Wiederum stossen benachbarte Fussplatten 3 direkt und spielfrei an den Kontaktstellen 7 aneinander. Die Kontaktstellen 7 zwischen benachbarten Platten 3 sind im Bereich der Abschrägungen 9. In dem anderen Teil der Fussplatten 3 entsteht ein Spalt 10. Die auf die Fussplatten 3 wirkenden Torsionsmomente 12 sind aber den in der Figur 3 gezeigten Torsionsmomenten 13 entgegengesetzt, so dass auch die Abschrägungen 9 an einem entsprechend anderen Ende der jeweiligen Platte 2,3 angeordnet sind. Erfindungsgemäss ist es auch möglich, zwischen den einzelnen Fussplatten 3 eine Vorspannung vorzusehen. Die Kontaktstelle 7 kann sich auch insgesamt auf die angrenzenden Fussplatten 3 beziehen, ohne dass sich ein Spalt 10 bildet. Die Abschrägungen 9, wie es in der Figur 1 bereits dargestellt ist, können sich auch auf Bereiche des Schaufelfusses 4 beziehen. Dies ist aber in der Figur 4 nicht näher dargestellt.

Claims (6)
- Befestigung von Schaufeln (1,11,12,13,1n) einer Strömungsmaschine an einem Rotor (6) oder Stator, wobei die Schaufeln (1,11,12,13,1n) mittels Schaufelfüssen (4) am Rotor (6) oder Stator befestigt sind, und wobei die Schaufeln (1,11,12,13,1n) eine Fussplatte (3), eine Deckplatte (2) bzw. einen Stützflügel oberhalb des Schaufelfusses (4) und ein Schaufelblatt (5) aufweisen, und wobei durch den Einbau der Schaufeln (1,11,12,13,1n) auf die Deckplatte (2) bzw. auf den Stützflügel ein Torsionsmoment (13) wirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
nach dem Einbau aller Schaufeln (1,11,12,13,1n) die Schaufeln (1,11,12,13,1n) am Rotor (6) oder Stator an der Fussplatte (3) und/oder am Schaufelfuss (4) ohne Spiel oder mit einer Vorspannung aneinandergrenzen und sich so gegenseitig gegenüber Torsionsmomenten (12) abstützen, wobei die an den Fussplatten (3) und/oder an den Schaufelfüssen (4) wirkenden Torsionsmomente (12) den Torsionsmomenten (13), welche an der Deckplatte (2) oder an dem Stützflügel wirken, entgegengesetzt sind. - Befestigung von Schaufeln (1,11,12,13,1n) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sowohl die Fussplatte (3) und/oder der Schaufelfuss (4) als auch die Deckplatte (2) bzw. der Stützflügel eine Abschrägung (9) aufweisen, welche an der Stelle angeordnet ist, an welcher die angreifenden Torsionsmomente (12,13) wirken, und an welcher sich die Schaufeln (1,11,12,13,1n) gegenseitig abstützen. - Befestigung von Schaufeln (1,11,12,13,1n) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Deckplatte (2) oder der Stützflügel am Schaufelblatt (5) zwischen der Fussplatte (3) und der Schaufelspitze (14) angeordnet ist. - Befestigung von Schaufeln (1,11,12,13,1n) nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
als Schaufelfuss (4) ein ein- (4a) oder mehrzinkiger Steckfuss oder ein Hammerkopffuss verwendet wird. - Befestigung von Schaufeln (1,11,12,13,1n) nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
im Schaufelfuss (4) zusätzlich Löcher (11) vorhanden sind, durch welche der Schaufelfuss (4) mittels Bolzen am Rotor (6) oder Stator befestigbar ist. - Befestigung von Schaufeln (1,11,12,13,1n) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
es sich bei den Schaufeln (1,11,12,13,1n) um Leit- oder Laufschaufeln einer Turbine oder eines Verdichters handelt.
