig. 5). Da sich im Pumpraum 34 nun ein höherer Druck einstellt als im Niederdruck-Einlass 20, wird das scheibenringförmige Ventilelement 76 des Rückschlagventils 36 gegen den Ventilsitz 72 an der Unterseite des Ventilsgehäuses 30 gepresst. Das Rückschlagventil 36 ist somit geschlossen. Das Ventilelement 48 des Steuerventils 38 wird weiterhin über den Magnet 86 gegen den Ventilsitz 50 gedrückt. Auch das Steuerventil 38 ist also geschlossen.
Somit erhöht sich der Druck des im Pumpraum 34 eingeschlossenen Kraftstoffes. Dies geschieht so lange, bis die Druckdifferenz zwischen dem im Pumpraum 34 eingeschlossenen Kraftstoff und dem Kraftstoff am Hochdruck-Auslass 22 so groß ist, dass das Rückschlagventil 84 öffnet. Dann strömt der Kraftstoff aus dem Pumpraum 34 durch den unteren Strömungskanal 18 zum Hochdruck-Auslass 22 der Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 10 hin.
Damit der Druck des Kraftstoffs am Hochdruck-Auslass 22 einen bestimmten Wert nicht übersteigt, muss die von der Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 10 zum Hochdruck-Auslass 22 hin geförderte Kraftstoffmenge gesteuert werden. Dies erfolgt dadurch, dass während des Förderhubs der Magnet 86 des Steuerventils 38 abgeschaltet wird. Hierdurch wird der Anker 52 durch den Druck im Pumpraum 34 in Fig. 1 nach oben bewegt. Somit hebt das Ventilelement 48 vom Ventilsitz 50 ab (vgl. Fig. 6, Mitte), so dass Kraftstoff aus dem Pumpraum 34 über die Stufenbohrung 46 und den Ringraum 68 zum oberen Strömungskanal 16 und zum Niederdruck-Einlass 20 hin abströmen kann. Da nun der Druck im Pumpraum 34 (schlagartig) wieder absinkt, schließt das Rückschlagventil 84, so dass kein Kraftstoff vom Hochdruck-Auslass 22 über den Pumpraum 34 zum Niederdruck-Einlass 20 hin strömen kann.
Das Öffnen des Steuerventils 38 gegen Ende eines Förderhubs ist im Übrigen in Fig. 4 dargestellt. Durch eine geeignete Wahl des Zeitpunkts, zu dem das Steuerventil 38 während eines Förderhubs öffnet, kann die während eines Förderhubs vom Pumpräum 34 zum Hochdruck-Auslass 22 hin geförderte Kraftstoffmenge eingestellt werden.
In Fig. 7 ist ein nicht erfindungsgemäßes Ausführungsbeispiel einer Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 10 dargestellt. Solche Elemente, Bereiche und Bauteile, welche funktionsäquivalent zu Elementen, Bereichen und Bauteilen des in den Fig. 1 - 6 beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiels sind, tragen die gleichen Bezugszeichen und sind nicht nochmals im Detail erläutert.
Der Unterschied zu dem oben beschriebenen, erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsbeispiel betrifft die Anordnung des Rückschlagventils 36 und des Steuerventils 38. Während bei dem in den Fig. 1 - 6 gezeigten erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsbeispiel einer Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 10 das Rückschlagventil 36 und das Steuerventil 38 koaxial zueinander angeordnet waren, ist bei dem in Fig. 7 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel das Steuerventil 38 neben dem Rückschlagventil 36 angeordnet.
Fig. 8 zeigt eine Brennkraftmaschine 92, in die ein Kraftstoffsystem 94 eingebaut ist. Dieses umfasst einen Kraftstoffbehälter 96, aus dem eine elektrische Kraftstoffpumpe 98 den Kraftstoff zu einem Niederdruck-Einlass 20 einer Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 10 fördert. Die Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 10 ist in der in den Fig. 1 - 6 bzw. in Fig. 7 dargestellten Art aufgebaut.
Von einem Hochdruck-Auslass 22 der Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 10 wird der Kraftstoff zu einer Kraftstoff-Sammelleitung, gemeinhin auch als "Rail" bezeichnet, gefördert. Die Kraftstoff-Sammelleitung hat das Bezugszeichen 100. An die Kraftstoff-Sammelleitung 100 sind mehrere Hochdruck-Einspritzventile, beispielsweise Injektoren 102, angeschlossen. Diese spritzen den Kraftstoff direkt in entsprechende Brennräume 104 ein. Der Druck in der Kraftstoff-Sammelleitung 100 wird von einem Drucksensor 106 erfasst. Dieser liefert entsprechende Signale an ein Steuer- und/oder Regelgerät 108. Dieses wiederum steuert das magnetische Steuerventil (in Fig. 8 ohne Bezugszeichen) der Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe 10 an, um den Druck in der Kraftstoff-Sammelleitung 100 im Sinne einer geschlossenen Regelstrecke auf einem gewünschten Niveau zu halten.

Claims (9)

  1. Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe (10), insbesondere für direkteinspritzende Brennkraftmaschinen (92), mit einem Gehäuse (12), welches einen Niederdruck-Einlass (20) und einen Hochdruck-Auslass (22) aufweist, mit einem in dem Gehäuse (12) vorhandenen Pumpraum (34), welcher mit dem Niederdruck-Einlass (20) und dem Hochdruck-Auslass (22) verbindbar ist, mit einem Steuerventil (38), welches den Pumpraum (34) mit dem Niederdruck-Einlass (20) unmittelbar verbinden kann und zum Niederdruck-Einlass (20) hin öffnet, und mit einem Rückschlagventil (36) mit einem vom Steuerventil (38) separaten Ventilelement (76), welches zwischen Niederdruck-Einlass (20) und Pumpraum (34) angeordnet ist und unmittelbar zum Pumpraum (34) hin öffnet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückschlagventil (36) und das Steuerventil (38) in einem gemeinsamen Ventilmodul (44) untergebracht sind, welches wenigstens bereichsweise in das Pumpengehäuse (12) eingesetzt ist und für das Steuerventil (38) und das Rückschlagventil (36) einen gemeinsamen Anschluss (64) zum Niederdruck-Einlass (20) hin aufweist, und dass die Elemente des Rückschlagventils (36) und die Elemente des Steuerventils (38) zueinander koaxial in dem Ventilmodul (44) angeordnet sind.
  2. Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerventil (38) radial innen liegt und das Rückschlagventil (36) eine Mehrzahl von Strömungskanälen (70) umfasst, welche radial außen um mindestens einen Bereich des Steuerventils (38) im Ventilmodul (44) vorgesehen sind.
  3. Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe (10) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückschlagventil (36) ein scheibenringförmiges Ventilelement (76) umfasst.
  4. Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventilelement des Rückschlagventils (36) ein dünnes Plättchen (76) umfasst.
  5. Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückschlagventil (36) als Doppelsitzventil ausgebildet ist.
  6. Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventilmodul (44) zum Pumpraum (34) hin mindestens einen Stützabschnitt (78) umfasst, an dem sich ein Vorspannelement (74) abstützt, welches das Ventilelement (76) des Rückschlagventils (36) gegen den zugehörigen Ventilsitz (72) beaufschlagt.
  7. Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe (10) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützabschnitt (78) einstückig mit einem gemeinsamen Ventilgehäuse (30) ausgebildet ist.
  8. Kraftstoffsystem (94) mit einem Kraftstoffbehälter (96), mit mindestens einer Kraftstoff-Einspritzvorrichtung (102), welche den Kraftstoff direkt in den Brennraum (104) einer Brennkraftmaschine (92) einspritzt, mit mindestens einer Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe (10), und mit einer Kraftstoff-Sammelleitung (100), an die die Kraftstoff-Einspritzvorrichtung (102) angeschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hochdruck-Kraftstoffpumpe (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 ausgebildet ist.
  9. Brennkraftmaschine (92) mit mindestens einem Brennraum (104), in den der Kraftstoff direkt eingespritzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Kraftstoffsystem (94) nach Anspruch 8 aufweist.
