Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung einer drehsymmetrischen Fläche eines Bauteils mit einem Schleifband, insbesondere zur Feinstbearbeitung einer zylindrischen Innenfläche eines Bauteils, das während der Bearbeitung um die Achse der Fläche in Drehung versetzt wird, mit einem Träger, der dazu bestimmt ist, auf ein bewegliches Maschinenelement montiert zu werden und einen länglichen Körper (4) in Form eines Stabs aufweist, der ein proximales Ende (5) für seine freitragende Montage auf das bewegliche Maschinenelement und ein gegenüberliegendes distales Ende (6) hat, das dem freien Ende des freitragend montierten Körpers entspricht, mit einem Organ zum Auflegen des Schleifbands auf die zu bearbeitende Fläche, wobei das Organ auf den Körper am distalen Ende dieses Letzteren so montiert ist, dass die Achse seiner Auflagefläche parallel zur Länge des stabförmigen Körpers ist, wobei das Auflageorgan mindestens eine Auflagefläche in Form eines Zylindersektors mit einer Achse parallel zur Achse der zu bearbeitenden Fläche und auf einer ersten Seite (9) des Körpers vorstehend aufweist, und mit Umlenkmitteln des Schleifbands, die zwei freitragende Stangen aufweisen, die zu beiden Seiten des Auflageorgans in einer um 45° zur Achse der Auflagefläche schrägen Position angeordnet sind, um das Schleifband über eine Bahn zu führen, die einen ersten Abschnitt parallel zur Achse der Auflagefläche, einen zweiten Abschnitt lotrecht zur Achse der Auflagefläche, der auf der Auflagefläche zwischen den zwei Umlenkstangen verläuft, und einen dritten Abschnitt parallel zur Achse der Auflagefläche aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Schleifband während der Bearbeitung eine Vorschubbewegung verliehen wird, indem es von einer Vorratsspule entnommen und wieder auf eine Aufnahmespule aufgewickelt wird, dass der erste Abschnitt der Bahn sich zwischen einer der Spulen und einer der Umlenkstangen befindet und der dritte Abschnitt der Bahn sich zwischen der anderen Umlenkstange und der anderen Spule befindet, und dass die zwei Umlenkstangen (10) auf dem Körper an dessen distalem Ende derart freitragend angeordnet sind, dass sie sich von diesem letzteren auf einer zweiten, der ersten gegenüberliegenden Seite (11) schräg in Richtung des proximalen Endes (5) des Körpers des Trägers entfernen, wobei der Körper (8) des Trägers auf der zweiten Seite (11) mindestens eine Rille (12) zur Führung des Schleifbands (3) auf dem ersten und dem dritten Abschnitt der Bahn des Bands und ein auf den Körper angesetztes Element (13) mindestens in der Nähe des distalen Endes des Körpers auf der zweiten Seite (11) aufweist, um die Rille (12) zu bedecken, um die Führung des Schleifbands (3) zu verbessern.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schleifband (3), in Vorschubrichtung gesehen, eine Verschiebung nach außen auf einer der Stangen (10) erfährt, indem es vom ersten Abschnitt zum zweiten Abschnitt der Bahn übergeht, und eine Verschiebung nach innen auf der anderen Stange (10) erfährt, indem es vom zweiten zum dritten Abschnitt der Bahn übergeht, und dass die zwei Stangen (10) zueinander divergieren.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageorgan ein Rundstück (7) aufweist, das in ortsfester Stellung in einem im Körper (4) des Trägers am distalen Ende (6) ausgebildeten Sitz (8) so montiert ist, dass es auf der ersten Seite (9) mündet.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageorgan zwei Rundstücke (7a) aufweist, die in ortsfester Stellung in zwei im Körper (4) des Trägers am distalen Ende (6) ausgebildeten parallelen und zueinander beabstandeten Sitzen (8a) so montiert sind, dass sie auf der ersten Seite (9) münden.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rundstück (7, 7a) auf der ersten Seite (9) in einem Zylindersektor mündet, der einem Bogen von weniger als 180°, vorzugsweise weniger als 90°, und insbesondere weniger als 45° entspricht.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageorgan eine Rolle (14) aufweist, die drehbeweglich auf den Körper (4) des Trägers auf der ersten Seite (9) vorstehend montiert ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageorgan zwei parallele und zueinander beabstandete Rollen (14a) aufweist, die drehbeweglich auf den Körper (4) des Trägers auf der ersten Seite (9) vorstehend montiert sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stangen (10) in zwei Löcher montiert sind, die im Körper (4) des Trägers am distalen Ende (6) dieses Körpers ausgebildet sind.
