Claims (15)
- Treibstangenbeschlag für Fenster, Türen oder dergleichen mit in den jeweiligen Profilnuten des Flügelrahmens angeordneten Stulp- und Riegelgestängen (4, 5), die im Eckbereich (10) über einen Winkeltrieb (1) aktiv miteinander kuppelbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Schenkelabschnitte (2, 3) des Winkeltriebstulpes (1) unter einem für die Montagephase bestimmten ersten Winkel zueinander verlaufen, und daß dieser erste Winkel nach erfolgter Kupplung eines Schenkelabschnitts (2) mit dem zugehörigen ersten Stulp- und Riegelgestänge (4) unter gleichzeitiger Kupplung des anderen Schenkelabschnitts (3) mit dem zugehörigen zweiten Stulpund Riegelgestänge (5) in einen zweiten, im Vergleich zum ersten Winkel kleineren Winkel überführbar ist. - Treibstangenbeschlag nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Größe des ersten Winkels so bemessen ist, daß der eine Schenkelabschnitt (2) des Winkeltriebstulps (1) mittels einer insbesondere geradlinigen Zustellbewegung unbehindert in die zugehörige Aufnahmenut eingelegt und dann der andere Schenkelabschnitt (3) ebenfalls mittels einer insbesondere geradlinigen Zustellbewegung unter gleichzeitiger Kupplung mit dem zugeordneten Riegelgestänge (6) in seine zweite Winkelposition in der Aufnahmenut überführbar ist. - Treibstangenbeschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Winkel ein stumpfer Winkel und der zweite Winkel ein Rechteckwinkel ist. - Treibstangenbeschlag nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlege- und Zustellvorgänge mittels einer automatischen Montageeinheit bzw. eines Roboters durchführbar sind. - Treibstangenbeschlag nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Größe des stumpfen Winkels im Bereich von etwa 100° gelegen ist. - Treibstangenbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stulpschienenteile (7', 7") beider Schenkelabschnitte (2, 3) des Winkeltriebstulps (1) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind. - Treibstangenbeschlag nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im eckseitigen Endbereich eines Stulpschienenteils (7') ein Gelenkträgerteil (8) befestigt und das andere Stulpschienenteil (7") an dem Gelenkträgerteil (8) begrenzt schwenkbar und schwergängig gelagert ist. - Treibstangenbeschlag nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gelenkträgerteil (8) gleichzeitig als Führungselement für den flexiblen Winkeltriebteil (9) ausgebildet ist. - Treibstangenbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die winklig zueinander verlaufenden Stulpschienenteile (7', 7") des Winkeltriebstulps (1) einteilig und im Scheitel- bzw. Eckbereich (10) geschwächt ausgebildet sind. - Treibstangenbeschlag nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwächung durch zumindest eine einseitige Einkerbung (11) realisiert ist. - Treibstangenbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an zumindest einem der freien Enden der Stulpschienenteile (7', 7") des Winkeltriebstulps (1) ein als Schraubenführungsstück dienender Stützbock (12) angebracht ist. - Treibstangenbeschlag nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützbock (12) im montierten Zustand des Winkeltriebstulps (1) formschlüssig und führend in das Riegelgestänge (6) eingreift. - Treibstangenbeschlag nach Anspruch 11 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützbock (12) mit stirnseitig aneinandergrenzenden Stulpschienenabschnitten (7, 7', 7") fest verbindbar, insbesondere verschraubbar ist. - Treibstangenbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der flexible Winkeltriebteil (9) als Federpaket ausgebildet und an beiden Enden mit zur Nutseite hin offenen Kupplungs-Zahnkästchen (14) versehen ist. - Treibstangenbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Eckbereich (10) ein Stütz- und Führungsteil (15) für den flexiblen Winkeltriebteil (9) an einem Stulpschienenteil (7') befestigt und das andere Stulpschienenteil (7") aus der stumpfwinkligen Position bis zur Anlage am Führungsteil (15) verschwenk- bzw. verbiegbar ist.
