Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung (2, 3) zum Entladen bzw. Aufladen von Druckträgern (7) in Druck- bzw. Kopiermaschinen, mit mindestens einem Corona-Draht (5, 5'), sowie einer Führungsvorrichtung (1) für Druckträger (7) mit Stegen (11, 12, 13) die in Transportrichtung (10) den Innenraum der Entladevorrichtung bzw. Aufladevorrichtung (2, 3) überbrücken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsvorrichtung (1) unterhalb der Stege (11, 12, 13) auf der dem mindestens einen Corona-Draht (5, 5') zugewandten Seite schmale Zungen (18, 18') aufweist, die sich in den Randbereichen (14, 14') der Vorrichtung (1) parallel zu dem mindestens einen Corona-Draht (5, 5') erstrecken. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungen (18, 18') derart unterhalb der Stege (11, 12, 13) parallel zum Corona-Draht (5, 5') angeordnet sind, dass sie auf der zu den Stegen (11, 12, 13) senkrechten, durch den Corona-Draht führenden gedachten Linie (71) liegen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (2, 3) zweiteilig auf beiden Seiten des Transportpfades eines Druckstoffs (7) mit mindestens einem ersten Corona-Draht (5) und einer ersten Führungsvorrichtung (1) auf einer ersten Seite und mindestens einem zweiten Corona-Draht (5') und einer zweiten Führungsvorrichtung (1) auf einer zweiten Seite ausgestaltet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungen (18, 18') derart unterhalb der Stege (11, 12, 13) zu den Corona-Drähten (5, 5') angeordnet sind, dass sie auf der gedachten Verbindungslinie (71) zwischen dem ersten Corona-Draht (5) und dem zweiten Corona-Draht (5') liegen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Führungsvorrichtung (1) über die gesamte Breite (B) des Durchlaufspalts (9) durch die Entladevorrichtung bzw. Aufladevorrichtung (2, 3) erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsvorrichtung (1) aus einem elektrisch nichtleitenden Material besteht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (11) der Führungsvorrichtung (1) im Randbereich (14, 14') des Durchlaufspalts (9) einen geringeren Abstand zueinander aufweisen als die Stege (12, 13) im Mittelbereich (15) des Durchlaufspalts (9) zueinander aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (11, 12, 13) entlang der Breite (B) des Durchlaufspalts (9) einen Winkel zwischen von im Wesentlichen 15° bis 45° zur Transportrichtung (10) des Druckträgers (7) aufweisen, wobei der Winkel nach außen zunimmt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (11) der Führungsvorrichtung (1) im Randbereich (14, 14') des Durchlaufspalts (9) einen Winkel von im Wesentlichen 45° zur Transportrichtung (10) des Druckträgers (7) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (13) im Mittelbereich (15) des Durchlaufspalts (9) einen Winkel von im Wesentlichen 15° zur Transportrichtung des Druckträgers aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (11, 12, 13) an der dem Druckträger (7) zugewandten Seite abgerundet oder angefast sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsvorrichtung (1) Einlaufschrägen (16) bzw. Auslaufschrägen (17) aufweist, die einen Winkel (β1,β2) zwischen Transportrichtung (10) aufweist, derart, das die Vorderkanten einlaufender Druckträger (7) in den Durchlaufspalt (9) geleitet werden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entfernung der Enden der Zungen (18, 18') zueinander dem Format des kleinsten zu verarbeitenden Druckträgers (7) angepasst ist, derart, dass bei dem kleinsten zu verarbeitenden Druckträger (7), der mittig durch die Führungsvorrichtung (1) läuft mindestens die Enden beider Zungen (18, 18') überdeckt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Zunge (18, 18') eine Einlaufschräge (18a) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsvorrichtung (1) auf der dem Druckträger (7) abgewandten Seite Nasen (19) aufweist, mittels der sie an der Entladevorrichtung (2, 3) befestigt werden kann. - Führungsvorrichtung (1) zur Verwendung in einer Vorrichtung (2, 3) zum Entladen bzw. Aufladen von Druckträgern (7) in Druck- bzw. Kopiermaschinen, mit mindestens einem Corona-Draht (5, 5'),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Führungsvorrichtung (1) um eine Führungsvorrichtung (1) wie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 handelt
