Claims (6)
- Axialturbine eines Abgasturboladers mit einem aus einem Turbinenzuströmgehäuse mit einer gasaustrittseitigen Wand und einem Turbinenabströmgehäuse mit einer gaseintrittseitigen Wand ausgebildeten Turbinengehäuse, in diesem eine von einer Welle getragene Turbinenscheibe mit Laufschaufeln angeordnet ist, bei der die Turbinenscheibe nach außen von einem Abgasdiffusor unter Ausbildung eines Strömungskanals begrenzt ist und bei der im Turbinengehäuse im axialen Bereich der Turbinenscheibe ein Berstschutz vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Außenwand (10) des Abgasdiffusors (9) im axialen Bereich der Turbinenscheibe (7) in radialer Richtung mit einer Außen- (11) und einer Innenkontur (12) ausgeführt ist und zwischen der Außen- (11) und Innenkontur (12) eine ringförmige Stützwandung (13) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Außenkontur (11) in Form eines ringförmigen Verlängerungsstücks ausgeführt ist, das über den axialen Bereich der Turbinenscheibe (7) gezogen ausgestaltet ist,dass ein zwischen Stützwandung (13) und Innenkontur (12) des Abgasdiffusors (9) angeordneter Abdeckring (19) für die Turbinenscheibe (7) und Laufschazfeln (8) vorgesehen ist, unddass Turbinenzuström- (2) und Turbinenabströmgehäuse (4) derart miteinander verbunden sind, dass die gaseintrittseitige Wand (5) des Turbinenabströmgehäuses (4) in radialer Richtung über der Mittelebene (23) der Turbinenscheibe (7) steht. - Axialturbine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abdeckring (19) sich an der Stützwandung (13) abstützend mittels flexibler Verbindungselemente (27) am Abgasdiffusor (9) fixiert ist. - Axialturbine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ringförmige Verlängerungsstück der Außenkontur (11) des Abgasdiffusors (9) mittels radial angeordneter Rippen (26) verstärkt ist. - Axialturbine nach Anspruch 1 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ringförmige Verlängerungsstück (11) endseitig einen Befestigungsflansch (24) aufweist, der in die Verbindung von Turbinenzuström- (2) und Turbinenabströmgehäuse (4) einklemmbar ist. - Axialturbine nach Anspruch 1 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung von Turbinenzuström- (2) und Turbinenabströmgehäuse (4) mittels starrer Verbindungselemente (25) herstellbar ist. - Axialturbine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der Abdeckring (19) des Abgasdiffusors (9) aus einem nicht spröden Material wie Stahl oder einer Stahllegierung gefertigt sind.
