Description

Technischer Hintergrund
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Parfümtester mit einem Teststreifen aus saugfähigem Material, das mit Parfüm benetzt ist.
Stand der Technik
Um Parfüme bezüglich der Duftnote gegenüber dem Anwender zu bewerben, wird meist Parfüm aus Originalgebinden auf Streifenzuschnitte aus saugfähigem Papier aufgebracht. Durch Wedelbewegung wird dann die Duftatmosphäre erzeugt, deren Ergebnis die Kaufentscheidung beeinflusst.
Da das Tränken des Teststreifens immer vor Ort erfolgt, ist. eine Bewerbung nur direkt im Verkaufsraum, nicht jedoch durch normale Probenverteilung oder Beilage in Zeitschriften möglich.
Systeme die dies erlauben, sind in der Herstellung sehr aufwendig und teuer und erfüllen die an sie gestellten Anforderungen nur teilweise. Parfümtester, welche im Tiefziehverfahren hergestellt sind, entsprechen ohne teuere Zusatzteile nicht den Anforderungen, die an Pressemuster gestellt werden.
Darstellung der Erfindung
Die Erfindung stellt sich die Aufgabe, das bewährte Prinzip des getränkten Streifen-Parfümtesters unter Zuhilfenahme moderner Verpackungs- und Packmitteltechnik zu verwirklichen und einen Parfümtester zu entwickeln, der in der Handhabung funktionell, in der Herstellung günstig und darüber hinaus für alle Verteilerwege (auch Beilage in Zeitschriften) geeignet ist, sowie ausreichende Fläche für Werbedruck bietet.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass ein Endbereich des Teststreifens in einem Beutel aus Kunststoff-Folien fixiert ist, und dass oberhalb dieses Endbereichs der Beutel eine über seine Breite verlaufende Soll-Bruchlinie aufweist, die bei Zugbeanspruchung der Enden des Beutels in Längsachse des Teststreifens reißt und einen wesentlichen Teil des Teststreifens frei gibt.
Durch die Gestaltung des Parfümtesters ist es bei sachgemäßer Handhabung ausgeschlossen, dass direkter Fingerkontakt mit dem getränkten Teststreifen entsteht. Dadurch ist es möglich, Riechtests mit mehreren verschiedenen Parfümsorten nacheinander vorzunehmen, ohne dass es zu Verfälschungen der Duftnoten kommt.

Beschreibung der Ausführungsbeispiele
Aus gegen das eingesetzte Parfüm resistenter Folie (z.B. PET/Barex oder PET/Alu/Barex) wird mit zwei Folien 1.1 und 1.2 ein Beutel 1 geformt, welcher mittels Siegelnähte 2.1...2.4 mit einer dichten Rundum-Verschweißung 2 versehen ist. Um den hierbei entstehenden Freiraum ist ein Teststreifen 3 so eingebracht, dass dessen erster Endbereich näher an der Siegelnaht 2.1 liegt als der zweite Endbereich an der Siegelnaht 2.3.
Der Teststreifen 3 kann bereits vor dem Einbringen in den Beutel 1 mit Parfüm getränkt sein; auch ist es möglich, das Parfüm bei drei geschlossenen Siegelnähten 2.1, 2.2 und 2.4 einzufüllen und danach durch die Siegelnaht 2.3 die Endversiegelung vorzunehmen.
Die den Beutel 1 bildenden Folien 1.1 und 1.2 dienen zur Aufnahme eines Informations-Werbedruckes, dieser kann weitere Hinweise zur Handhabung enthalten.
Am oberen Ende 5 befindet sich eine halbkreisförmige Markierung, die beispielsweise drucktechnisch aufgebracht wird und einen Festhaltebereich optisch andeuten soll.
Im Bereich A/B ist (Figur 3) auf den Außenseiten der Folien 1.1 und 1.2 jeweils und von der Lage her deckungsgleich eine Sollbruchlinie 6 eingebracht, welche in Abhängigkeit vom eingesetzten, ebenfalls produktabhängigen Folienmaterial als gerade Linie, oder wie hier gezeigt, in Wellenform ausgelegt sein kann.
Generell wird diese Sollbruchlinie 6 so ausgeführt , dass die äußere Schicht 1.4 des Folienverbundes 1.1/1.2 durchtrennt wird (Variante A). In Abhängigkeit vom eingesetzten Folienmaterial kann es erforderlich werden, dass die unter der äußeren Schicht 1.4 liegende Schicht 1.5 minimal mit angeritzt wird (Variante B).
Das Einbringen der Sollbruchlinie wird mittels Laserschnitt oder mechanisch durch Klingen vorgenommen.
An den Endstellen der Sollbruchlinie 6 können Markierungsausstanzungen 7 eingebracht sein,um den optischen Hinweis auf die Lage der Sollbruchlinie zu untermauem.
Die Handhabung des derart ausgebildeten Parfümtesters ist in Figur 4 dargestellt: Der Beutel 1 wird an den markierten Enden 4 und 5 mit den Fingern gefasst und einer Zugbelastung ausgesetzt. Dadurch reißen die Folien 1.1 und 1.2 an der Sollbruchlinie 6 und der mit Parfüm getränkte Teststreifen 3 wird freigelegt, der Riechtest kann beginnen.
Nach Gebrauch kann das freie Ende des Teststreifens 3 wieder in das abgetrennte Teil des Beutels 1 geschoben werden.
Dabei kann der eine Teil des Beutels 1 (mit dem Ende 5) vollständig vom Teststreifen abgezogen werden, wie in Figur 4 dargestellt, oder aber nur teilweise, was ein leichteres Zusammenschieben des Beutels nach der Riechprobe erlaubt und insbesondere ein Anfassen des Teststreifens zuverlässig verhindert.
Zu letzterem Zweck können bei einem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel die Außenkonturen von Teststreifen 3 und die Innenkonturen der Siegelnähte beispielsweise paarweise so konisch ausgebildet werden, dass sich ein Anschlag bildet, wenn eine bestimmte. Ausziehlänge L des Beutels 1 erreicht ist (Figur 5).
Nachfolgend wird die Art der Fixierung des Teststreifens 3 im Arretierende 4 des Beutels 1 anhand mehrerer Ausführungsbeispiele beschrieben. Die Handhabung des Parfümtesters ist ansonsten bei allen Ausführungsbeispielen identisch.
Beim ersten und zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel (Figuren 1- 5) wird das Arretierende 4 mittels beheizter Siegelstempel im dem ersten Endbereich des Teststreifens 3 im Beutel 1 fixiert. Hier können die verwendeten Siegelstempel auch - wie hier als Pfeil gezeigt - von der Form her einen Öffnungshinweis geben. Diese Art der Arretierung hängt jedoch stark von den verwendeten Teststreifenmaterialien ab.
Die weiteren Ausführungsbeispiele (Figuren 6-9) zeigen daher Möglichkeiten, die Fixierung des Teststreifens 3 im Arretierende 4 des Beutels 1 nicht durch Siegelung, sondern durch Formschluss zwischen den Siegelbereichen und dem Teststreifen 3 zu ermöglichen:
Beim dritten Ausführungsbeispiel (Figuren 6,6A) weist der Teststreifen 3 seitliche Einbuchtungen 3.1, 3.2 auf, in die sich nach innen gerichtete Siegelnasen 2.21, 2.41 der Längssiegelungen 2.2, 2.4 erstrecken, so dass beim Herausziehen des Teststreifens 3 dieser praktisch ortsfest im Arretierende 4 gehalten wird. Will man dem Teststreifen 3 einen gewissen Bewegungsspielraum zugestehen, können längere Einbuchtungen 3.3, 3.4 (Figur 6A) vorgesehen werden, so dass der verjüngte Teil des Teststreifens 3 an den Siegelnasen 2.21, 2.41 entlang verschiebbar ist.
Beim vierten Ausführungsbeispiel (Figuren 7,7A) weist der Teststreifen 3 im Arretierende 4 eine Aussparung 3.5 auf, durch die eine Siegelfläche 2.5 "durchgesiegelt" ist, so dass sich hieraus ebenfalls der gewünschte Arretiereffekt ergibt. Will man auch hier eine begrenzte Verschiebung zulassen, bietet sich die Ausgestaltung der Aussparung als Langloch 3.6 an (Figur 7A).
Beim fünften Ausführungsbeispiel (Figur 8) wird die Arretierung gemäß Figur 6 mit einer Begrenzung des Ausziehweges durch weitere Siegelnasen 2.22, 2.42 gegenüber von Einbuchtungen 3.7, 3.8 verknüpft, beim sechsten Ausführungsbeispiel (Figur 9) wird die Arretierung gemäß Figur 7 mit einer Begrenzung des Ausziehweges durch eine weitere Langloch-Aussparung 3.9 verknüpft, durch die eine Siegelfläche 2.6 durchgreift.

Claims (10)

  1. Parfümtester mit einem Teststreifen aus saugfähigem Material, das mit Parfüm benetzt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Endbereich des Teststreifens (3) in einem Beutel (1) aus Kunststofffolien (1.1,1.2) fixiert ist, und dass oberhalb dieses Endbereichs der Beutel (1) eine über seine Breite verlaufende Sollbruchlinie (6) aufweist, die bei Zugbeanspruchung der Enden (4,5) des Beutels (1) in Längsachse des Teststreifens (3) reißt und einen wesentlichen Teil des Teststreifens (3) freigibt.
  2. Parfümtester nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sollbruchlinie. (6) zumindest in einer der beiden Kunststofffolien (1.1,1.2) eingebracht ist.
  3. Parfümtester nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest einer der seitlichen Endpunkte der Sollbruchlinie (6) im Randbereich (2) als Markierungsausstanzung (7) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Parfümtester nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixierung des Teststreifens (3) im Beutel (1) durch Siegelung erfolgt.
  5. Parfümtester nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixierung des Teststreifens (3) im Beutel (1) durch Formschluss korrespondierender Konturen von Teststreifen (3) und Beutel (1) erfolgt.
  6. Parfümtester nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konturen aus seitlichen Einbuchtungen (3.1, 3.2; 3.3, 3.4) des Teststreifens (3) und gegenüberliegenden Siegelnasen (2.21, 2.41) des Siegelrandes (2) des Beutels (1) gebildet sind.
  7. Parfümtester nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konturen aus mindestens einer Aussparung (3.5) des Teststreifens (3) bestehen, die von einem Siegelbereich (2.4) des Beutels (1) durchgriffen wird.
  8. Parfümtester nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form der Einbuchtungen (3.1, 3.2; 3.3, 3.4) oder der Aussparung (3.5) eine begrenzte Längsverschiebung des Teststreifens (3) im Arretierende (4) gestattet.
  9. Parfümtester nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenkontur der die beiden Folien (1.1,1.2) verbindenden Siegelnähte (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4) und die Aussenkontur des Teststreifens (3) so aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass nach Bruch der Sollbruchlinie (6) der nicht fixierte Teil des Beutels vollständig vom Teststreifen (3) abziehbar ist.
  10. Parfümtester nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenkonturen der die beiden Folien (1.1,1.2) verbindenden Siegelnähte (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4) und die Aussenkontur des Teststreifens (3) so aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass nach Bruch der Sollbruchlinie. (6) die beiden Teile des Beutels (1) nur einen Mittelabschnitt des Teststreifens (3) freigeben.
