Claims (13)

  1. Bande pour presse à patin (9) d'une presse humide ou d'une calandre avec une fente de pression prolongée, en particulier pour une machine à papier, à carton ou à papier de soie, comportant une couche élastomère (9a) flexible, imperméable aux liquides, et une couche de renfort (9b) textile, caractérisée en ce que la couche élastomère (9a) comporte un caoutchouc mou, à savoir un composite de caoutchouc très résistant à l'abrasion, formé par plusieurs composés de caoutchouc et/ou de caoutchouc de silicone, avec une dureté dans le domaine entre 5 et 100 P+J.
  2. Bande pour presse à patin selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la dureté de la couche élastomère (9a) se situe dans le domaine entre 20 et 50 P+J, de préférence 35 P+J environ.
  3. Bande pour presse à patin selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la couche de renfort (9b) textile, dans la position d'utilisation, est insérée dans la couche élastomère (9a) à proximité de la face arrière orientée vers un patin de presse(3), de telle sorte qu'elle n'induit pas de variation sensible des propriétés élastiques de la couche élastomère (9a) sur la face avant de celle-ci.
  4. Bande pour presse à patin selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la couche de renfort (9b) textile contient des fibres de verre modifiées, des fibres de carbone et/ou des fibres synthétiques à haute résistance.
  5. Bande pour presse à patin selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la couche de renfort (9b) textile comporte un mat de fils dans le sens périphérique et/ou longitudinal de la bande pour presse à patin (9).
  6. Bande pour presse à patin selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par une épaisseur totale dans le domaine entre 5 et 10 mm, en particulier d'environ 7,5 mm.
  7. Bande pour presse à patin selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par une face avant structurée, en particulier munie d'évidements (9d) en forme de trous borgnes.
  8. Bande pour presse à patin selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les évidements (9d) ont des dimensions latérales et une profondeur dans le domaine entre 0,5 et 5 mm, en particulier entre 1 et 3 mm.
  9. Bande pour presse à patin selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que la surface de section ouverte de la face avant structurée occupe entre 10 et 50 %, en particulier environ 20 % de la surface totale de la face avant.
  10. Bande pour presse à patin selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que dans un essai de flexion en trois points sur une ébauche de 30 mm de largeur et 5 mm d'épaisseur, il faut appliquer une force de 17 N ou moins, en particulier 13 N ou moins, sur deux supports, placés à une distance de 100 mm l'un de l'autre pour obtenir une flexion de 15 mm, et il se produit une contrainte de flexion de 110 N/cm2 ou moins, en particulier de 90 N/cm2 ou moins.
  11. Bande pour presse à patin selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que dans l'essai de flexion en trois points, il faut appliquer une force de 11 N et il se produit une contrainte de flexion de 70 N/cm2.
  12. Presse humide avec une fente de pression prolongée d'une machine à papier, à carton ou à papier de soie, comportant une bande pour presse à patin selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
  13. Calandre avec une fente de pression prolongée d'une machine à papier, à carton ou à papier de soie, comportant une bande pour presse à patin selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11.
