Claims (18)
- Flüssigkeitsfilter, insbesondere Ölfilter zum Reinigen von Schmieröl, insbesondere für Verbrennungsmotoren von Kraftfahrzeugen, mit folgenden Merkmalen:im Inneren des Flüssigkeitsfilters (1) ist ein Ringfiltereinsatz angeordnet und trennt dort eine Reinseite von einer Rohseite,das Flüssigkeitsfilter (1) besitzt ein Filtergehäuse (2) aus Metall, das einen ersten Flansch (3) aufweist, mit dem das Flüssigkeitsfilter (1) mittels einer Verschraubung an einem Bauteil angeschraubt ist, wobei dieses Bauteil einen Zulauf für ungereinigte Flüssigkeit, einen Ablauf für gereinigte Flüssigkeit und einen relativ drucklosen Leerlauf besitzt,der erste Flansch (3) weist eine axial wirkende Außendichtung (24) auf, die Zulauf, Ablauf und Leerlauf einfasst,im ersten Flansch (3) sind ein zum Zulauf offener Zulaufraum (25), ein zum Ablauf offener Ablaufraum (26) und ein zum Leerlauf offener Leerlaufraum (27) vorgesehen, wobei die einzelnen Räume (25,26,27) mit axial wirkenden Innendichtungen (28) gegeneinander abgedichtet sind,die Verschraubung, mit welcher der erste Flansch (3) am Bauteil angeschraubt ist, wirkt axial und presst die axial wirkenden Dichtungen (24,28) axial an das Bauteil,der erste Flansch (3) enthält einen Trägeraufnahmeraum (22), der von der Außendichtung (24) eingefasst ist,in den Trägeraufnahmeraum (22) ist ein Funktionsträgereinsatz (23) eingesetzt,der Funktionsträgereinsatz (23) weist den Zulaufraum (25), den Ablaufraum (26) und den Leerlaufraum (27) auf,bei am Bauteil angeschraubtem ersten Flansch (3) stützt sich der Funktionsträgereinsatz (23) am ersten Flansch (3) ab.
- Flüssigkeitsfilter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Funktionsträgereinsatz (23) aus Kunststoff besteht. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Funktionsträgereinsatz (23) ein Rücklaufsperrventil (69) aufweist, über das der Zulaufraum (25) mit der Rohseite des Flüssigkeitsfilters (1) verbunden ist, derart, dass eine Zulaufströmung vom Zulauf zur Rohseite offen und eine Rücklaufströmung von der Rohseite zum Zulauf gesperrt ist. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Funktionsträgereinsatz (23) ein Druckregelventil (48) aufweist, das den Ablaufraum (26) ab einem vorbestimmten Regeldruck mit dem Leerlaufraum (27) und/oder mit einem damit kommunizierenden Innenraum (47) des Filtergehäuses (2) verbindet. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckregelventil (48) eine zylindrische Hülse (49) aufweist, in der ein Steuerkolben (51) axial verstellbar gelagert ist, daß die Hülse (49) mindestens eine radiale Öffnung (50) enthält', die mit dem Leerlaufraum (27) und/oder mit dem Innenraum (47) kommuniziert, daß die Hülse (49) zumindest an einem axialen Ende offen ist und mit dem Ablaufraum (26) kommuniziert, daß Federmittel (52) den Steuerkolben (51) zu diesem axialen Ende hin vorspannen, daß der Steuerkolben (51) die mindestens eine radiale Öffnung (50) in Abhängigkeit seiner Axialstellung relativ zur Hülse (49) sperrt oder mehr oder weniger öffnet. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filtergehäuse (2) einen zweiten Flansch (4) besitzt, mit dem ein Filterkammeransatz (5) am Filtergehäuse (2) befestigt ist, wobei der Filterkammeransatz (5) den Ringfiltereinsatz enthält und auf einer dem Filtergehäuse (2) abgewandten Seite mit einem Deckel (6) verschlossen ist und auf einer dem Deckel (6) abgewandten Seite im Inneren des Filtergehäuses (2) einen rohseitigen Zulaufstutzen (63) sowie einen reinseitigen Ablaufstutzen (42) aufweist. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Filterkammeransatz (5) aus Kunststoff besteht. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zulaufstutzen (63) des Filterkammeransatzes von einem axialen Ende des Filterkammeransatzes (5) axial vorsteht, wobei im Filtergehäuse (2) ein Anschlußstutzen (59) ausgebildet ist, mit dem der Zulaufstutzen (63) des Filterkammeransatzes (5) nach Art einer Steckverbindung zusammenwirkt, wobei radial wirkende Dichtmittel (64) vorgesehen sind. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ablaufstutzen (42) des,Filterkammeransatzes (5) an einem axialen Ende des Filterkammeransatzes (5) radial absteht, wobei am Ablaufraum (26) des Funktionsträgereinsatzes (23) ein Anschlußstutzen (65) ausgebildet ist, mit dem der Ablaufstutzen (42) des Filterkammeransatzes (5) nach Art einer Steckverbindung zusammenwirkt, wobei radial wirkende Dichtmittel vorgesehen sind. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Flansch (4) eine vom Filtergehäuse (2) axial abstehende zylindrische Wand (7) aufweist, die durch Lücken (10) voneinander beabstandete, axial vorstehende Vorsprünge (8) besitzt, die an ihren axial freien Enden radial nach außen vorstehende Erhebungen (9) tragen,
daß an einem mit dem zweiten Flansch (4) zusammenwirkenden zylindrischen Abschnitt (11) des Filterkammeransatzes (5) radial vorstehende Vorsprünge (12) ausgebildet sind, die in jeweils eine der Lücken (10) eingreifen und an ihrer, dem Filtergehäuse (2) zugewandten Seite radial nach außen vorstehende Erhebungen (13) aufweisen,
daß ein ringförmiges Spannelement (14) den zweiten Flansch (4) im Bereich der Vorsprünge (8,12) umfaßt, wobei die Erhebungen (9) des zweiten Flansches (4) auf einer dem Filterkammeransatz (5) zugewandten Seite des Spannelements (14) und die Erhebungen (13) des Filterkammeransatzes (5) auf einer dem Filtergehäuse (2) zugewandten Seite des Spannelements (14) liegen und sich axial daran abstützen. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Flansch (3) zur Unterbringung der umlaufenden Außendichtung (24) eine umlaufende Aufnahmenut (29) aufweist, wobei diese Aufnahmenut (29) dadurch ausgebildet ist, daß an einer Wand (30) des ersten Flansches (3) eine zum Funktionsträgereinsatz (23) hin offene, im Querschnitt L-förmige, umlaufende Innenstufe (31) ausgebildet ist und daß an einer Wand (32) des Funktionsträgereinsatzes (23) eine zur Wand (30) des ersten Flansches (3) hin offene, im Querschnitt L-förmige, umlaufende Außenstufe (33) ausgebildet ist, wobei sich Außenstufe (33) und Innenstufe (31) bei in den Trägeraufnahmeraum (22) eingesetztem Funktionsträgereinsatz (23) komplementär zur Aufnahmenut (29) ergänzen. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Räume (25,26,27) des Funktionsträgereinsatzes (23) durch Trennwände (36) voneinander getrennt sind, die an ihren, dem Bauteil zugewandten Enden axial offene Nuten (35) aufweisen, in welche die Innendichtungen (28) eingesetzt sind, wobei wenigstens eine der Trennwände (36) als Doppelwand ausgebildet ist und zwei, im wesentlichen parallele Einzelwände (37) aufweist, die an ihren freien Enden durch einen Quersteg (38) miteinander verbunden sind, auf dessen dem Bauteil zugewandter Vorderseite die Nut (35) für die Innendichtung (28) ausgebildet ist, wobei im Bereich des ersten Flansches (3) am Filtergehäuse (2) wenigstens eine Rippe (39) ausgebildet ist, die in die Doppelwand eingreift und den Quersteg (38) an seiner, dem Bauteil abgewandten Rückseite unterstützt. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filtergehäuse (2) einen dritten Flansch (16) aufweist, mit dem das Filtergehäuse (2) an einen Wärmetauscher (17) angeschraubt ist, wobei eine axial wirkende Dichtung zwischen Wärmetauscher (17) und drittem Flansch (16) angeordnet ist, wobei die ungekühlte Flüssigkeit vom rohseitigen Zulauf durch einen Eintritt des Wärmetauschers (17) in den Wärmetauscher (17) eintritt und durch einen im Inneren des Eintritts angeordneten Austritt des Wärmetauschers (17) gekühlt aus dem Wärmetauscher (17) austritt und zum Ringfiltereinsatz weiterströmt. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wärmetauscher (17) mit einer, den Austritt durchdringenden Befestigungsschraube (18) am Filtergehäuse (2) befestigt ist, wobei ein ein Gewinde aufweisendes, separierbares Bauelement (61) am Filtergehäuse (2) abgestützt ist. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bauelement (61) im Inneren des Anschlußstutzens (59) abgestützt ist, der mit dem Zulaufstutzen ( 63) des Filterkammeransatzes (5) zusammenwirkt. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 13 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zulaufraum (25) des Funktionsträgereinsatzes (23) einen Verbindungsstutzen (66) aufweist, der auf einer vom Bauteil abgewandten Seite etwa axial vom Funktionsträgereinsatz (23) absteht, wobei das Filtergehäuse (2) einen mit diesem Verbindungsstutzen (66) nach Art einer Steckverbindung zusammenwirkenden Anschlußstutzen (67) aufweist, der mit dem Eintritt des Wärmetauschers (17) kommuniziert. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ablaufraum (26) einen Hilfsverbindungsstutzen (70) aufweist, der auf einer vom Bauteil abgewandten Seite etwa axial vom Funktionsträgereinsatz (23) absteht, wobei das Filtergehäuse (2) einen mit diesem Hilfsverbindungsstutzen (70) nach Art einer Steckverbindung zusammenwirkenden Hilfsanschlußstutzen (72) aufweist, der mit wenigstens einem am Filtergehäuse (2) angebrachten Sensor (20,21) kommuniziert. - Flüssigkeitsfilter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein vom Filtergehäuse (2) umhüllter Innenraum (47) des Filtergehäuses (2) von rohseitigen und reinseitigen flüssigkeitsführenden Elementen abgedichtet durchdrungen ist, wobei der Leerlaufraum (27) des Funktionsträgereinsatzes (23) mit diesem Innenraum (47) des Filtergehäuses (2) kommuniziert.
