Claims (9)

1. Kippschalter mit einem festehenden Teil (1), an dem ein bewegliches Teil (2) angelenkt ist, wobei eine Rückstellfeder (18) bestrebt ist, den beweglichen Teil in eine Schliesstellung eines elektrischen Kreises zurückzuführen und ihrerseits das Schliessen wenigstens eines elektrischen Kreises gewährleistet durch Anlage an wenigstens einem feststehenden Kontakt (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Teil (2) aus einem hohlen Körper aus Kunststoff besteht, der aus zwei Halbschalen (10, 11) gebildet ist, die durch elastisches Aufeinanderrasten um zwei Drehzapfen (4) geschlossen sind, die am feststehenden Teil (1) ausgebildet und mit Öffnungen (6) durchbohrt sind, die den Durchtritt eines Befestigungselements (7) gestatten, wobei die Feder (18) im beweglichen Teil (2) angeordnet ist.

Kippschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden den Körper des beweglichen Teils bildenden Halbschalen (10, 11) durch ein Scharnier (12) verbunden sind, das aus einem Material gebildet ist, das durch eine Verdünnung der Wand der Halbschale gebildet ist und die Drehzapfen (4) des feststehenden Teils (3) umschliesst durch elastisches Einrasten eines von einer Halbschale (10) getragenen Ansatzes (14) in ein aufnehmendes Element (15, 16, 17), das von der anderen Halbschale (11) getragen wird.

Kippschalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feststehende Teil (1) zwei ausserhalb der Drehzapfen (4) gelegene seitliche Flansche (5) aufweist, die ebenfalls mit Öffnungen (6) durchbohrt sind, die den Durchtritt des Befestigungselements (7) für den Kippschalter gestatten.

Kippschalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das feststehende Teil (1) ausserdem eine zentrale Wand (3) aufweist, auf der wenigstens ein mit einem Leiter (9) verbundenes Kontaktstück (8) befestigt ist, wobei die Rückstellfeder (18) für das bewegliche Teil (2) einen Bügel (20) aufweist, der den beweglichen Kontakt des Kippschalters bildet und mit dem oder den Kontaktstücken (8) zusammenarbeiten soll.
5. Kippschalter nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (18) zwei Wicklungen (19) aufweist, die durch den Bügel (20) getrennt sind und durch die das Masseanschlusselement bildende Befestigungsschraube (7) für den Kippschalter durchquert werden.
6. Kippschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das aufnehmende Element für die Aufnahme des Ansatzes (14) durch Rippen (15, 16, 17) gebildet ist.
7. Kippschalter nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende des Bügels (20) zwischen dem Boden einer (10) der Halbschalen und einer von der anderen Halbschale (11) getragenen Rippe (15) des aufnehmenden Elements angeordnet ist.
8. Kippschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das feststehende Teil (1) Vorsprünge (25) zur Positionierung des Kippschalters gegenüber einem Träger aufweist.
9. Kippschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer (10) der Halbschalen ein Vorsprung (24) zur Begrenzung der Verschiebungen der Feder (18) bei Abwesenheit der Befestigungsfeder (7) vorgesehen ist.
