Abstract
Description
dass zwischen dem Vormischbrenner und der Brennkammer ein Strömungskanal vorgesehen ist, der von Seitenwänden begrenzt ist, die einen graduellen Übergang zwischen dem Strömungsquerschnitt (C1) und dem Brennkammerquerschnitt (C2) schaffen, und
dass wenigstens eine Strömungsabrissstruktur stromauf, innerhalb und/oder stromab des Strömungskanals vorgesehen ist, durch die das durch den Strömungskanal hindurchtretende Brennstoff-/Luft-Gemisch lokal von der Seitenwand des Strömungskanals abgelöst wird.

Claims (8)
- Brennersystem mit einem Vormischbrenner (1), in dem wenigstens ein Wirbel-Generator (2) vorgesehen ist, der von einer den Vormischbrenner (1) axial durchströmenden, Luft enthaltenden, gasförmigen Hauptströmung (ZL) durchsetzt wird, in die stromab des Wirbel-Generators (2) gasförmiger und/oder flüssiger Brennstoff als Sekundärströmung zur Erzeugung eines Brennstoff-/Luft-Gemisches eingedüst wird, sowie mit einer Brennkammer (5), die sich stromab des Vormischbrenners (1) an diesen anschließt und einen Brennkammerquerschnitt (C2) aufweist, der größer ist als der durch den Vormischbrennner (1) begrenzte Strömungsquerschnitt (C1) unmittelbar stromauf zur Brennkammer (5),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Vormischbrenner (1) und der Brennkammer (5) ein Strömungskanal (10) vorgesehen ist, der von Seitenwänden begrenzt ist, die einen graduellen Übergang zwischen dem Strömungsquerschnitt (C1) und dem Brennkammerquerschnitt (C2) schaffen, und
dass wenigstens eine Strömungsabrissstruktur (11) stromauf, innerhalb und/oder stromab des Strömungskanals (10) vorgesehen ist, durch die das durch den Strömungskanal (10) hindurchtretende Brennstoff-/Luft-Gemisch lokal von der Seitenwand des Strömungskanals (10) abgelöst wird. - Brennersystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Strömungskanal (10) von geradlinig schräg zur axialen Strömungsrichtung verlaufenden Seitenwänden, geradlinig segmentiert verlaufenden Seitenwandabschnitten oder gekrümmten Seitenwänden begrenzt ist. - Brennersystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strömungsabrissstruktur (11) den Strömungsquerschnitt des Strömungskanals (10) lokal reduziert. - Brennersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Anzahl von Strömungsabrissstrukturen (11) am Strömungsaustritt des Strömungskanals (10) vorgesehen ist. - Brennersystem nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strömungsabrissstrukturen (11) in symmetrischer Anordnung um den Strömungsaustritt des Strömungskanals (10) angeordnet sind. - Brennersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strömungsabrissstruktur (11) eine Abrisskante (12) aufweist, die sich über eine Seitenwand des Strömungskanals (10) erhebt. - Brennersystem nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abrisskante (12) in den Strömungskanal (10) mit einer Tiefe hineinragt, die in axialer Projektion stromauf den Strömungsquerschnitt (C1) nicht beengt. - Brennersystem nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strömungsabrissstruktur (11) an der Seitenwand des Strömungskanals (10) derart angebracht und ausgebildet ist, dass stromauf zur Abrisskante (12) wenigstens ein strömungsleitend ausgebildetes Flächenteil (13) vorgesehen ist, das die Abrisskante (12) mit einer Seitenwand des Strömungskanal (10) verbindet, und dass die Abrisskante (12) senkrecht zur Strömungsrichtung orientiert ist.
