Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Betreiben eines vertikalen Mischers für dampfförmige, flüssige, pulverförmige und/oder pastöse Produkte mit mindestens einem in einem Gehäuse angeordneten, drehbaren Mischwerkzeug, mit mindestens einem Einlass für die zu mischenden Produkte, mit mindestens einem Auslass und mit mindestens einem Antrieb, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Mischer (1) im Betriebszustand beständig voll gefüllt wirdim Mischprodukt (11) bzw. im Produktstrom mittels des Mischwerkzeuges ein Scherfeld aufgebaut wird,der Produktfluss (11), ausgehend von den Einlässen (7, 10) der zu vermischenden Produkte (11, 17) bis zum Auslass (8) des zu vermischenden Produktes (11, 17) kontinuierlich erfolgt, wobei die Ausgangsprodukte (11, 17) ständig in den Mischer (1) eingebracht und der Fluss der Ausgangsprodukte (11, 17) am Auslass (8) dosierbar regelbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mischwerkzeuge zumindest teilweise auf Rückwärtsförderung einstellbar sind, d.h. entgegengesetzt zum Produktstrom.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mischer als Dosiervorrichtung dient.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mischer einem Extruder, Futterwürfelpresse oder einem Expander direkt vorund/oder nachgeordnet wird und/oder einen Batchmischer vor- oder nachgeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mischprodukt (11) mittels des Mischwerkzeuges in Richtung der Innenwand des Gehäuses (6) gedrückt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 zum vertikalen Mischen von gasförmigen, flüssigen, pulverförmigen und/oder pastösen Produkten mit einem in einem Gehäuse angeordneten, mit mindestens einem Mischwerkzeug, mit mindestens einem Einlass für die zu mischenden Produkte, mit mindestens einem Auslass und mit mindestens einem Antrieb, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das/die Mischwerkzeug/e an einer Welle und eine am Auslass (8) vorgesehene Produktaustragseinrichtung angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 zum vertikalen Mischen von gasförmigen, flüssigen, pulverförmigen und/oder pastösen Produkten mit einem in einem Gehäuse angeordneten, mit Paddeln versehenen Mischwerkzeug, mit mindestens einem Einlass für die zu mischenden Produkte, mit mindestens einem Auslass und mit mindestens einem Antrieb, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Paddel (4) an einer Hohlwelle (2) und innerhalb der Hohlwelle (2) eine Innenwelle (3) für den am Auslass (8) vorgesehenen Drehschieber (9) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (13) über ein regelbares Getriebe mit der Hohlwelle (2) und mit der Innenwelle (3) des Drehschiebers (9) verbunden ist oder die Innenwelle (3) mit dem Drehschieber (9) separat antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über der Öffnung (4) des Auslasses (8) im Gehäuseboden (18) ein mit einer Öffnung (16) versehener Zwischenboden (15) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Zwischenboden (15) den Querschnitt der Öffnung (14) des Auslasses (8) zum Umleitung des Mischproduktes (11) abschirmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mischer (1) Zugabestellen (10) für die gasförmigen, flüssigen, pulverförmigen bzw. pastösen Zugaben aufweist.
