Claims (10)
- Schabvorrichtung zum Reinigen einer rotierenden Walze (1), mit einem zum Anlegen an die Walze (1) bestimmten Schaber (2; 102; 202) und einem Schaberhalter (3) zum Anpressen des Schabers (2; 102; 202) mit einem Anpressdruck an die Walze (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Schaber (2; 102; 202) mindestens ein Dehnungsmessstreifen-Sensor (4) angeordnet ist, mit welchem beim Anliegen des Schabers (2; 102; 202) an der Walze (1) dessen Anpressdruck messbar ist.
- Schabvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über die Länge des Schabers (2; 102; 202) eine Vielzahl von Dehnungsmessstreifen-Sensoren (4), vorzugsweise regelmässig, verteilt sind.
- Schabvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaber (102) mehrere durch Schlitze (121) voneinander getrennte Schaberteile (122) aufweist, wobei vorzugsweise auf jedem Schaberteil (122) ein Dehnungsmessstreifen-Sensor (4) angeordnet ist.
- Schabvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bzw. mindestens einer der Dehnungsmessstreifen-Sensoren (4) auf der Oberseite des Schabers (2; 102; 202) angebracht ist, d.h. auf der Seite, die bei an die Walze (1) angelegtem Schaber (2; 102; 202) von der Walze (1) wegweist.
- Schabvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bzw. mindestens einer der Dehnungsmessstreifen-Sensoren (4) auf der Unterseite des Schabers (2; 102; 202) angebracht ist, d.h. auf der Seite, die bei an die Walze (1) angelegtem Schaber (2; 102; 202) der Walze (1) zugewandt ist.
- Schabvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bzw. die Dehnungsmessstreifen-Sensoren (4) auf den Schaber (2; 102; 202) geklebt sind.
- Schabvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bzw. die Dehnungsmessstreifen-Sensoren (4) im Hochvakuum auf den Schaber (2; 102; 202) aufgedampft sind.
- Schabvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bzw. die Dehnungsmessstreifen-Sensoren (4) mit einer Schutzabdeckung versehen sind.
- Schabvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von jedem Dehnungsmessstreifen-Sensor (4) eine Signalleitung (5) zu einem Messverstärker (6) führt, der mit einer Auswerteeinrichtung, vorzugsweise einem Laptop-Computer (8), verbunden ist.
- Schabvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Dehnungsmessstreifen-Sensor (4) so ausgebildet ist, dass der Schaber (2; 102; 202) beim Anlegen an die Walze (1) eine Änderung seines ohmschen Widerstands von zwischen 0,1 Ω und 2 Ω erfährt.
