Claims (4)
- Düse zur Verdünnung von Phosphorwasserstoff (chemische Formel PH3) mit Gasen, insbesondere mit Luft,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einer rohrförmigen Lufteinleitung (6) mit einem ringförmigen Spalt (2) und/oder mit mindestens einem lateral angeordneten Röhrchen als PH3 -Einleitung besteht, wobei die Stärke der Spaltöffnung und/oder der Röhrchenöffnung maximal 1 / 25 des Durchmesser der rohrförmigen Lufteinleitung
und/oder des Abstands der Oberfläche eines Luftlenkungselements von der Innenseite der rohrförmigen Lufteinleitung im Bereich des PH3 -Eintritts beträgt. - Düse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der rohrförmigen Lufteinleitung (6) als Luftlenkungselement ein geschossähnlicher Körper (8) angeordnet ist, dessen Spitze in Richtung der Lufteintrittsöffnung (6) zeigt, wobei der Bereich des größten Durchmessers des Elements (8) im Bereich des PH3 -Eintritts in die rohrförmige Lufteinleitung (6) liegt. - Düse nach Anspruch 1-2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus Edelstahl besteht. - Düse nach Anspruch 1-3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus verbindbaren Einzelteilen besteht.
