Claims (21)

  1. Einstückige Lagerungsvorrichtung für einen Bettrost des Typs mit mehreren Elementen, wobei diese Vorrichtung vorgesehen ist, zwischen eine Plattform, die eine Stützoberfläche festlegt, und ein Polsterelement wie eine Matratze eingefügt zu werden, und die einen Sockel (2), der vorgesehen ist, um auf einem Element der Plattform befestigt zu werden, eine Lagerungsstruktur (3), die auf dem Sockel (2) befestigt ist, und eine Platte (4) umfaßt, die durch die Lagerungsstruktur (3) getragen ist und als Auflager für das Polsterelement dient, wobei die Lagerungsstruktur (3) um eine Vertikalachse X umläuft,
    gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß sich die Lagerungsstruktur (3) in Ruhe in Form einer hohlen und einstückigen Kugel präsentiert, eine Vielzahl von Sektoren (10a, 10b, 10c) umfaßt, die durch seitliche Öffnungen (11 a, 11 b, 11 c) getrennt sind, und die aus einem elastischen Synthetikmaterial oder vulkanisiertem Kautschuk ausgeführt ist, dessen Härte zwischen 40 Shore A und 70 Shore D liegt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß der Sockel (2) Mittel (7) umfaßt, um seine Rotation nach Befestigung auf dem Plattformelement zu hindern.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die Lagerungsstruktur (3) und die Platte (4) Mittel umfassen, die zusammenwirken, um deren Verbindung gegen Zug und Rotation um die Rotationssymmetrieachse (X) der Lagerungsstruktur (3) sicherzustellen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die Verbindung zwischen der Lagerungsstruktur (3) und der Platte (4) durch ein Bajonettsystem (19a, 19b, 22) und ein Klippsystem (20, 23) sichergestellt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die Lagerungsstruktur (3) an ihrem oberen Ende einen Befestigungskopf (12) einer Platte (4) umfaßt, der in einer Öffnung (18) sitzt, die in der Platte (4) eingerichtet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß der Befestigungskopf (12) eine Durchgangsöffnung (17) umfaßt, die in der Rotationssymmetrieachse (X) der Lagerungsstruktur (3) eingerichtet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die Lagerungsstruktur (3) in ihrer Innenhöhlung ein abnehmbares Ausrichtorgan (5) umfaßt, das auf ihrer Rotationssymmetrieachse (X) angeordnet ist, wobei das Organ (5) an seinem oberen Ende einen Stopfen (24) umfaßt, der in der Öffnung (17) sitzt, die den Befestigungskopf (12) durchquert.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß der Sockel (2) und die Lagerungsstruktur (3) aus einem einzigen Stück ausgeführt sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die Lagerungsstruktur (3) und der Sockel (2) Mittel umfassen, die zusammenwirken, um deren Verbindung gegen Zug und Rotation um die Rotationssymmetrieachse (X) der Lagerungsstruktur (3) sicherzustellen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die Lagerungsstruktur (3) in Form einer Kugel vorliegt, die eine Mehrzahl von Sektoren (10a, 10b, 10c) umfaßt, die getrennt sind durch Seitenöffnungen (11a, 11b, 11c), die regelmäßig um die Rotationssymmetrieachse (X) der Lagerungsstruktur (3) verteilt sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die Sektoren (10a, 10b, 10c) sich mit einer Kalotte (13) verbinden, die in dem Innenbereich der Lagerungsstruktur (3) angeordnet ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die Mittel, die zur Verbindung zwischen der Lagerungsstruktur (3) und dem Sockel (2) zusammenwirken, gebildet sind aus der Kalotte (13) und der oberen Fläche (2b) des Sockels (2).
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die Mittel, die zur Verbindung zwischen der Lagerungsstruktur (3) und dem Sockel (2) zusammenwirken, zwei Seitenzungen (8a, 8b), die Klemmen ausbilden und ausgebildet sind auf der Oberseite (2b) des Sockels (2) und die vorgesehen sind, die Kalotte (13) zu ergreifen, und ein Verriegelungssystem (9, 16) umfassen, um die Lagerungsstruktur (3) auf dem Sockel (2) nach Montage zu blockieren.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die Zungen (8a, 8b) bei der Montage durch ein Gleitschienensystem (14, 30, 102a, 102b, 103a, 103b) geführt sind.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß das Verriegelungssystem einen Haken (104) umfaßt, der mit einem Wulst (101) zusammenwirkt.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die Mittel, die zur Verbindung zwischen der Lagerungsstruktur (3) und dem Sockel (2) zusammenwirken, ein Bajonettsystem (40a, 41 a, 40b, 41 b, 40c, 41 c) und ein Klippsystem (42, 43) umfassen.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die Mittel, die zur Verbindung zwischen der Lagerungsstruktur (3) und dem Sockel (2) zusammenwirken, eine Nut (51) und Feder (50) in Form eines Schwalbenschwanzes umfassen.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die Mittel, die zur Verbindung zwischen der Lagerungsstruktur (3) und dem Sockel (2) zusammenwirken, eine Kugel (55) umfassen, die ausgebildet ist auf einem der Stücke und sich einklippt in einen Sitz (54), der in dem anderen Stück eingerichtet ist, und ein Zapfen-Loch-System (56, 57), um die beiden Stücke in Rotation nach Einklippen der Kugel (55) unbeweglich zu machen.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die Mittel, die zur Verbindung zwischen der Lagerungsstruktur (3) und dem Sockel (2) zusammenwirken, eine Kugel (63) umfassen, die ausgebildet ist auf einem der Stücke und geeignet ist, in einer Einkehlung (64) zu gleiten, die in dem anderen Stück ausgebildet ist.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die Sektoren (10a, 10b, 10c) untere freie Enden haben, die es durch radiale Erstreckung erlauben, sie um einen Kragen (75) herum anzuordnen, der an der Oberseite (2b) des Sockels (2) aufgestellt und ausgebildet ist, wobei der Kragen (75) axiale Außennuten (76) aufweist, die nach Montage in den Seitenöffnungen (11a, 11 b, 11 c) der Kugel angeordnet sind.
  21. Auflager für das Ende eines Querträgers eines Bettrostes, auf dem eine Vielzahl von Vorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20 angeordnet ist, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß es eine Vertikalwand (111) umfaßt, die vorgesehen ist, gegen die Innenwand entlang eines langen Teils des Bettrostes befestigt zu werden, wobei Gewölbebogen (113) sich horizontal aus dem Innenbereich der Wand erstreckt und in zwei Seitenbereichen (114a, 114b), die nach oben zurückgekrümmt sind, endet, eine elastische Zunge (115), die getragen ist durch die Mittelzone des Gewölbebogens (113) und vorgesehen ist, das Ende des Querträgers zu tragen, einen elastischen Seitenrücklauf (116), der vorgesehen ist am Ende jedes Seitenbereichs und dazu bestimmt ist, sich gegen eine Flanke des Querträgers zu stützen, und ein elastisches Element (117) mit U-Form, das zurückgerichtet ist und dessen freies Ende (118) vorgesehen ist, sich gegen die Oberseite des Querträgers zu stützen.
