Das in Fig. 1 dargestellte Rahmenprofil 1 ist aus einer Aluminiumlegierung hergestellt.
Es ist als Doppelkammerprofil mit einer äußeren Profilkammer 2 und einer
inneren Profilkammer 3 ausgebildet. Zur Herstellung werden Profilabschnitte des
Rahmenprofils 1 auf Gehrung gesägt und über einen in die äußere Profilkammer 2
eingesetzten Eckwinkel miteinander verbunden. Zwischen der äußeren Profilkammer
2 und der inneren Profilkammer 3 befindet sich ein Zwischensteg 4, der in
seinem mittleren Bereich eine Ausnehmung 5 aufweist. Die innere Profilkammer 3
weist an der Rückseite eine zweite Ausnehmung 6 auf.The
Fig. 2a zeigt einen Schiebeschlitten 7 mit daran seitlich angeformtemDruckstück 8.
In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Schiebeschlitten 7 einstückig mit
dem Druckstück 8 ausgeführt, beispielsweise kann er aus Aluminiumdruckguss
oder Kunststoff hergestellt sein. Alternativ ist es jedoch auch möglich, den Schiebeschlitten
7 und das Druckstück separat herzustellen und miteinander zu verbinden,
beispielsweise durch Kleben, Nieten oder Schrauben. Der Schiebeschlitten 7
weist eine quaderförmige Grundform auf, seine Größe ist so gewählt, dass er in
die innere Profilkammer 3 des Rahmenprofils 1 eingesetzt und in Profillängsrichtung
bewegt werden kann. Im Einbauzustand befindet sich das Druckstück 8 in
der äußeren Profilkammer 2 des Rahmenprofils 1. Der Verbindungsbereich 9 zwischen
dem Schiebeschlitten 7 und dem Druckstück 8 befindet sich dann im Bereich
der Ausnehmung 5 des Zwischenstegs 4. An der Unterseite des Druckstücks
8 ist ein Federdorn 10 ausgebildet.Fig. 2a shows a sliding

7 weist einen auf der Vorder- und Rückseite vorspringenden Befestigungsabschnitt

sind drei Befestigungsgewinde 12 vorhanden, die Anzahl der Befestigungsgewinde

des Eckwinkels 14 ist eine quaderförmige Ausnehmung 17 ausgebildet, die zur
Aufnahme des Druckstücks 8 sowie einer Druckfeder dient.Fig. 3 shows a

das heißt in Einbaulage. Das Rahmenprofil 1 ist dabei teilweise geschnitten

Seitenansicht bzw. eine Draufsicht des Insektenschutzgitters von Fig. 4a zeigen.
In der inneren Profilkammer 3 befindet sich das Druckstück 8, das mit seiner Oberkante
an der Oberkante der Ausnehmung 17 des Eckwinkels 14 anliegt. Zwischen
dem Druckstück 8 und der Unterkante der Ausnehmung 17 ist eine Druckfeder
18 angeordnet, so dass das Druckstück 8 und der damit verbundene Schiebeschlitten
7 im Einbauzustand permanent zumindest von einer geringen Federkraft
beaufschlagt werden. An dem Befestigungsabschnitt 11 des Schiebeschlittens
7 ist ein Haltewinkel 19 mittels Schrauben 20 befestigt. Wie am besten in Fig.
4b zu erkennen ist, ist der Haltewinkel 19 zweifach abgewinkelt, so dass sein äußeres

das untere Blendrahmenprofil 24 geschwenkt werden können. Beim Loslassen
des Insektenschutzgitters 23 entspannt sich die komprimierte Druckfeder 18
selbsttätig unter der Wirkung der in ihr gespeicherten Energie, wobei das Insektenschutzgitter

- Insect screen according to claim 5, characterised in that the support element is formed as the corner bracket (14) connecting the vertical and horizontal profiles.
- Insect screen according to claim 5, characterised in that the corner bracket (14) has a substantially rectangular recess (17) for receiving the pressure member (8) and the spring (18).
- Insect screen according to one of claims 4 to 7, characterised in that the spring (18) is formed as a spiral pressure spring, into which a spring pin (10) formed on the pressure member (8) engages.
- Insect screen according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the holding bracket (19) for the insertion of the insect screen (23) is displaceable towards the tenter frame against the force of the spring (18) and after insertion moves back automatically into its rest position.
