Claims (2)

  1. Elektrisches Schaltgerät, insbesondere ein Schalter für Reihen- oder Säulenmontage, der ein kastenförmiges Gehäuse, ein an der Frontseite des Gehäuses angebrachtes Handbetätigungsorgan sowie einen Schaltmechanismus zum Ein- und Ausschalten eines, dem Handbetätigungsorgan zugeordneten und im Innern des genannten Gehäuses angeordneten Stromkreises umfaßt, wobei das genannte Handbetätigungsorgan in einer ersten oder einer zweiten Stellung auf dem Gehäuse (20) montiert werden kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die beiden Stellungen um 90° zueinander versetzt sind, damit das genannte Handbetätigungsorgan sowohl in der genannten ersten als auch in der genannten zweiten Stellung vom Bediener jeweils in der gleichen Richtung betätigt werden kann,
    das genannte Handbetätigungsorgan als Kipphebel (22) ausgebildet ist,
    der genannte Schaltmechanismus (21) zum Ein- und Ausschalten des Stromkreises eine bistabile Wippe (25) umfaßt, die aus einem Teil besteht, welches in Form einer Rinne mit zwei Nasen (27, 28) ausgebildet ist, die einander gegenüberliegen und dazu dienen, jeweils mit zwei, eine V-förmige Anordnung bildenden Stützflächen des genannten Kipphebels zusammenzuwirken.
  2. Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte bistabile Wippe (25) über einen Verbindungshebel (26) an einen beweglichen Kontakt (24) gekoppelt ist.
