Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schalldämmelements aus einer Schicht (2) aus schalldämmendem Material, welches als Vlies ausgebildet ist, und aus einer Sperrschicht (4) aus einem thermoplastischen Werkstoff,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrschicht (4) unmittelbar nach deren Fertigung noch im warmen Zustand auf die Oberfläche der Schicht (2) aus Vlies direkt aufgebracht und mit dieser verbunden wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Schicht (2) aus schalldämmendem Material ein thermoplastisches Vlies verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Schicht (2) aus schalldämmendem Material ein vollständig oder teilweise aus Kohlefasern bestehendes Vlies zum Einsatz gelangt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Schicht (2) aus schalldämmendem Material flexibles Material verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schalldämmelement auf einem Schalldämm-Material (6) angeordnet wird, welches insbesondere als ein geschäumter oder vliesgefertigter Werkstoff ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein mit einer Selbstklebeausrüstung versehenes Schalldämm-Material (6) zum Einsatz gelangt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die der Schicht (2) abgewandte Oberfläche der Sperrschicht (4) eine dünne Schicht (3), inbesondere durch Bedampfen, aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Aufbringen der dünnen Schicht (3) Aluminium oder eine Aluminiumlegierung oder Keramik verwendet wird.
