Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Vesorgung einer Einrichtung zur Aufnahme von hochviskosen Medien mit einem solchen, insbesondere zur Versorgung eines Farbspeichers (4) einer Druckmaschine (1) mit Druckfarbe, mit einem mit dem hochviskosen Medium beaufschlagbaren Befüllkanal (7), der wenigstens einen, der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (4) zugeordneten Auslass aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Auslass ein endseitiges Abdeckelement (13) zugeordnet ist, das wenigstens eine Auslaßöffnung (17) aufweist, die durch wenigstens eine zugeordnete, unter Druck elastisch ausweichende Zunge (16) verschließbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdeckelement (13) als Scheibe ausgebildet ist, die vorzugsweise mittels einer Überwurfmutter (14) am unteren Ende eines den zugeordneten Auslass bildenden Auslassstutzens (9) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdeckelement (13) aus elastischem, vorzugsweise gummielastischem, Material besteht und mit wenigstens eine Zunge (16) begrenzenden Schlitzen (15) versehen ist, die vorzugsweise als materialausnehmungslose Schnitte ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdeckelement (13) aus Polyurethan besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdeckelement (13) mit mehreren Zungen (16) versehen ist, die vorzugsweise mit ihren Seitenflanken aneinander anschließend ringförmig angeordnet und dreieckförmig geschnitten sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sechs aneinander anschließende Zungen (16) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Seitenkanten der Zungen (16) höchstens einem Viertel des Durchmessers des Abdeckelements (13) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Zungen (16), vorzugsweise die Dicke des ganzen Abdeckelements (13) höchstens einem Zehntel des Durchmessers des Abdeckelements (13) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem aus Polyurethan bestehenden, scheibenförmigen Abdeckelement (13) mit einem Durchmesser von 22 mm und einer Dicke von 2 mm die Länge der Seitenkanten der Zungen (16) 5 mm beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befüllkanal (7) als über einen zugeordneten Speicherbereich hinweggehender, mit mehreren über seine Länge verteilten Auslässen versehener Verteilerkanal ausgebildet ist, der über eine mit einer Absperreinrichtung (8) versehene Zuführleitung (6) mit einer Druckquelle für das hochviskose Medium verbunden ist.
