Abstract
Eine Vorrichtung zur Kompensation des Schräglaufs einer bewegten Materialbahn in einer Wellpappeanlage weist mehrere hintereinander angeordnete Bearbeitungs-Einheiten auf, die mit quer zur Transportrichtung der Materialbahn verschiebbaren Bearbeitungs-Werkzeugen versehen sind. Es ist eine Schräglauf-Meßeinrichtung vorgesehen, um den Schräglauf der Materialbahn zu bestimmen. Diese weist einen ersten Positions-Sensor mindestens einen zweiten Positions-Sensor auf, die die Quer-Position der Materialbahn an vorbestimmten Längs-Positionen bestimmen. Mittels einer Steuer-Einrichtung wird aus den Daten der Positions-Sensoren der Schrägverlauf der Materialbahn (2) berechnet und entsprechend die Quer-Position der Bearbeitungs-Werkzeuge korrigiert. A skew measuring device is provided to determine the skew of the web. This has a first position sensor at least one second position sensor, which determine the transverse position of the material web at predetermined longitudinal positions. By means of a control device, the skew curve of the material web (2) is calculated from the data of the position sensors and the transverse position of the processing tools is corrected accordingly.
