Definitions
- the invention relates to an insect screen for insertion into a window or door opening delimiting frame with a mesh or mesh having stenter frame with on opposite frame profiles arranged brackets that engage behind the frame in the installed position, preferably lying in the installed position on the top of the stenter Brackets each on a guided in the vertical stenter profile Sliding slides are supported.
- a fly screen with a similar structure is known from DE 197 49 517 A1.
- the brackets are attached to a shoe that is in a groove the corner angle of the frame profile is guided.
- the glide shoe is supported on the one hand on a spring and on the other hand on an approach of the corner angle, this Support based on the installation position behind the sliding shoe lies.
- this arrangement leads to space problems, since both for the sliding shoe and to provide sufficient space for the spring behind it is.
- the recess in the corner angle cannot be as wide as desired be carried out because the corner bracket requires a certain minimum wall thickness. So that the fly screen is overall visually appealing has, the frame thickness in the lateral direction should be as small as possible.
- the invention is therefore based on the problem of the disadvantages mentioned avoid and create an insect screen that is simple and flat Construction enables.
- the invention is for an insect screen of the type mentioned provided that the sliding carriage has a lateral Has pressure piece for support on the frame.
- a particularly good function results when the frame profile of the insect screen as a double chamber profile with side by side in the frame level Profile chambers is formed and an intermediate web connecting the chambers has a recess, the sliding carriage in the first profile chamber and the pressure piece is arranged in the second profile chamber.
- the usage two profile chambers leads to increased stiffness of the profile, what is particularly advantageous for insect screens for larger windows.
- the Sliding carriage can in the first profile chamber and the side formed on it Pressure piece can be arranged in the second profile chamber, the section connecting the sliding carriage with the pressure piece in the recess of the mezzanine. This section can be designed that the sliding carriage and the pressure piece are guided through the intermediate web become.
- the insect screen has one that interacts with the pressure piece Spring against whose spring force the pressure piece at Assembly is used. Since the bracket over the sliding carriage with the Pressure piece is connected, the bracket relative to the stenter against the force of the spring can be moved.
- the pressure piece is on supports a support element inserted into the profile chamber.
- the supporting element as the vertical and horizontal bars of the tenter connecting Corner bracket trained. In the rest position, the bracket is in its highest position, accordingly the pressure piece is in its highest position and supports itself with its top in the area of the corner angle from.
- the corner bracket is a substantially cuboid, the thrust piece and the spring receiving recess.
- the recess is parallel to one leg of the corner bracket and thus arranged parallel to a frame profile. Since the recess only receives the pressure piece and the spring needs, it can be made relatively small so that there are no strength problems regarding the corner angle there.
- the spring is designed as a spiral compression spring and engages a spring mandrel formed on the pressure piece in the spring interior.
- a spring that grips the outside on the Pressure piece arranged ring section can be used.
- will be feather length and spring constant are selected appropriately, so the spring arbor and the ring section can be dispensed with.
- At least one, preferably on two opposite side surfaces of the Sliding carriage and / or the pressure piece guide grooves are arranged are formed opposite to the recess of the intermediate web.
- the passage opening the intermediate web thus serves as a guide for the sliding carriage and the pressure piece. This ensures that the movement of this Components and thus also the bracket always take place parallel to the frame profile, this prevents twisting or tipping.
- the guide grooves in the insect screen according to the invention are particularly advantageous in the connection area between the sliding carriage and arranged the pressure piece.
- the sliding carriage has a means for height adjustment of the bracket.
- the remedy enables a simplified adaptation to the conditions of the installation site.
- the Brackets can be adjusted in the vertical direction by the means, whereby a easy assembly is made possible.
- the agent can be a plurality of fastening threads arranged vertically one above the other on the sliding carriage be trained.
- Each bracket has at least one, preferably two Through holes so that it fits with the mounting threads of the sliding carriage can be screwed. Of the several, for example three or four fastening threads arranged one above the other become the ones chosen that best fit the installation conditions. Because this setting generally only done during initial assembly, it is also possible to permanently connect the bracket to the sliding carriage, for example to rivet.
- the frame profile 1 shown in Fig. 1 is made of an aluminum alloy. It is a double chamber profile with an outer profile chamber 2 and one inner profile chamber 3 formed. Profile sections of the Frame profile 1 sawn on a miter and into the outer profile chamber 2 used corner brackets connected. Between the outer profile chamber 2 and the inner profile chamber 3 there is an intermediate web 4, which in has a recess 5 in its central region. The inner profile chamber 3 has a second recess 6 on the back.
- Fig. 2a shows a sliding carriage 7 with a pressure piece 8 formed on it laterally.
- the sliding carriage 7 is integral with the pressure piece 8 executed, for example, it can be made of die-cast aluminum or plastic. Alternatively, however, it is also possible to use the sliding carriage 7 and to produce the pressure piece separately and to connect them to one another, for example by gluing, riveting or screwing.
- the sliding carriage 7 has a cuboid basic shape, its size is selected so that it is in the inner profile chamber 3 of the frame profile 1 inserted and in the profile longitudinal direction can be moved.
- the pressure piece 8 is in the outer profile chamber 2 of the frame profile 1.
- the connection area 9 between the sliding carriage 7 and the pressure piece 8 is then in the area the recess 5 of the intermediate web 4.
- a spring mandrel 10 is formed on the underside of the pressure piece 8, a spring mandrel 10 is formed.
- Fig. 2b shows the sliding carriage 7 of Fig. 2a in a plan view.
- the sliding carriage 7 has a fastening portion projecting on the front and back 11 with a plurality of vertically spaced apart Fastening threads 12 on. In the illustrated embodiment there are three fastening threads 12, the number of fastening threads can also be higher.
- connection area 9 between the Sliding carriage 7 and the pressure piece 8 shaped in the opposite direction to the intermediate web Guide grooves 13 formed so that the sliding carriage 7 and Pressure piece 8 guided through the intermediate web 4 during the vertical movement are.
- Fig. 3 shows a corner bracket 14 for connecting horizontal and vertical profiles.
- the end sections 15 of the corner bracket 14 are optionally together with other components in the outer profile chambers 2 of the to be connected Frame profiles 1 inserted, then frame profile 1 in the area the recesses 16 pressed with the corner bracket 14.
- On the inside the corner bracket 14 is a cuboid recess 17 which is used for Receiving the pressure piece 8 and a compression spring is used.
- FIG. 4a shows a corner section of an insect screen in a front view, that is, in the installed position.
- the frame profile 1 is partially cut shown. 4b and 4c, the one Side view and a plan view of the insect screen of Fig. 4a show.
- the pressure piece 8 With its upper edge abuts the upper edge of the recess 17 of the corner bracket 14.
- a compression spring 18 arranged so that the pressure piece 8 and the sliding carriage connected thereto 7 permanently in the installed state at least from a low spring force be charged.
- a bracket 19 is fastened by means of screws 20. As best shown in Fig. 4b can be seen, the bracket 19 is angled twice, so that its outer End in the installed state engages behind a window frame 21 of a window.
- bracket 19 To insert into the window opening, it is necessary to hold the bracket 19 in To move towards the inside of the frame. With the vertical displacement of the Bracket 19 is the sliding carriage 7 and the pressure piece formed thereon 8 against the force of the compression spring 18 vertically parallel to the frame profile 1 after shifted down. The movement path of the bracket 19 is limited by Place the lower end of the spring mandrel 10 on the lower edge of the recess 17 of the corner bracket 14.
- Fig. 5 shows the sequence of movements when inserting the insect screen in a frame of a window opening.
- the one or two in a row Brackets 22 are fixed on the underside of the insect screen 23 appropriate.
- the two vertically movable bracket 19 are on the upper frame 21 of the window opening so that the insect screen 23 forms an acute angle with the frame level.
- the insect screen 23 is moved vertically upward, so that the movable bracket 19 can be moved relative to the frame profile 1.
- the lower bracket 22 are raised so far that they are behind the lower frame profile 24 can be pivoted.
- the compressed compression spring 18 relaxes automatically under the effect of the energy stored in it, the insect screen 23 is moved down.
- Fig. 6 finally shows the installed state of the inserted in the window opening Insect screen 23.
- Both the lower bracket 22 and the upper bracket Bracket 19 engage behind the respective frame profiles 24, 21, so that Insect screen 23 is securely attached to the outside of the window opening.
