Claims (7)
- Elektromagnetisches Schaltgerät, dessen Gehäuse (1) mit Steckhülsen versehen ist, in denen feste Kontaktträger (5) aufgenommen werden, die mit einer eine Klemme bildenden Verdrahtungsfeder (3) und mit aus isolierendem Kunststoff geformten Schutzbauteilen (2) zusammenwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der festen Kontaktträger (5) und die Feder (3) in eine Kassette (2) montiert und integriert ist, deren Körper (21) eine den Träger und die Feder enthaltende Aufnahme (214) bildet, die auf einer Seite durch eine seitliche Trennwand (218) verschlossen wird, welche einen Federanschlag (211) trägt, der im Inneren der Verdrahtungsfeder (3) angeordnet ist, und auf der anderen Seite offen ist, wobei der Verschluss auf dieser offenen Seite durch eine Trennwand (11) des Gehäuses nach dem Einschieben der Kassette gewährleistet wird.
- Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (21) eine Öffnung (213), die das Einführen des mit der Klemme zu verbindenden elektrischen Kabels erlaubt, und eine Öffnung (212) aufweist, die den Durchgang eines Werkzeugs ermöglicht, um auf die Verdrahtungsfeder (3) zu drücken, wobei die zwei Öffnungen zur Vorderseite hin offen sind, und ein an der Vorderseite mit Löchern versehener Deckel (6) die Kassetten (2) und das Gehäuse (1) bedeckt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktträger (5) eine allgemeine L-Form oder Hakenform hat, wobei ein Schenkel (51b, 52b) als Kontaktbereich für das elektrische Kabel dient und ein Schenkel (51a) den festen Kontakt trägt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerbauteil (5) einen Ausschnitt (51c oder 52c) aufweist, der mit der Werkzeug-Durchgangsöffnung (212) zusammenwirkt.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verdrahtungsfeder (3) schleifenförmig oder b-förmig umgebogen ist, um einen Auflageschenkel (31), der dem Trägerbauteil (5) benachbart ist, und einen Klemmschenkel (33) zu formen, der mit einer Klemmöffnung (34) versehen ist, durch die das Trägerbauteil (5) geht.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktträger (5) aus einem Bauteil (51), das den festen Kontakt trägt, und aus einem Bauteil (52) zusammengesetzt ist, das den Kontaktbereich bildet, wobei diese zwei Bauteile zusammengebaut werden.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (21) der Kassette einen einschnappbaren elastischen Finger (216) aufweist, der dazu dient, das Kontaktbauteil (5) zu befestigen.
