Abstract

La presente invencion se relaciona con una boquilla para la dilucion de fosfina (formula quimica, PH3), la cual consiste de un inductor de aire similar a tubo, una division montada, similar a anillo (division de anillo) o en por lo menos un tubo pequeno montado lateral como inductor de PH3 (inductor), por lo que el espesor de la abertura de division o de la abertura del tubo pequeno es maxima 1/25 del diametro inductor de aire similar a tubo (inductor) o de la distancia entre la superficie de un elemento de guia de aire, y el lado interior del inductor de aire similar a tubo (inductor) en el area de la entrada de PH3.
